Valerie called us invited us to tour the apartment. We applied the same day. We got approved with additional deposit. We paid it. We moved in today less then 2 weeks. The office gets super busy. Her attitude remains professional at all times. She takes her time .she is running the office alone all the time. 🥰💗🎉

Valerie is super amazing her will to get you in is phenomenal! Shes the best multitasker never letting any resident wait too long! She processed got me in and was able to accommodate all my needs!

Valerie is calm she takes her time no matter what. Gives everyone the best service no matter the situation. She is usually by herself but she dies the best she can being one person. Her personality makes a difference. 😇

Valerie is always Willing to help the residents. The office was full & she was multitasking. Her manager asked her to help multiple people while she was in the back. As we waited she never rushed us out. She gave everyone her attention. She printed my paper work for my recertification. 🤩

I just moved here in May 2024. The office staff is awesome Valerie worked with the case worker with the Veterans Affairs to get me in. Samantha also assisted us too. The team collaboration is amazing Stacey & Joaquin resolved the minor details to my home. Thank you Paradise Gardens! 🏠💕😊👍

Valerie was a wonder she added me to the wait-list for HUD 🏠. They are pet friendly. Very nice property and the service was splendid. The maintenance men working hard & the manager was polite.

Ive lived here awhile now, and Im home. Moving in was easy with U-Haul withing walking distance up the street and the shops on Lowest Greenville Ave. are only blocks away! Ms. Samantha has been amazing in getting my lease certified, and renewed; Ms. Dahlia has gone above and beyond creating a sense of community. she has even gone as far as connecting seniors with non-profit organizations for assistance. (I got a federally sponsers i-pad) Louis has attended to any and all requests I have made for maintenace in a timely and respectful manner. Moises has been outstanding at keeping the property clean and safe. Lakewood shopping is only 5 minutes away, and Starbucks is just up Greenville Ave.

Samantha , Valerie & the maintenance 👨‍🔧 team did The unit was very sensible to my standards with a wheelchair use very proud of the unit that they put the issued me in the unit will be sold me the one I will be moving in I really appreciate the help from the management and in the staff here at the paradise gardens.

This place is really better than what Ive expected. My experience visiting the apartments was a great one. The Manager Lillian is very polite and inviting. I recommend this property if youre looking for a quiet and safe place to stay.
