We lived here for over a year and had an overall great experience. The community feels very safe and family friendly. The apartments are nice & very spacious for the price! We would recommend.

Absolutely amazing community and front office. Beautifully kept and clean. Keri is an awesome manager. Any time I needed maintenance, Suzie was there within a day. I was here for years and never once had a complaint. They are so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend Orchard Grove enough.

Always a fast and professional response from Suzy and the maintenance staff for any request! This is a great place to live!......Update - We had another maintenance request handled very promptly and professionally a few days ago. We are truly thankful for Keri, Suzy, Michael, Farah and the great people running our apartment complex!!!

Keri and the staff have been very helpful and friendly to work with. They all went out of their way to get our apartment ready for us to move into when we needed to move. My daughter and I are so happy to have found our new apartment in this complex and really glad to have found a suitable unit in Fredericksburg, as our new jobs are in the area and neither of us have a long commute with high gas prices!

Orchard Grove Apts are the best managed apt group imaginable. Had a water leak from the fire protection system and it was fixed in one afternoon. Changed a toilet valve within hour of my telling mgt of problem. I cant recommend this mgt team and staff any higher. They made for a very pleasant stay.

Best little community in Fredericksburg! I was part of the team when We broke ground here for the start of this community. So to see it go from a field that had two buildings on it, to this wonderful place I now call home is awesome. The Managment and all my neighbors just make the hard work I put into this place all the more better. I can’t think of any thing negative about this place other than that I’m still waiting for our covered parking to be built for building #3 that’s about it other than that every thing’s great here.

Very relaxing environment the gym is great and friendly staff . Cozy apartment and they care about the renters ❤️ The pool is great two years renting. It has provided everything we need. Expensive but best apartments in Fredericksburg.

Once Orchard Grove changed management to First Inc it was a dramatic difference. They care about their tennants and did nothing but constantly improve the property. My Ollie and Daisy LOVED the doggie run. Keri, Suzan, Tammy, John and Michael are great!!

Water was leaking into our apartment. We had about 1 inch of water in the bathroom and part of the kitchen. A maintenance man was spotted by my husband on his way to the office. He responded immediately. When it was discovered that the sprinkler system was leaking in the ceiling, running down inside the wall and coming out of the baseboard in the bathroom, the water to the building was shut off. As soon as possible, a repairman from San Antonio arrived and repaired the leaking pipe. The problem was solved as soon as humanly possible. Couldnt be happier with speed that the problem was solved.

Staff is second to none in their interaction with residents. Beautiful installations that are continually improving with new offerings: covered parking, outdoor kitchen/gazebo. Thank you for taking care of us like family.

Since new company the managers are very kind and accommodating as well as the maintenance. Anytime I put in a work order the maintenance has it done same day even when short staffed. I am enjoying my time here.

Maintenance came out an the hour and not only fixed this issue but also help to explain how to maintain the ac. I am very pleased and grateful to be living in this community that takes care of us no matter what time of day.

Amazing staff! Caring and prompt any time we had a question or maintenance request. Property is well maintained and they added carports and dog park while we were residents.
