    Julia was great! She was by far the best Leasing agent I dealt with. I looked all over town and she was the only one that kept in contact with me! I ended up staying in my complex but I would definitely love to live there. She does a great job and she us extremely helpful.

    Im leaving 5 stars cause Julia was great to work with, even though I didnt end up signing a lease here, she showed me a couple different units that were exactly what I was looking for. I would consider moving here in the future if pricing stays competitive and if you continue to keep a good leasing team like the one that is there now. In the end it came down to pricing and I went with a slightly less expensive townhome. I would do business with Oro in the future for sure though. Thanks again Julia for all your help!

What I liked best was that she not only gave me information but also made sure my parents felt comfortable and included in the conversation.     This is my 2nd time living in these apartments and it is a nice place to live.My biggest issue is the amenities like the pool and the gym equipment are starting to show their age and management has not replaced/repaired them.My 2nd apartment had a broken trash can and garbage disposal, which can be fixed with a work order, but was still annoying to have in a new home.Things I like is that I really enjoy the design of the apartment itself and having access to the amenities is convenient for me. The Stone Oak area is great and the park is right down the road. It’s also a pretty good area for schools.

    A couple great things about the complex:- The maintenance team is amazing and does a great job handling requests.- We have never had an issue with bugs or pests.- The walls here are solid so we never hear a peep from our neighbors.- The staff does their best to help when you need assistance.

    I only viewed the property and it was gorgeous. I was greeted and felt welcome once I walked in. It smelled CLEAN! I loved the kitchen and the open space in the living/dining area. I did view the 3 bedroom which is a little on the pricey side. Julia Bonilla showed me and my boys around. She was very professional, sweet and informative.

    The property is beautiful! Everything looks well kept up to date. The area where located has amazing scenery. The apartments no matter what floor plan it is are modern and up-to-date as well. The pool area looks well kept and the gym is huge and has all the equipment as if your at a public gym. As far as the staff they are awesome, Jessica and Leah arealways helpful and are available to any needs of any sort. The maintenance staff led by Roy are fast at responding to any work order requests with a great attitude no matter how hard the request is. Definitely recommend making here a home!

    We have lived here since August and have been quite impressed by Oro Stone Oaks property and ESPECIALLY the management. The management team (particularly Jess - property manager) has truly gone above and beyond to make our experience a good one. Shortly after we moved into our home, there was a flood affecting our unit and the two directly above us due to a mistake made by a contractor installing internet. Despite this not entirely being Oros fault, they have taken measures to ensure we were made whole from the unfortunate event. They have done everything they can to make up for what happened, and even gone out of their way to help our communications with the contractor regarding personal property damage. I have been thoroughly impressed by how Jess and the management team have handled everything with empathy and professionalism.Lastly, our move-in went very smoothly, assisted by Ilse and maintenance team. Our unit was in awesome shape, too. In our experience, maintenance has been friendly, responsive and timely with requests. We are very thankful to Oro Stone Oak and especially Jess for everything. Highly recommend living here for the beautiful views, upgraded/spacious units, and wonderful management team!

    My daughter and I had such a great expierence from the moment we stepped foot on this property. Where do I begin? Lets start with the office staff since they are the first to greet you at the door. I initally toured with Julia, she is so sweet and sold us, we immediately put in an application. We then got the pleasure of touring again with Isle and it seemed like she was just as excited for us to move onto property as we were. You can tell that these ladies love what they do. We also met the lovely Ms. Leah which is the assistant manager and the manager Jessica. What an amazing group of women. Ok, now onto my move in expierence. All I have to say is , Wow!!! My apartment is absolutely stunning, I am not exagerating either. My apartment faces the green belt and it is so peaceful. My unit has top notch renovations in them, great soaking tubs, wood finished flooring, and stainless steel appliances. But my favorite part in walking into my new home is seeing a little succulant plant and a welcome home card that had a personalized note from each of the office staff members. The fact that they took time to do that was very thoughtful. As I was doing my move in inspection I opened up the area where the A/C filters go and saw a written note on the filter it had the day it was replaced and a note that said Hi! Angela. Once again, I was taken back.When I went into the office to pick up my second access fob, I ran into the lead maintenance man Joe, he welcomed me home and asked if I needed anything. He was very kind and I had to be sure to thank him because he and his team did an amazing job on my unit. I know they are not brand new apartments but they sure do feel brand new to me. As I was in the office everyone that was working there, stopped by and welcomed me home. I couldnt have picked a better place to live. Thank you Team Oro for making my move in experience such an amazing one.

    Great property. The office staff were really friendly and welcoming. I do want to shout out Leah specifically for taking the time to give me information and answer any questions I had. Jessica the property manager also took the time out of her day to greet me with a smile and even made some small talk while Leah was gathering some more info for me which definitely stood out to me from all of the other apartments I’ve toured before. 10/10 for sure.

    What a shockingly great experience! I was about to start renting at another complex but it had just experienced flooding. I was in a hurry to find a great alternative and happened upon Oro. I had the pleasure to work with Julia - who was very helpful not only before the lease was signed - but well after. Victor the other leasing agent was hugely helpful - Joe - the head engineer and even the busy property manager all jumped in to get me situated. It is a beautiful property with large windows and great views. Very happy with the real estate - extremely happy with those that make being a resident so pleasurable.

    This is a lovely place to live, my only issues are having to decorate my balcony area according their strict guidelines on what we cannot have, such as a decorative privacy fence to cover the railings and no additional storage space in the units. It’s honestly so beautiful with quick maintenance that it’s worth it. Really nice place to call home!

