The apartment is a great place and safe location. During my first move in, I felt so much at home. Neighbors are kind and I never have to have issue with anyone. The staff during my moving one d year ago were very supportive. However, during my unit transfer, I felt a bit awkward with their unspoken unwillingness to transfer me to another unit. To be fair, I thought it will be exciting for them to see that a resident wants to live longer with them, and at some point I considers just going ahead to buy a home but unwilling since I do not want to live in a lonely neighborhood.Finally, Kayli was able to get me into another unit (not my preferred but similar model).All the same, I will still recommend this unit to anyone wanting a cool and safe place to live.I just feel that the manager should be more accessible. I can recall my move in when we couldn’t resolve the issue of parking space, I was upset but the manager stepped in and interviewed and her attitude kind of melted my heart making me feel like this place is right. Not sure if is still the same manager, but I do recommend that they should at least be visible especially to residents.On requesting for a work order, this apartment is 100% on time and efficient. My AC was out and I sent out a message requesting for that and before I returned home, it was fixed. I also had two more works about my toilet and another for the kitchen and even when I sent them late expecting that they do it in 24 to 48 hours, they do it within 4 hours of receiving it which is something I love so much.Not withstanding, I still love the community.

Apartment hunting can be so stressful but Kahli and Sara (I believe her name was) made our time with them so enjoyable! We will be signing with them and I really look forward to it. The complex even has remote office space for work-from-home tech employees, a gym with excellent equipment that replaces the need for a gym subscription, two swimming pools, a kids playground, and dog parks. The apartment complex is amazing and the front office is super professional and nice. They made the move in process extremely easy by telling us exactly where to go for power and renters insurance. AT&T fiber is setup in your apartment and you need to work with AT&T to pick your plan and activate. If the building is new you will need to contact AT&T.We worked with Kahli and Vanessa mostly over email. They made everything very easy and were in constant communication with us. The apartment has tons of amenities you can use such as 2 pools and a club house.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking!

My husband and I toured these apartments on Saturday with our toddler. At first I thought they would be annoyed at the fact that he was being so loud but all of the women kept reassuring me that it was fine and they offered us water and a coloring book for our kid. It was honestly a big reason why we choose these apartments because it’s nice to feel welcomed especially when having a loud toddler. On top of that the apartments were gorgeous. Can’t wait to move in.

One90 Firewheel is a very well-kept community. Though it is impossible to curb every bit of noise, for a complex this large, it is pretty quiet. The amenities such as the clubhouses, pools, and gym are always clean and properly maintained. There are regular events for residents, such a brunches and food truck visits. My apartment is so spacious and well-appointed - I love coming home to my space! Vanessa and her entire team are always incredibly responsive to residents needs. Vanessa, the community director, really knows her stuff and strives to be of service on every level. I love living here and being in close proximity to shopping and restaurant options as well! Just another bonus of the community: location! I look forward to living here for a long while.

I’ve been staying at this community for more than 2 years now and I just love it. Wonderful floor plans, beautiful landscaping, GE appliances and what not. But the reason I chose to post a review today is the commendable diligence with which the housekeeping staff and the leasing consultants revert back. Leasing staff (Jess, Beth, Brooke + the new ones onboard) are the best. But a big shoutout to their manager Vanessa Peart. Even when I send an email to the leasing office ‘post work hours’, Vanessa acknowledges the email within minutes and ensures it is taken care of as soon as the new business day starts. Kudos to Team One90!!

We are moving out due to changing jobs, but if we could have stayed in the area we would have stayed in the complex and moved to a 2-bedroom. Maintenance addresses work orders the very next day and the complex is always clean. We have never had an issue with parking and the surrounding area is extremely safe. Cant recommend these apartments enough!

