I recently had the pleasure of working with the front desk lady thats by herself at palmera, and I cant say enough about their exceptional service. From the moment I moved in, she was incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs.She promptly addressed any maintenance requests and always followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made a significant difference in my experience as a resident.

Still looking around at a few apt options, but had a pleasant experience recently thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk (can’t remember her name, apologies). Definitely the right person to come into contact with from the jump. Keep up the good customer service!

5+ and more San Juana deserves the Manayer of these apartments, she is very sweet, super friendly, she always helps me with anything and any doubt I have, thanks to her I feel super comfortable renting in these apartments
