I would like to begin by expressing our deep appreciation for the wonderful experience my husband and I have had living in these apartments over the past year. This positive experience has solidified our enthusiasm for renewing our lease. While it hasnt been flawless, with occasional repair and assistance needs, the management has consistently demonstrated a prompt response and willingness to help, a quality we greatly value.I cant speak for others, but our personal experience has been nothing short of delightful. If I were to offer some constructive feedback for improvement, it would be to focus a bit more on the maintenance and care of the hardscape areas and the gym. However, aside from this minor concerns, we absolutely adore our neighbors, the summer days by the pool, the cookouts, the engaging activities organized by the management, their swiftness in addressing indoor issues, the comfortable temperature control during both summer and winter, and the overall loveliness of the community.Linda and the entire team have played a pivotal role in making this place truly feel like home. Were looking forward to continuing our journey here with a sense of contentment and gratitude. And to provide a visual glimpse of our experience, here are some pictures of our time here.

Beautiful facility, well kept and an awesome amount of green space! Great privacy. Biggest problem is pooling water after the sprinklers have been on. It creates a lake on either side of me and my shoes get extrememley wet. It is definitely green, but I think too much water is being used. I saw maintenance check the sprinklers, so I know they work correctly, gotta be watering too long

I moved here from India since last week of September in this year. I feel this place is like a oasis in this hot desert. The reason for the relaxing ambience in this place is lots of greenery, long lawn with some tall big trees . The atmosphere is calm, quite. Even somebody can do meditation in the green lawn beside laundry.The people from the front desk are very helpful in terms of each and every information. Specially when I was about to move from India to here, a staff from the front desk, name is Ms Araceli Varela, she helped me a lot as I was a newcomer in this city. Now I am staying in this woodland happily.

This place is a beautiful hidden gem. I moved here from Minnesota and I needed some greenery to remind me of home. This is the place for your if youve outgrown your party phase and follow rules. Its quiet, clean and affordable. Doesnt feel like a cash grab they really seem to care about their business reputation. They have responded within a day for maintenance issue, they keep the landscape looking neat and cut grass frequently, neighbors mind their business. Again not the place for you if you like to party, dont pay rent on and dont clean up after your dog. You will not have a fun time getting fined.

Ive lived here for a few months now, and after reading all the reviews, I was extremely skeptical. But get this...I clean up after my dog, pay my bills on time, am kind and courteous while interacting with staff members to include the manager, Linda, and have had a pleasant experience this far. Every time Ive gone to the front office, for anything, they are always super nice and personable.Maintenance always responds quickly whenever Ive had an issue, and makes sure that I am always comfortable with whatever it is theyre fixing.The space of the apartment itself is very nice, and plenty of room for myself and fur babies. The swamp cooler sucks but they allow window unit AC, which helps a lot.I mind my business, and take care of my bills- just adult things, and Ive had a great experience living in this apartment complex. Being the first place Ive rented on my own, I have rented elsewhere with other people, Im thankful for the hospitality and overall professionalism.The grass, trees, pool and hot tub are nice as well.

I had a wonderful experience in the leasing office at Ryans Crossing Apartments. The whole process was super quick and easy, my application was approved within 3 days of applying. Moving is stressful enough, so having a smooth process made my life so much less stressful. The manager Linda has been so helpful throughout the whole ordeal. My apartment is beautiful! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home :)

I have called Ryans Crossing home the last five years and it was an absolute pleasure. The community is gorgeous and clean with beautiful lush grass and trees throughout, and they have great amenities like the relaxing pool/spa, gym, and the newly added party room. The units are cozy and very comfortable. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, and the maintenance team is spectacular. Anytime I needed help, the staff took excellent care of me. From a former resident, I highly recommend you call this place home!

I like it here so much I would sign a long-term lease. The grounds are so green and the trees so beautiful that I feel like I live in a park; the birds chirp outside when its sunny and when the trees bloom it is literally jaw dropping. Even better, management is strict about people picking up after their pets and taking care of the green areas, which helps keep it nice. Never had any problems with the staff and when I have an issue it gets taken care of pretty quickly. No problems with neighbors either. Most nights it is so peaceful and quiet you can hear the crickets chirp.

Hello yall! Im new to the area and after researching and scouting my new home, Im pleased with my choice here at Ryans Crossing. I have to admit, after reading all the negative reviews I was a skeptic but Ive been happy here for the last 4 months. Im close to the highway, the mall, Target (my favorite store) and some great places to grab a bite. The mountains are a spectacular view and landscaping is amazing here for living in the desert. Lets not forget to mention this amazing pool thats about to open. Im exciting to get tanned and spend some much needed pool time during this hot weather.Im happy to live in a environment where management cares for the property. I feel safe here. Im a member of the community and not just an apartment number. I appreciate if management dots their is and crosses their ts. If management wasnt on top of things these apartments wouldnt be as nice and we would be around unsavory people. Follow your lease, pay your bills, be kind and all is great.