This is by far the best living experience ever (coming from someone who has lived in about 8 different places). Going to split my review up into 3 different sections. TLDR - pricey but worth.Before: Before signing my lease, one of the leasing agents, Cydnee was a great help. Im a person with lots of questions but she answered all and for the ones she missed, I would send a gentle reminder and answers would be given. One different thing was that they do make you pay for reserved parking. Its a first for me, $15/month but thought people should know about it.During: During my stay, nothing went wrong! The place outside the apartment complex was relatively clean. The groundskeeper does a great job and keeping things neat and tidy. The only downside was the dog park. This is something thats not entirely the apartments fault but the dog park has so much POOP everywhere that it was gross. People really need to pick up after their dog but they dont unfortunately.After: I had to cut my lease early. It sucked to pay the cancellation fee but it is what it is. I left my place really nicely like I always do. Vacuumed/wiped counters + floors. One of the things that surprised me was that they didnt charge any exorbitant cleaning fee. EVERY SINGLE ONE of my previous apartment complexes charged some dumb cleaning fee even though I cleaned up after myself. This really says a lot about the company and the people working here. I really appreciated everything while living here and hope that others do too. Its also in a nice quiet area while still being close to the necessities. I highly recommend living here. Thank you Cydnee and Alyssa + One90 for a great living experience.

I’ve live next door at the Atlas Crown apartments, and my lease is coming up to an end. Although my time was nice here, I’ve decided to move next door to One90 Firewheel. The reason for my move is because the leasing staff, particularly Cara was outstanding in her knowledge of what units were available and helped us quickly find what we were looking for. Before we started the tour, the Community Manager also came out of her office to great us as well. The area is nice, with a great ethnic store nearby (their produce selection is small, but very well priced). Quick drive to PGBH and 75 isn’t too bad either, 30 minutes to downtown Dallas.

The location of all units have a very good view of the city and its in a nice quiet area of Garland. I move in very soon and I am more than excited! The units are beautiful and are loaded with space and amenities like a Bluetooth speaker setup built in for example!The amount that my partner and I will be paying in rent seems completely Fair because of the amenities that are included with the complex! It is a gated community in the sense that each building has a gate that you need to scan into to enter. There are also Daily patrols with Dallas Police, so I feel very safe here!I want to give a shout out to our leasing partner Brittany Edens for working with us on our move-in and all documents! Every detail was very thorough and straightforward. There was absolutely no confusion when it came to paperwork. She is super friendly and we look forward to working with her as we live there!We are so excited to be living at the One90!

So I’m excited to apply to this property. The appliances are upgraded…the amenities are clean and fresh looking…. High ceilings are the best (to me) and I appreciate modern vinyl floors with carpet in the bedroom only. My main main main like is the spacing. There’s literally enough space for my dining room table which my grandmother bought for me so I definitely have sentimental value to and wouldn’t move in if there was no space for it. The unit available doesn’t have washer/dryer in unit but Jennifer (leasing consultant) has been so great and has offered vendor options to rent so basically all my needs are being met. If this initial experience is telling of the future, I’m sure I’ll enjoy my living experience and the leasing team will provide the excellence I’m looking for. Cara is the best. She will listen and give you answer on all question. I can’t thank her enough. I was so undecided about the space I chose but she gave me an idea and it change my mind and I kept the apartment. She’s always available through call and email and any additional questions you have she’s there to answer them, I recommend One90 and the staff is awesome when you walk in the door they make sure to acknowledge you.

We have lived here over 1 year and absolutely love it! All the ladies in the office and very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is great - things are taken care of very quickly. The building hallways, elevator and grounds are clean and nicely taken care of. Looking forward to staying here once we renew our lease.

We just applied to One90 Firewheel and the application process was very smooth. The entire staff was so kind and very knowledgeable. They’ll make you feel like you are at home and you belong. I am so excited for the events they are going to have and the amenities are amazing! They seem to be very involved and I feel like I am going love it here already!

Cydnee has been so helpful in helping my family lease our new apartment. One90Firewheel is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! There are many perks to living here. Very spacious. Two pools open year round! Yoga room and gym! And the best part LOCATION. The location of One90Firewheel is in a beautiful area. You are close to authentic food, malls, attractions and so much more. If you’re looking for a new home, I highly recommend moving here!

My husband and I have been living here for almost two months and we love it. Granted, it’s our first apartment but we’ve had nothing but good things to say about it. It’s quiet, everyone is super friendly and most importantly, we feel safe here. My dog, who has a hard time getting acclimated pretty much anywhere that isn’t home, loves it as well and that was a huge concern for me at the beginning. Overall, One90 is a lovely complex and we’re super happy here!

