After 18 months of residency Ive come to the conclusion that this is where Ill call home for awhile. From the ponds to the price we have had many positive things to say about this new home.Important things first. Prices vary greatly. Youll be lucky to get a great deal anywhere. The deal I got at the time I came was absolutely unbeatable for the other places I looked. Hardwood floors and a very spacious apt. I also enjoy the location, Prosper.We have had very fast responding visits by maintenance. They have done a great job both times. These apartments do what they can with the occasional litter clean up and they powerwash various spots.3x stocked ponds, 2x dog parks, and 2x playgrounds that I know of. Another bonus is the trail that opens to the outside of complex on the north side.Experiences may vary, but mine has been great so far.

Maddy has been wonderfully helpful through the entire leasing process. She has been very quick getting back to me with any questions I had, and answered them very thoroughly. They have an incredibly nice office that is very clean and well taken care of. Maddy never fails to greet every person that walks through the door and is always willing to help them with whatever they need. Highly recommend seeing Maddy if you are looking for a professional, prompt, and one of a kind leasing agent.

Just moved to Orion Prosper and have to admit that the move was very smooth. Angela went above and beyond to help us find the right apartment. The apartment was very clean and in great love in condition. I can’t even compare with our previous apartment which was not even properly cleaned. Orion did fantastic work. Angela is always helpful for everything you need. Community is nice and clean and by the way right now we are at their block pizza party.

The office staff is so amazing, Angela is the best. Kind, caring, professional, goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about your needs. The apartments are beautiful, the community is quiet and respectful plus lots of parking. Prosper is THE area to live in, everything within driving distance. Kroger and a walmart 5 minutes away. I could go on and on about how close food, shops, and entertainment is as well. Also the schools here are some of the best in the state. Get an apartment here quick they dont last long.

We have recently moved into Orion Prosper apartments and really loved the place and move in-process. We had some miscommunication about some features being available in the apartment, however while moving into the apartment when they were bought to attention of Manon Powell, she quickly resolved the issues. Manon is very professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help residents.My interaction with Amanda Porche was very pleasant while turning in the inventory condition list. Amanda helped, to put in a quick request to address some issues with move-in and they were taken care with in 24 hours. My kids love the apartment community and amenities.Beautifully managed apartment and love the lake views and sunsets from my patio.Happy to be part of Orion Prosper community!!!

About a month and a half ago I was forced to move quickly and unexpectedly and I am so grateful to have found a home here at Orion Prosper. The team in the office is absolutely amazing and they did everything they could to ensure my move was smooth and easy. So far, I have hands-down had the best apartment experience I have ever had and I truly feel at home here. Maintenance has been nothing less than attentive and available to help me when needed. Also, the property is so wonderful that I take walks every morning just to enjoy the serenity of the ducks in the pond before my day starts. Lastly, my dogs are thrilled to have such a clean and spacious park to run around in and explore. I have never felt so content, safe and comfortable in an apartment and I will absolutely be renewing my lease!

The pool, grill, and walkway around the ponds are great features that we use on a regular basis. I would recommend this complex to others looking in this area. Ive been here just about a year and overall Id give this complex a thumbs up. The area is nice and quiet I love the pond trails through the complex, maintenance has always come promptly and fixed whatever needed to be fixed right away. You only have one option for internet overall it works good for me I have probably had about 10 disconnects since Ive been here. If you care about security the gates are always open not sure if they are broken. Signing my lease for a new year left much to be desired they give you two weeks to get the deal which I wouldnt call raising rent by over $150 a deal I had gone into the office to let one of the girls know I wanted to resign this was on a Monday and she said she would have it drawn up by Friday, she never got it done. I went in on Sunday and Angela was a great help and got it drawn up in less than 10 minutes for me to sign. The utility bill here is outrageous just the charges alone are more than what I use for water I have never had a utility bill be so high. The lady who helped me sign my lease on my official move in was also very nice but I cant remember her name.So overall I am happy here and look forward to another year.

