    Daniel did a good job replacing a portion of sheet rock in the ceiling over the bathtub in the hall bathroom. The issue was caused when contractors caused the damage in two separate rooms when doing work in the attic from the exterior crawl space. Daniel was proficient and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Extra kudos to him because this was not an easy task!

    In regards to the maintenance, Daniel has had been amazing! He responds quickly, and is super considerate of the fact I have young children in the home. He informs you of any updates regarding parts of he needs to buy them, and is overall great/efficient!

    (Regarding maintenance) Daniel is by far the best maintenance personnel I (we) have had here at parc plaza in YEARS. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and from my experience, has not only gone above what I was expecting but responded and completed the job (which was not a small task) very quick. He was clearly prepared, in and out and left ZERO mess behind. Excellent work! While I’m here, Side note: the pool being closed almost the entire past year and closed on literally every single summer holiday along with ALL of the hottest days of summer has been quite a let down. However , I have been seeing Daniel working on it and hoping it will be open soon.

    Mr. Daniel C is the BEST MAINTENANCE man that this apartment complex has ever had! He is friendly and listens to the complexities of what is wrong.     Great first impression, truly the first apartment tour out of the several in the DFW area that made me smile and look forward to moving. Upon entering the complex it is clean with open parking, the leasing office and complex is still undergoing renovations that started in 2023. The business center is not quite finished yet but exciting changes to come. The pool needed to be cleaned but is open year round as a bonus. Delicious food smells and proactive leasing team were my favorite. Briana greeted me at the door and answered all of my rapid fire questions about the complex with ease, understanding my needs. Brittney provided a personable tour that made me feel right at home, with the added incentive of a proactive staff who seem to genuinely care about the tenants with several community activities throughout the month.

    Ive lived here for a year and overall, Im happy with it. The complex is nice and they have made multiple updates since I moved in - painting the buildings, changing the AC to wifi-controlled, some landscaping work. Maintenance responds fast to my requests. The pool is really pretty. There is a mud problem by my building when it rains, which they have started to address by adding drains (it hasnt fully fixed the problem). Every resident is required to pay a monthly fee to have trash picked up from their doorstep, which I dont think is worth the cost. But overall I would recommend this place. Management is nice, maintenance is responsive.

    The Management is the best I have experienced in any apartments I’ve stayed in . They always help me out whenever I have any concerns. The manager Brianna is always on point , very helpful, and the nicest person in the building whenever I come across her . I definitely recommend staying here

    I have lived here for two years. The staff has done an amazing job with updating everything around here. Pool is awesome, new AC units, pest control is on point. Maintenance is super quick to respond to any issues. Brittany in the office has been my go to for everything. Went above and beyond answering questions for me. I hope my next place has this kind of service!!

    I had the best tour and tour guide when i looked at Parc Plaza. Brittney went above and beyond showing me around the cute complex. She also told me about the community events they do their and co host with the rec center. She showed me their monthly event calendar as well which was great to see. I havent had any other tour guides tell me about their sense community or if they even hold events. Brittney knew i was new to texas so she also told me great nearby stores and places to eat and where i could easily make friends. Looking forward to moving in!

    We have been here for over 3 years. LaToya is great. Even with covid and the offices hands being tied on so many situation, Ive never had an issue getting a maintenance request filled quickly or quick answers for any concerns I have had. The community is safe and definitely a family friendly place to live. Happy to call parc plaza home.Update: still here years later, new management and maintenance team is great!

    I am new to the community and the leasing consultant Brittney Lowe was very courteous and professional in finalizing my lease. The complex looks clean and maintained. I was also helped by Katrina Colley and she was very kind in delaying her lunch to help me get information about the community. So far the staff is great and I look forward to moving into the apartment.

    Brittney was so nice, and the other young lady in the office. The property seemed quiet and kept. Didnt look trashy. Although I couldnt physically see the unit I do like that I was able to see a video. Thats the only reason why I didnt do 5 stars! Seriously thinking about choosing this property.     This Apartment was the FIRST property after apartment shopping all day long to make my day !! Spoke with a lady named Katrina I believe she was the property manager. So sweet and so professional and she had more knowledge about apartment living than the 100’s of property managers I have dealt with in my lifetime. I would totally recommend this apartment complex!     Listen I haven’t even been approved yet however I would love to just tell someone who is looking for a place in need and going through fire to find a home please go here they have the best office staff and very knowledgeable and informative with the screening process . Brittney and Katrina was amazing , fun, and most of all peaceful . They made me feel so Good to know that good people still exist in the world.     I am very pleased to call this my new home thanks to the lovely lady in the office named Jasmine. She was the first to greet me and help me on my journey of apartment hunting. She made me feel welcomed right away and took care of all my needs. Its been a few weeks since my fur baby Oreo and I moved in and, we love our new place. I recommend this property to anyone thats looking for something affordable and beautiful.

    (Updated Review)New management took over a couple months ago and are doing a great job trying to turn this property around from the way the old management did. The old management left this place in shambles and there have been tremendous improvements already in just the short time of the new team. I have only had pleasant interactions with the new team, as they are always super transparent about things when I ask questions. They are doing their absolute best to make this community flourishing.

    I’ve lived here for over 6 years. I have never had any major issues aside from the random small maintenance issue that has always been resolved quickly. The office staff hosts many pool party and barbecue events throughout the year for the residents. Always great food, music, fun and giveaways. Tiffany does an amazing job keeping everyone entertained and the staff is awesome!!!

    I was in a hurry to find an apartment before vacation started for me. Tori was amazing kept me in the loop and was able to have my apartment ready when I got back in town. All I had to do when I came in was pay and sign and move in. Latoya is awesome always communicating whats going on in the neighborhood. Last but not least is Maintenance team, always working hard on the property and fixing/preventing problems from happening. This is a great apartment complex.

    I lived there for a year between 2010 and 2011. At the time I lived there, they changed management twice! But it never directly affected me, because the only time I ever saw them was to turn in my rent to the office. Otherwise, I never really had any problems living there. The apartments are nice - pretty basic - Not too fancy but not crappy either. The maintenance man takes forever to respond to calls (sometimes months!) but gets the job done eventually. I like that the parking is unassigned, so you can get a covered parking spot if one is available. Plenty of places to walk your dog. Free curbside trash pickup. Gated community.

However Tiffany, the manager, went above and beyond to work with us and make it right.     What a Difference! When Tiffany took charge, she hired LaToya and new Maintenance staff. Things since Tiffany has been here have improved 125percent!!! She is an amazing property manager, and LaToya is wonderful as well. They always take the time to work with any issue, and have Community get togethers to help the residents. The new lead Maintenance guy is amazing. Professional and knowledgeable, most of all friendly. I totally recommend this complex.