This was the last place I decided to tour for the day, and I ended up accidentally showing up an hour early, but it was no problem for Cydnee to not only accommodate me but also show me multiple properties to help me choose the right spot for me. She went above and beyond to help select the right place for the right price. She was very adamant about the community aspect of the complex, and I can tell she really cares about the residents needs. The complex is extremely nice, in a good area, and has security features that are not offered in other complexes. Super excited to move in!

Were happy to call One90 Firewheel home in 2024!! We previously lived in Garland and rode past One90 Firewheel daily. We said one day were going to check them out. Well that day came this past Friday. After a failed attempt to view units at Atlas Crown we drove right over to One90. The staff greeted us even with it being later in the day on a Friday evening. We saw Cydnee taking out papers as we looked around but not paying any mind but she was preparing for us to talk to her. The office was nicely decorated with Christmas trees, etc. We called it home before even talking to Cydnee or touring. She was nice, showed us around and allowed us to tour the unit alone. We took our time looked over the place and was ready to move in that day. 😁 Well we have to pack first but well be calling One90 Firewheel our home early 2024. See yall soon!! 😁

The ONLY reason why it gets 4 stars and not 5 is due to some minor things at move-in that presented and some things within my schedule having to shift suddenly.NO business is perfect: however,I appreciate the accountability of everyone who communicated with me after I addressed my concerns,their authenticity behind their apologies, and the urgency to resolve that came up on move-in day.Effective listening is apart of communication!I voiced what was needed and Destinee, Alexus, their maintenance Supervisor & his team, and the housekeeper took care of me.It’s important to live where you are heard and your dollar is respected where it is spent.

Beautiful apartment! I’m grateful for the 2 years I have lived here before we moved into our new home! I remember there was a delay in closing our home and we asked the leasing office to extend our days with another 2 weeks since our lease was about to end. They did extend and prorated our rent for those days. Such an accommodating and loving team, thank you Jessica and team !!

Everyone at the leasing office is so helpful and sweet! From scheduling an appointment with Beth to touring with Kristyn to picking up keys with Brooke, the experience was exceptional. The application process was effortless with Kristyn updating us along the way. Additionally, they are superb at communicating and responding to emails and calls. Ive had quite a few questions before, during, and after the move, and they were always quick to help. The property itself is amazing, and the amenities are a huge plus. So excited to call this place home!

My girlfriend and I came to tour this property as our current lease is coming to an end. We were looking for a bigger apartment with better amenities. I have lived here a little over a year now. The office staff was extremely friendly (Hannah & Christina) was so friendly and outgoing. Even with the recent staff change they are always doing something regarding tenant appreciation. The maintenance team is stellar as well! My requests get completed by the following day. The amenities are great to keep my little guy entertained! I have even referred a couple of friends here as well. My only dislike is the parking it’s extremely limited. When I have guest there is no where for them to park near my apartment building and my code to let guest in still doesn’t work.

Walking into One90 Firewheel apartments have just been the best experience of my life both with the beautiful facility and leasing office personals in Texas. My application process and viewing an apartment all started with the WONDERFUL Jennifer who just eased me thru the entire process. Since my move wasnt set until May, I was continuously communicating with Cydnee and Destinee, who were absolutely just as GREAT. To top it off, I had brought up a certain question regarding my application, even though Cydnee had answered my question to my satisfaction, Vanessa comes over and resolves it going above and beyond. I then realized that it wasnt just one or two who were just great as you would find in any leasing office, I was Amazed how ALL these ladies in this office work so professionally, caring, sincere, attentive, and simply go the extra mile. If any one wants caring and attentive people, I recommend they move here, (and I have seen and experienced other apartments in Dallas area); and if any one wants peace, serenity, well kept and clean, plus beautiful apartment inside, then I recommend they move here. We just found the most beautiful apartment in the perfect location! The One 90 Firewheel team was so welcoming from the moment we walked in, serving us lattes and cold water, and Destinee truly went above and beyond to guide us on a tour of the apartment and answer all our questions. The customer service here is incredible and the amenities of the apartment are high end.
