    Amanda is really amazing I literally came in a hour before closing and they got me into a apartment after me struggling around all day with some other issues, and I literally had 3 days to find something. Thank you so much Amanda for helping me and my family out.😊also they are the only apartments that has ever offered me a outdoor camera for safety and that made me feel great.

    Very nice place and so family friendly! Location is great as well! The staff is super nice and work hard to do their very best! Ashley is an amazing person and handled all my issues and made the experience so much easier than I have had in the past. I recommend this place to any family or people that are moving to Bay City!     In my experience, the place isn’t overall terrible. The rooms are a decent size along with the rent being low, and affordable. The maintenance people here are incredibly helpful, fixing everything they can. The management isn’t too bad, but from my experience the only person in the office who is helpful is Amanda. I haven’t really been around the other ladies, but one of them are incredibly rude, and do not help with anything you ask her too. But overall, my experience here wasn’t bad.

    Amanda moved mountains get a Soldiers family and apartment while he was stationed in the Republic of Korea for a 1 year rotational tour and the family hit hard times right before the holiday season. The complex was in an amazing area. The unit she rented them was one of the cleanest Ive ever seen. Her meticulous attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend her as a property manager and her apartment complex. She is very military friendly.

    Took a tour of the property with Ashley and Kamryn and you can tell the new management has really put time and care into the property. The new paint really brightens the place. Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and nice. Would highly recommend these apartments.

    I had a great experience with savanna! My whole move in was quick and smooth! No issues! I love my new home it was clean , the cute welcome home basket I received had me at awe, & Savanna and our whole move in process was GREAT! I definitely will be referring more people!

    Apartments are up-and-coming. They are a little old, but people in the office are attempting to make things better. They are fixing up the property slowly and bringing the amenities back into life. We got our pool going. They are bringing the gym which I’m so excited about there is a roach problem, but it is being taken care of slowly as much as possible. There are still some bad seeds in the apartment, but they are being weeded out. The apartments have a lot of potential And our being improved daily. Amanda and Cameron in the office are extremely nice and as helpful as can be.

    I do want to apologize to the staff of palm village apartments I didnt initially put a bad review because of the violence in the complex but these are wonderful people that trying their best to make out play safer and I thank them for that I just want a safe place for my grandkids and me and a home that I can call home I love my apartment I love my neighbors that are around me I love the management and the complex and the maintenance people dont forget about the maintenance theyre on top of it if its something I can fix myself I do it and let them know I fixed it and something minor anything I I need we are family here in Palm village again thank you all so much

    Ive lived at Hunters Cove Apartments for roughly six months and I have to say its a great place to call home.The office staff and the maintenance staff are very friendly and always professional.Whenever Ive needed something repaired it was done very quickly and done right.The grounds are always clean and tidy.My stay here has been a very pleasant experience.

    I love this apartment complex. The apartments are very spacious and updated and the staff and maintenance people are very friendly, understanding and will do just about anything they can to work with you. My hours got mixed up at work and I was short with the rent, I didn’t get a eviction threat slapped on my door or harassment from the awesome ladies in the office, they in fact allowed me to pay a little later and didn’t tack on outrageous late fees. Any issues or maintenance problems are tackled immediately. I definitely recommend staying here!

    I was searching for a place to move and came across The Retreat, I knew this place had a reputation for drug dealers and such but saw that the ad was projecting under new management and so I thought, I’ll give them a shot and boy am I glad I did !!!Mandy was an absolute joy to deal with helping me every step of the way and Amber and the manager JJ will definitely go above and beyond !!!From maintenance to yard workers everyone I’ve met is extremely nice to talk to and it shows that they take pride in there work !!!Great Place to Live !

    Hunters Cove is a really nice place to live. This is actually my 3rd time coming and living here due to my job traveling, but this time i am here to stay. The ladies in the office are always very nice and friendly and very understanding. The Maintenance guys get work orders done in a timely manner. I honestly have no complaints.

    I love the new staff in the office. Specially Mrs. Kelsie. She keeps a smile on her face and welcome you with kindness. I lived here for 2 years and for the first the staff cleaning up this place and making it better. They treat you like family and they dont play when it comes to not following the contract. They do care about their residents and will make sure that they will take care of our needs when requested.

    I’ve been living here since august, I haven’t had any issues. Very peaceful quiet environment where I live. The only thing I wish would happen is that this apartment complex got cameras put up for the thieves out there. Other than that no complaints.

    I live here and my apartment is huge. There is a coffee bar in the office thst is great. The new office staff is nice. I dont know why people are complaining about maintenance and pest control because I havent had any issues. Maintenance comes through the same day. I like my home.

    I lived here not long ago and only good thing I can say is whenever I needed something fixed Gilbert Romero made sure it was done and done properly.