I have to say living here has been great. Very responsive staff. Each time my lease was up for renewal they offered had amazing rates. Maintenance staff is super quick and will work on resolving an issue (had issue with water heater) he showed up everyday it did not work until it was working and even checked in to be sure after the fact. Weve lived in this community for almost 7 years now and absolutely love it! By far the best community and staff! I cannot express how pleased we are with the office and maintenance staff here. They always go above and beyond our expectations! They are very organized, and provide excellent service for all tenants. They plan lots of fun events for the community as well. We feel so safe here and love to call it home. I highly recommend these apartments homes!

We have lived here for over a year now and are grateful because they treat you like family. We had to have some repairs made and it was during my sons birthday weekend. The situation wasnt fun or ideal but I called the leasing office to address some concerns. Angela Roden showed up with a balloon, birthday cake and candle and dinner for my son to apologize for all the delays we have been having with repairs. They truly care and will go out of their way to show that to you.I recently also lost my father and we had some of his belongings here. They had to be moved in order to do some repairs and Amanda was very kind and compassionate and understanding. She always made sure to come when my daughter would be napping and also offered to help me move items of my fathers because she could tell it was not easy for me. Thank you for everything.

The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and flexible! The property is beautiful, and well maintained. The walking trail around the three ponds offers a wonderful amenity to the residents, and the pool offers the perfect amount of evening shade on those super hot days! Although the concrete stain chosen makes the ground surrounding the pool even hotter than the sidewalk, but if you bring your flops youre fine! I plan to live her for a very long time to come! So happy :o)

Moved in August of 2017 when new management took over, and have loved my experience since day 1. Office staff is polite and courteous. Maintenance staff does next day repairs. Two beautiful stocked ponds surround the complex, and lots of bunnies and ducks around the complex. Apartments are beautiful inside, all wood! Definitely renewing my lease!

Living here has been great. I enjoy how the community is always coming together and the staff works hard to make this little complex one big home. We have community events, even cool bonus incentives! Yes, sometimes the office makes mistakes but they are always willing to fix them with even better outcomes. Taylor has helped my family and I every step of the way. Kim is wonderful and always brightens my day. I learned the hard way though that even though the ducks are cute, they are crazy for bread. Dont feed them or theyll come at you in gangs for food. Im going on almost a year and a half here and plan on renewing here after my lease is up in October. My advice if you plan on moving here is meet the staff, take a walk around the community on a good day, tour one of the apartments, and read your lease thoroughly so you dont find yourself stuck in rules you do not like. Orion is great when you understand your lease and community policies.

Amazing place to live, coming up on 2 years now. Very quiet even in the summer, all neighbors are friendly and the dog community here is great. All staff have been and continue to be nothing but helpful & kind! Maintenance is amazing & works their tail off keeping this community clean. I’d recommend living here to all walks of life- it’s walking distance to some good breakfast spots and CVS! Periodically they’ll have vendors come to one of the two complexs & host cute events for holidays or just tenant appreciation which means a lot in the long run! Definitely should check this out if you’re hunting for a new place to live :)

Where do I begin? Jasmine M is an asset to this apartment complex. First of all, ALL the ladies are this leasing office are the nicest people ever. We had a very emergency/unfortunate situation and these girls did everything in their power to help us get an apartment. Jasmine feels like a sister I never had. She treated my son like her own as well as her own personal connection with her family to help secure us an apartment to rent. Moving back to Texas had been a nightmare but Jasmine was literally the angel we needed. I never ONCE had to call and follow up, Jasmine was always one step ahead. We had lived here before when it was called Estates of Prosper so we knew we already loved the complex. Moving here we had a unique situation so it wasnt so easy to get a hold of our landlord, etc. Again, Manon, Samantha, Jasmine.. ALL the ladies here are THE best. We literally would not have a home right now if it wasnt for them. Just writing this makes me emotional. If you want to find a great home with a bunch of people who will genuinely care about your family look no further than Orion Prosper Apartments.PS. The maintenance gentleman are also great. They are constantly going around fixing things and cleaning up around the apartment. It is a beautiful place to live with everything working great and in great shape.EVERYONE here deserves to be recognized.