My husband and I moved here in May 2015 completely sight unseen as my company was transferring me. The staff was very helpful in giving us as much info over the phone as possible and getting us moved in efficiently. The only thing I regret that they didnt inform us about was the swamp air conditioning. If you dont know what that is, Google it. It is not great. We have to leave the window open to help pull the air out better out else it gets really stuffy. Theres no temp control, only the on/off switched. They also turn off the a/c in about October-ish and didnt turn in back on until mid-March. If Im going to pay for my own electricity, I should be able to control my own a/c. Also the heaters are little and set into the wall and dont do the best job of regulating the temperature.Other than the a/c and heating complaint, I absolutely love these apartments. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. They are about the only green in the desert. Never had any maintenance problems, and the pest control guys are always in and out in a timely manner.

I recently moved in to this complex 3 months ago with my fiance and we love it, everything has been great. The office staff is extremely professional and demonstrates excellent customer service. Including the management. The University I attend is close by, as well as the mall and local restaurants, making it convenient for us and easy to get around. For it being my first apartment I am happy with everything, as well as how pet friendly it is my shihtzu enjoys it as well.

Highly recommend Ryan’s Crossing! I found Ryan’s Crossing online last week. I called made an appointment to take a tour. When I arrived Linda greeted me and after telling her my story about me being gone from the US and living in México for the last 5 years, I decided last minute to move to El Paso for a job opportunity. I had shopped several other communities but none of them had what I was looking for. Lucky for me I found Ryan’s Crossing! I like Ryan’s Crossing because of how vibrant the building colors are, the beautiful large trees, grass areas and plenty of space where I can walk my dog. Not to mention the awesome customer service I received from both Araceli and Linda! These ladies were súper profesional and kind. My apartment is very spacious, open concept, modern and VERY clean! Neighbors are súper nice and friendly ! My dog Nico and I love it here so much! Araceli and Linda thank you so much for all your help! You minimized my stress and anxiety and for that I am grateful!I also love that Target is down the street! 🥰

Living at Ryans Crossing has been a very good experience for us. The maintenence staff are the best that Ive ever met as a tenent, and the office staff are genuinely working to make their complex an enjoyable place to live.Ive formed long-lasting relationships with my neighbors and enjoy meeting new renters (and their pets) from across the complex.The landscaping is also a large draw and the facilities are kept very clean.Although I wont live in an apartment forever, I havent found a strong reason to end my time living here. I look forward to going home everyday at Ryans Crossing.

Ryans Crossing Apartments are located in a great location near several grocery stores, multiple restaurants, and good retail. Apartment units are older, but well sized. All staff have been professional and have resolved all matters when occurred. Manager and staff is outstanding and always attentive. Maintanence is outstanding and friendly. Landscape provides wonderful views from windows and patio balconies. I enjoy walking throughout the beautiful property to utilizing my choice of several pergolas equipped with grill and benches. I suggest listening to the giant trees talking in the wind and welcoming the green grass in our desert city. The pool also provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere under the sun. After Nearly 4 years, I still believe Ryans Crossing Apartments to be a hidden gem on the west side of El Paso providing the best bang for you buck. I recommend these quiet apartments to all professional looking for a humble and beautiful place to call home.

I recently moved from the terrible Eastside because of my new job, and this place is amazing. I love that my one bedroom has washer and dryer connections, and it is oversized. All of my furniture fitz very well, and i have an awesome view of the pool. Parking has never been an issue, and the people At the office made my move smooth.

Honestly, after looking at numerous apartments, my girlfriend and I decided to pick Ryans Crossing as our first home. At first, because of the long daily commute, I wasnt 100 percent sure to pick these apartments, but all the extra details make a difference. From the neighborhood cleanliness to the spacious layout of the apartment. I dont regret moving to these apartments, and until I graduate from Arizona State University Ill call them home. It’s a beautiful property it doesn’t even feel like you are in El Paso, surrounded by trees and green areas and the views are amazing. Everything is near by and is asafe place to live 🤍

Ryans crossing is located on the west side of El Paso, TX. I picked this location because its a short drive to Tucson,AZ. You find everything you need in and around this property. RC has beautiful green grass and large trees for lots of shade. My dog Bella and I loves it here.

So we live near the street and u can hear all the car at 2am omg that was crazy and the AC is a swoop cooler So you wake up all sweating it was nasty and hot very hot it never got cold they say there dog friendly but only have one dog picker pop and dont refill for mouths oh and Pigeons live in your vent inside your home and u can only have 2 people as vister for the pool but ask for 1k mouth worst place ever amd the staff who work there was rude act all friendly in the beginning and once u signed boo

Thanks to the entire maintenance team, especially Manny, for responding so quickly to our maintenance orders. Also for keeping the property so clean. Thanks to the Manager Linda who is always very nice as well as the lady who is her assistant. The neighbors are very friendly and respectful. I live very happily here and I recommend living here. They give very good customer service.