    I’ve lived here for about one month now so I feel like I can give my honest review of what it’s like to live here. When we first moved in everything was clean in our apartment, we really had no issue so far. The walls are semi thin but you can’t really hear your neighbor clearly. We’ve called maintenance for a couple small things, and they are quick to respond. My only major complaint (the reason I give it a 4 stars) is the PARKING. If you come home from work after 6pm good luck finding close parking. I have a 3 month year old and it’s horrible to walk so far with him and his things. I’m currently trying to request a garage to solve the issue. Overall the complex is a good place to live.

    I toured the property not too long ago and as I walked into the door I knew immediately that this is the place I want to be. I was greeted by Jessica who turned out to be the manager. She was so nice, answered all of my questions, very knowledgeable, and very welcoming. The whole staff were very sweet as well. After my tour I decided this is definitely the place I want to live.

    I was in a rush to move and Julia stayed after office hours to get me moved in that same day. Absolutely love all the natural light in my new apartment and so many great amenities. If you looking for a great office staff, clean apartment and wonderful amenities Oro is definitely the place for you. Make sure to ask for Julia!

    My family and I moved to Oro Stone this summer and we love the community and property. Stone Oak is by far a beautiful place to live, but also living at Oro Stone, we enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that comes along with the property. I have personally communicated with management and they made us feel welcomed while also taking care of our apartment concerns. I would recommend Oro stone for sure!

    I have nothing but amazing thins to say about this community!For starters, it’s GORGEOUS! I believe it’s a brand new community but the landscaping and views from this place is amazing! And the floor plans are super open and grand!But the thing that sets this community apart is the extremely helpful and wonderful staff!It’s not every day that you’ll see a management team go out of their way to make my experience great! But the property manager, Jessica I believe, is so unbelievably kind and sincere, and is willing to go the extra mile!Leah is fantastic! She will greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home! They work so hard but even with their crazy busy day they will still make you feel right at HOME!

    My wife and I went to Oro, and we met Victor at the reception. He was very very kind, honest and patient with us, we had a lot of questions and Victor patiently answered all our questions, and we visited several apartments. Everything was very nice, clean and it smelled freshness. It was the best in the area. I want to say that the area is very quiet. It is especially for those who are looking for inner peace and tranquility. I recommend Oro, and I recommend Victor!

    Theres so much that I love about this property! Not only are the staff helpful and insightful, the cleaniliness and ambience of the place is superb. The amenities are clean and well-kept. (I personally love the tone of the floors and the metal finish of the light fixtures.) I also look forward to the activities the property offers on special occasions like movie night.Most importantly, as someone who is a smaller build and lives alone, I love how theres constantly patrols around the property.

    I toured this complex 2 times because I really wanted to get some more questions answered that came up after my first tour. Although im not ready to rent until December, and just in the research phase right now, I have to say, both times I was toured with care and professionalism. The staff has been very kind in touring me twice as they understand this is a big decision for me and my family. It is a beautiful property and very well maintained. They have some great specials too! Too bad I cant move just yet - lease is up in December :)

    Making an appointment for the tour and the application process were really easy and the staff were super friendly. I had to reschedule several times due to complex my work schedule, but the staff were happy to work around that and stayed positive and pleasant. I like that they actually have staff onsite that are attentive to relying to email and phones. Several other places were impossible to get ahold if, and sometimes not even there during the posted work hours.

    We moved here about a month ago, and we are very happy with the community. The amenities are nice and well kept, and they organize activities like pool party and movie nights once in a while. The apartments are very nice on the inside, the kitchen has great appliances. The view from our apartment is really nice and the schools are great.

    The apartments have very nice details. I like the quality of the kitchen and the lighting. The fans are very modern and look great. The pool is nice and clean, the business center really comfortable to work at. I don’t like that I have to drive to get to the pool, but that’s because I live in the buildings at the back.

Isabella is our leasing professional, and has done an incredible job at making this experience a great one. Her quick responsiveness, and professionalism has only made a very stressful move into an exiting one. If youre looking for a new, modern, spacious apartment, this is the place to go.Update to my review. Besides a few minor hiccups with the property itself, Aura has been a great place to live. Matthew in the front office has helped with the renewal and I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing professional to help me. He has gone above and beyond. Give that man a raise.

    Enjoy the tour even though complex wasnt completed. Isabella did a great job of showing and giving complete details of the complex and amenities. We had just visited another complex minutes before and me and my wife felt in love with the one fitted for us. Naturally without a pause we signed a new lease and can wait to move in. All thanks to Isabella for patients and helping us make our decision.

    The community is amazing! The leasing office folks are outstanding! Maintenance guys are the best. Love everyone. I can’t recommend this place enough! The best!!!!! Besides the person that chose a apartment by the pool and wants to complain about sound constantly. For the love of god, dont move to the pool if ur sensitive about noise. Other than that person, the best complex in SA.I have no idea what they are taking about with the entrance....be patient! Don’t pull out in front of anyone. Super simple.

    I have been living at oro stone oak for over a year. Manager Alex is understanding and flexible in assisting with FINANCIAL MATTERS. When submitting MAINTENANCES, the crew is QUICK to show up and very friendly with my DOG. There has been a lot of concern from several other residence about PARKING but in my opinion, though the current arrangement is not ideal I do recognize they are a relatively new apartment complex and doing the most to find the best solution. I have lived in multiple apartments throughout all my 20’s in several other cities, and overall, ORO STONE OAK ranks #1 in living standards.

    By far and away the nicest complex I’ve lived in. The staff are nice and helpful. The pool is immaculate and the price you pay reflects the ability to live in a safe, upscale area that is Stone Oak. You get out what you put into life, If you talk to people properly, pay your rent on time, and keep your place nice you will be treated fairly.
