    I cannot say enough about the staff at Park at Ashford. Crystal, Arthur and Bazarra are the A Team in management here. When confronted with a resident dilemma they are quick to review the problem and get back to me within a reasonable time if not sooner if it is an emergency. I knew there was a reason for living here again after 13 years of being away. Kudos to the staff here and they also treat us here like family. Thank you.

    I love my new apartment here at The Park At Ashford!! The community is so safe, calm, and quiet. The whole area is just lovely! Its like a mini town! The manager Crystal is AMAZING! She is always promt in handling ANY situation/question! She is so sweet!! All the maintenance men are so quick with repairs as well!! Any little thing they get to it no problem! I especially appreciate the trash valet. I will 100% recommend this apartment complex to be your next home! The apartments themselves are renovated and so so beautiful on the inside! I cant wait to come home from work everyday just to be in my apartment. That is just how comfortable and cozy I am here. MOVE IN AS QUICK AS YOU CAN!!!

    5 stars all around. Crystal the manager there went above and beyond in helping me get the apartment I wanted. She communicated with me fast and worked with me all thru the entire process. It was my first time getting an apartment and she was patient and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

    I just signed my third year lease here at Parks at Ashford and was happy to do so. Is it an older community? Yes, but it is also quiet and safe, which I love. Could it use some updates? Yes, and they are in the process of doing so. It is a smaller community which means a smaller number of maintenance people however the ones they have are wonderful and have always been prompt to handle any issues I have ever had. These men have actually gone out of their way for my family on more than one occasion. Honestly, the front office here is great. The manager, Many, is so good to me and my family. My first unit flooded while out of town, due to pipes freezing/busting, but they were quick to notify me and took action, almost immediately, to begin repairs. Even before I lived at Parks at Ashford, I have always sprayed my own home so doing so here is nothing new for me. Regardless, I have never dealt with bugs here, other than the occasional spider here and there. However if I did have the issue, a tenant only needs to notify the office and pest control will spray as often as theyd like. The swimming pools are always clean and maintained, which is great. Overall, I really do like living here. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the community is a bit older, but other than that, I cannot complain.

    Im excited to go into my new model in January. A completely renovated home. This process was easy and simple to transfer from my old model to this new one. I cant wait to see it. New management has been great!

    The new management team has come in and really turned things around Arthur and Crystal are AMAZING. This property had really gone downhill in the hands of the previous owners The unprofessionalism was outrageous, but the professionalism that is now displayed here in the office is so heartwarming. I really hope they stay here and help this property stay on an incline. The last few people who were in this office really didn’t value the residents here so arthur & Crystal and all of their work is a breath of fresh air.

    This is my second time I am leasing a townhouse here at Park at Ashford. I was here 13 years ago and recently I wanted a townhouse with a garage and washer/dryer. After searching for a couple of months I returned to this place because of location and amenities. I have signed a lease and have been getting my townhouse ready to move into. There were concerns that needed addressing and Brazara who is lead maintenance has made my transition into my new home at least three times. He is right on top of concerns of the tenant and bends over backwards to not disappoint the residents. He is an asset to Park at Ashford and it is a pleasure to know he has our backs. Thank you Brazara. The management should be proud to have you there.

    My family and I recently moved in and the process and service was great. We received a lot of help whenever needed at the front office going through the process. They were always kind and easy going. The week before we moved in, we stopped by to pick up paperwork and we thought it felt so warm to see the front office staff providing popsicles for the kids at the pool.After moving in, we had a few concerns and questions. We put in a maintenance request, but when we went check on the request, it was marked completed. We called the front office since we needed a replacement mailbox key and they answered us quickly. we were so thankful that the head of maintenance, Bazara literally came to our door within 10 mins! He talked with his about several things and even provided suggestions on how to keep our electric bill from escalating! He has 10 years of experience and you can definitely see it! He has checked in with us here and there to ensure things are well! We appreciate him!!

    I have lived at the park at Ashford for almost 3 years. The manager , Manny is a very nice person. She always has a smile and tries her best to accommodate me. The maintenance men are very hard workers and try to do their best to take care of whatever problems I may have. I dont plan to move any time soon. I am being well taken care of.

    When the new management took over, we were not really sure how it was all going to work out. However, I have to say I have been extremely pleased. They are very responsive to our maintenance calls, very respectful and take our calls and suggestions seriously. We just had some contract work done in our apartment and the contractors were extremely polite and very competent. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

    Bazaro and the other maintenance staff here have been great! Every issue I have reported has been handled quickly and efficiently. I have lived here 3 years and all problems were resolved from lights, to flooding in the winter storm, to garage door opener, etc. The building is a bit older, so it is understandable that it may have a few more problems pop up. They are professional in customer interactions and communicate well. If you are looking for a place where maintenance does a good job and is reliable, this is it!

    This is a beautiful Apartment/Townhome community! Friendly, helpful staff. Cute Apartments/Townhomes with character and charm. Peaceful and quiet community. Nicely organized, weekly Apartment Townhome community events. Two pools and a hot tub open and available year round. Shopping center in walking distance and Mall less than five minutes away. Several restaurants and fast food eating places a few minutes away. Easy access to main highways accessible in less than five minutes. Overall great rental choice!

    I went over here to check out an apartment, and the lady name Manny I think she’s a manager she asked me why would I move him from my old apartment complex and I told her because my AC is not working correctly and they’re not fixing it right then she told me what to check for with my AC and what I checked on that she told me to fix the problem and she said sorry I cannot help you because we don’t take section 8, but she went up and beyond her job thank you so much for your help, ma’am God sees good deeds. This is why I give her a five star review on this property and it’s a beautiful property.

    My best friend and I just toured these apartments! I must say they are really beautiful and quiet. Everything we are looking for. Mrs. Gina was very professional and polite. She really sold us on the property! I highly recommend talking to her if you enter the leasing office.

    The other day i went by to look for an apartment and Kourtni the manager i believe was very helpful. She was working by herself and still was very patient and detailed with me. I would have signed that day however I wanted a 2 bedroom and they didn’t have one available. Clean property and well maintained. I believe they are doing renovations as there is a new management.

    Going on one year living here and I love it !Anthony made our move in so easy and hassle free He’s very helpful and answered all of my questions through my stay here. Maintenance men are wonderful as well. Prices are high but you get what you pay for. It’s such a peaceful community definitely a 10/10 :)

    Maintenance came out and fixed everything within a matter of minutes. He was nice and friendly and knowledgeable. I have not had an issue with things not being fixed. They usually come the same day or the next day. They always do a great job.

Anthony was very helpful and respectful. Answered all of my questions and concerns. It seemed like a very quiet neighborhood and I like that its not a gated community. (Gate does not necessarily equal safety in my experience).

The unit is spaced nicely, the staff has been great to me (big thanks to Anthony for making sure I got in, but also made the process happen so quickly), and the neighborhood is nice and quiet while still being close enough to the main drag to get whatever I need within a few minutes

    Visited to tour an apartmetnt this past Saturday. The Leasing Agent was dressed professional, stood as soon as walked in the office to greet me, gave me his full attention and eye contact. He also went through all the steps to gather my information and dsicovery to meet my needs. I toured the model, expressed concerns about the garage and closet space. Anthony without hesitation was able to overcome my objectives. I aprreciate the attentive, poised professional and exceptional customer service I recevied. Thank you Anthony......not to mention first thing Monday AM, I received a follow up call.

    Convienient location close to shopping, entertainment, and highways are within quick reach... The neighbors here are generally quiet and respectful. Townhomes are spacious and having the 2-car garage was a definite bonus. Ive been here for two months but overall it feels like a really good community.
