If I could give One90 100 stars, I absolutely would! Jasmine was beyond amazing. From the moment we toured to the time we signed our lease, our process was anything but easy. However, Jasmine remained extremely professional, kind, and empathetic every step of the way. She never made my partner and me feel like we were asking too many questions—her patience and attentiveness truly stood out.To be honest, the entire staff at One90 is incredible! Everyone has been so helpful and responsive, making this transition smooth and stress-free. Jasmine was really nice & helped me out to her fullest potential. As a manager in hospitality I understand the good & bad of what comes with this field of work. I truly appreciate good service & she is perfect c very professional. Keep up the good work girlie. I rated a 4star because I don’t care for the W/D hookups only. But I’ll utilize a laundry service. They do offer them for an additional $40 monthly. The apartments are newly renovated, spacious, & located in a nice area.

The apartment complex is very clean and put well together , Jazmine was wonderful she helped me out with the touring and going through with the application process she made everything so easy and stress free! I went for a tour today with Jasmine! She was very nice and accommodating being that I did not have an appointment scheduled. The area is very nice and I love the apartment. It’s just what I’m going to need. My only complaint would be is that the property doesn’t come with a washer and dryer. They offer a service to I think this can work for me.

Arely is your good to gal! She has such a welcoming and friendly aura that makes you feel good within yourself. She is very throughout when it comes to giving the information about what we are looking for and she was able to answer all the questions that me and my husband had. She even cared to ask us if we had preferences which you know not many leasing consultants do that and I appreciate it her for it. Now for the area is absolutely clean and it has the modern feel to the apartments and the main building as well. Big thing that I was hoping that the apartment would have was elevator cause I have knee issues; luckily for me we found an apartment in a location that I won’t require but it’s a plus! Moving isn’t not easy but the service that was and still is provided is amazing :)Thank you for everything so far!

I have toured over 10 apartments in the last 2 months passing this one up and figuring I would never be able to afford to live there. I took a chance out of pure curiosity and called and had my initial encounter with jasmine she was so helpful from start to finish. She even gave me a pre-qualify over the phone once I sent over additional information. Once I went and toured I knew immediately when I got there that’s where I wanted to live. They had a breakfast bar for residents on that day and I got a chance to see the resident and how they interacted with the front office and I was blown away by how kind the resident were to each other but the front office office. That speaks volumes. I toured and apartment a few weeks prior to coming here and had a resident tell me as I was waiting to tour “Do move here, the office staff is horrible” I saw first hand here that the residence actually appreciated what these ladies do everyday and that’s why I applied the same day.

After searching many apartments in the Plano area, I came across this one on accident. I took a chance went inside and was greeted by Kelly, Which by the way was absolutely phenomenal. I loved the apartment It was beautiful and extremely clean. Hallways were cool and Spacious. The gym was the best one I’ve seen yet! Price point is pretty fair if not competitive with others around the area.I haven’t rented since applications were on paper a very long time ago, so it was all a bit confusing how to use different apps. But the ladies in the front office must’ve answered my phone call 10 times. Haha. Overall, it was a great experience and I will update once I live there for a while, but so far I am super excited and it’s all been super easy. Do yourself a favor and just come check it out.

Me and my family visited the apartment complex more than once to see the model and to see the actual apartment since the building was under construction and to be honest the leasing team were helpful, kind and experts in answering questions and concerns each time we visited. We received an admin waiver for our honest opinion.

She went above and beyond to help us find the right apartment that meets our needs. She provided high quality service and was able to address all our requirements. Edited 1 Month Later: We’ve been living here for about a month now and it’s been really great. The maintenance people are very responsive and we’ve never had any issues with them coming into my home unannounced or anything like that. If I have any questions or concerns and call up the leasing office the staff is all very responsive and never rude. Not really understanding the other reviews stating the office staff are rude/unresponsive because that has not been the case for my husband and I. The gym is great and always well maintained. Same goes for the pool as well, we use it almost every day. While moving in using a U-Haul and personal vehicle, there was no stress and the office said we could park in the back guest spots during the night with the U-Haul/truck. The neighborhood seems really nice so far! We regularly go on walks and see lots of people walking throughout the day. There’s a little shopping strip opening up soon at the end of the road with a Dunkin and various local restaurants which I am very excited to try once they open.My husband and I were checking out apartments and One90Gateway totally blew us away. Wed already seen 13 places, but this one was the only perfect fit. Ruth, the leasing agent, was super helpful! She didnt just give us a generic tour, she actually showed us the exact apartment wed be living in if we decided to go with them. The whole complex is gorgeous. Its brand new and has this fresh, modern vibe. Everyone we met was really friendly and helpful.Im usually pretty picky, so I was expecting to find something wrong, but everything was on point. The apartment Ruth showed us was spotless and had all the latest appliances. The layout was spacious, and the balcony was amazing. It felt like they really put thought into the design.Overall, it was a great experience. If youre looking for a new place, Id definitely recommend checking out One90Gateway. They made us feel right at home, and we cant wait to move in.

From the tour to the move in, we have been pretty please with this complex. The agent we toured with was very fun (I forgot her name but shes one of the staff at the firewheel location that was helping the gateway location and she was pregnant) and informative about construction and other things she thought we should know before making a decision.We were moving from a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom large house and coming to an apartment we were very anxious about not having space for all of our things but found the apartment spacious and plenty of storage and closet spaces.We moved in knowing we were the first to live in our unit and knowing the elevator was not built yet, which was perfectly fine with us! Its been very cool watching the elevator being built each day a new part or doors being added on.... A bit harder than we thought to move in and not have an elevator, but we got a good workout climbing those stairs every time we were bringingg up furniture and boxes.The only downside bout not having the elevator is probably the stairway because it is pretty hot, the doors are very hard to open and if they get closed all the way I cant get them open and have to call my boyfriend to come help. Not the best of you have weak muscles or arthritis.I do also wish I had a closer parking space, I live in building 3 but our parking spaces are on the other side of building 4 so with the stairs and crossing to other side of parking lot it can be a lot on weak knees... Im getting used to it but sometimes have to use my cane to make the journey.The staff have been wonderful for everything else we have needed. We are slowly unpacking and have found nothing wrong or awful about our unit at all!

Every single member was so kind and helpful, but Mattie went above and beyond to put my mind at ease and help me find a home not just an apartment. She gave me resources for each service id need. Anything i could possibly need to take care of she had the information. Her communication was quick and informative each time AND if i had a question we werent sure on, she didnt tell me what she thought she found a definite answer. ive moved 14 times in 3 years before i decided to take a permanent role and i am so grateful i came across this place.