I met with Samantha who helped finalize paperwork and gave us our keys. I love that they always send emails letting you know of events going on that they have planned to get the community together. They recently even bood my family for Halloween and so we got some fun goodies and then paid it forward to another fun family that we selected at random. The ladies at the front really care about everyone in the community and treat you like family. My wife and I lived here 6 years ago and there is a reason we chose to come back here when we relocated back to Texas. We couldnt be happier and so thankful and lucky to call this home.

The apartments are nice, the property is well-maintained, and any concerns we may have had have always been quickly taken care of. I pay for covered parking (my husband does not), and we have never had any issues with anyone messing with our cars or any other property for that manner. Weve seen many people come and go, but have never had any issues with any of the other residents. The management team and leasing agents are always helpful and do their best to help promote a positive, clean, and aesthetically pleasing living environment. Weve loved living here and we will miss it very much when we move!

I love the large floor plan and the plank flooring throughout. It makes me happy to go out on my patio every morning and look out at the pond where the ducks are swimming. First off I feel safe living here with my daughter. Taylor has been amazing from the first conversation and any other time Ive needed her! There is so much room for my daughter to play outside from grass, playground, and walking trail. The amenities are great and lots of room for the great price. These apartments are conveniently located within a few miles of most major stores but feel like you are in the country and not right on a major highway.

I’ve lived here for about eighteen months and have had absolutely zero issues with anyone or anything. The staff are friendly and the workout room has just the right amount of equipment to get some solid workouts in. The apartments are nice and the other residents are friendly/respectful. I plan to continue living in this community until I purchase my first house as there is no reason to leave. I enjoy the ducks and hope the newly implemented fake alligator heads in the ponds only deter them from leaving feces behind. It would be extremely sad if the ducks left because they are a joy to have around. Anyways, great atmosphere and 5 stars all around!!!

Location is great. Easy access to DNT and any stores you may need under 10 min drive. We always have parking right in front of our building. Ground are clean and walking around the lake is a nightly routine for our family. Maintenance responds within 24 hours to our requests and resolves issues quickly - theyre also very friendly. Don’t believe the bad reviews you read on here. I don’t know what peoples problem is. The “hidden fees” people complain about is probably because they didn’t properly read the contract! They are very honest with everything. This place is amazing! Hyang, Kim and Taylor are wonderful! They are so on top of taking care of this place. The amenities are AMAZING and the apartments themselves are just gorgeous inside and out. It’s so quiet here. Also, neighbors are extremely friendly. It’s so clean here as well! It’s a family friendly place. Don’t let these bad reviews mess with you. They are just people who like to complain. The path they have for walking around the lake is gorgeous and so well kept. Plus if you have children, it’s right across from a school. Again, it’s very family friendly. I highly recommend living here! You won’t regret it!

My fiance and I have lived at the Estates of Prosper for about 6 months now. We absolutely love it. The area is quiet and spacious, so you feel at peace, verses being in the big city with all the hustle and bustle. That said, anything you could want to do as far as shopping or dining is within 10 or 15 mins of the complex. The apartment we have is the pre-upgraded style with carpet through-out and its beautiful. There are nine foot ceilings, gorgeous views, and my beloved garden soaking tub ^_^ !!! That said, the new upgraded apartments have hardwood throughout, accent walls, large rain shower heads, and of course you keep that awesome tub. Its the epitome of luxury!When it comes to the office staff, they are awesome. Austin is our favorite. They are always prompt when it come to services and maintenance, they have various events that they do every month like Hot Dogs and Ice Cream at the pool. Its peaceful, and lovely and quiet and serene. The fountain has a trail thats great for nice romantic walks. We really love this place and you should totally move in over here!

I have an awesome view of one of the 3 lakes that are on the property. My neighbors are nice and helpful...when I moved in two of my neighbors helped me with my boxes and furniture. We have community events like pool parties and clubhouse amenties..just a Great place to lay your head at night. I must be honest, the rent is slightly higher than most apartments but it is well worth the price. The area is quiet and peaceful...it feels like a vacation retreat everytime I come home.
