    I have lived at Olympus Waterford for 4 years. I have raised my daughter here. We enjoy attending the resident events and swimming in the pool every summer. I taught my daughter to swim here. The property is always clean, landscaping is done regularly and maintenance requests are done quickly too! Chelsy always greets us with a smile. She is always available to help with questions and concerns. She makes the property feel like a community. Latonya has been the property manager the whole time I’ve lived here. She is the reason why this property is ran so consistently.

    Olympus Waterford is a great community to live. It’s been two years, still loving it, strongly recommending for others too.Leasing professional Chelsey is so good and friendly and will help with our needs with a smiling face.When we moved here La Tanya helped us with all leasing documents and renewals. She is so helpful, friendly and address all our lease needs, she will plan all types of events and gatherings frequently which gives us an opportunity to socialize.They both treat us like a family!All the maintenance issues will be resolved with in a day or two and the professionals working here are friendly and knowledgeable with the issues.

    I have enjoyed living in this apartment complex. Feels like a little condo community. Great location too. Maintenance is quick and staff is friendly. Landscaping and area is well kept. I would recommend as a great place to live.

    My little family and I LOVE it here. We have been here for 2 years, yet we are currently having a hard time deciding whether to move to a house or stay here because this property and our unit have served us so well! Chelsea has been so lovely and always so kind and helpful to our family. Latonya has also worked hard to make sure things are going well around here, and the maintenance crew are always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this complex!!

    Where do I begin? I had a major life change that led me to looking for an apartment. It had been years since I have lived in apartments. Going into it, I did not have high hopes on locating something that would check all the boxes. I was proved wrong in the best way possible. I had an appointment with Olympus Waterford and little did I know how much that would change my circumstances for the better. I was greeted by Chelsy, who was warm, friendly and genuine. First good sign. We toured apartments, had a great time looking at the property on the snazzy golf cart. Again, felt at home without realizing it. Chelsy took time and care to hear what I was looking for, my preferences and price range. Chelsy found a unit that I did not even have on my radar and next thing I know I am signing the lease, there were too many good signs all pointing to the right choice. I am so happy with this community and so thankful to have had Chelsy as the person to help me with this transition. I also want to throw in, both Chelsy and LaTonya came through with ensuring my leasing promo was applied. The community is quiet, small, and everyone is friendly.

    I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The lease consultants are extremely cooperative and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any concerns. The community itself is vibrant and cleanly maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and care.I particularly appreciate the efforts put forth by the office in organizing regular events, which contribute significantly to the sense of community and make living here even more enjoyable. Overall, its a fantastic place to call home, and I highly recommend it!

    Would give 10 stars! We’ve lived here for over two years with our two young kids (4 & 5) and we love it! It’s a wonderful community with lots of friendly families and beautiful apartments. Chelsea and LaTonya are incredible managers and have always been so friendly and helpful o us. And the maintenance staff, Julian and Corey are awesome. Our family loves going on walks on the trail behind the complex that goes along the stream.Definitely recommend!

    I just want to say I’ve been at Olympus for 5 years now and it’s been an incredible place to live. The whole staff is awesome, Chelsy and LaTonya have always been helpful and prompt with everyone, while Corey and Julian are always on it with any needs of our big apartment family.     The maintain. men are outstanding and efficient. This complex is older but the guys keep it looking fresh. LaTonya and Chelsey took really good care of my needs as well. I will miss the entire team at this residence.

    The Olympus Waterford is nice apartment community. The apartment complex is well organized and clean. The leasing professional Chelsy was helpful and knowledgeable on the floor plans options. She was empathetic during the conversation and provided multiple options for choosing the right floor plan for our requirement.

    Olympus Waterford is a great place to live. It’s a clean and quiet community and the staff are great. Maintenance is always quick to respond and Chelsea and LaTonya, in the office, are very friendly and professional. They go the extra mile to plan community events and engage their residents. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to figure out the garbage situation. It’s unrealistic to think that garbage bags can be placed in a Dixie-cup sized garbage can. The requirement to do so has left many leaving bags of garbage in public places so as not to be “caught” (and fined) for leaving garbage near their residence without being placed in the container. Perhaps issuing larger receptacles would result in better compliance.

    Definitely the right place.If you want a place that feels more like a small home than a typical apartment this is the place you want to considerI recently moved and was looking for a place while I was out of state, and spent weeks searching listings.Chelsy was amazing, when I was looking for a place to move to, she went above and beyond for me to accommodate and make the move in process smooth. She definitely took the time and care and that was the ultimate decider for me to apply and move in, I can’t say enough good things about her.

    Olympus Waterford is a wonderful community to live in. The facilities and apartment homes are top notch and of a very high quality. It is also very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping along with close proximity to city parks and access to DFW airport for travel. And finally, the staff (Chelsy, LaTonya, Corey, etc) are excellent and provide a very friendly and welcoming environment for all of their tenants.

    Chelsy is the shinning star of this apartment complex, any time I have any issue she is so quick to assist me and get it handled. She even collected a package for me when I was out of town and forgot about the scheduled delivery! (Name another apartment complex that does that!?!) She goes above and beyond at every turn to ensure resident satisfaction, I highly recommend asking for Chelsy!

    Very quiet and clean neighborhood. Residence are equipped nicely and having an attached garage is a huge plus. Chelsey was very helpful from the beginning of the process through lease signing!

    I lived in a first floor apartment at Olympus Waterford for two years, before moving out because I purchased a home. Otherwise, I’d still be there, because we loved it so much. Everyone I ever encountered was very friendly, staff included. About a year ago, we had a really bad hail storm that destroyed most of the vehicles in the parking areas. You wouldn’t believe how many people were outside that same night, helping each other cover busted out windshields, sun/moon roofs, etc. It was seriously amazing! The grounds were always clean, with the exception of dog poop, sometimes. The inside of my apartment was very spacious, and pretty modern. My dog LOVED going to the dog park, which is a very large area. There’s a pond nearby and walking trails, which was awesome. If you’re looking for an affordable, pet and family friendly apartment, make sure you give Olympus Waterford a looksie!

    The apartments are clean and exude an air of class (stainless steel appliances, modern looking cabinetry, fairly spacious rooms/bathrooms, adequate storage, private porch, etc.)But as one poster stated, they need to improve the trash/recycling situation.Anyone who has come to the apartment has had nothing but good things to say 🙂

    It was an honor to live in such a stunning, well maintained, and loving apartment community. My second story apartment with an attached garage was more like a home. It was quiet, cozy and with ample closet space. The floorplan was excellent with modern amenities. I had two balconies that overlooked gorgeous trees. The grounds were well kept, and the maintenance crew responded quickly to any concerns. Latonya and Reagan, the office managers, were amazing. Olympus is so fortunate to have them on board because they really make the difference. In my short 6 months there, they became like family. They were so warm and inviting- ALWAYS. If I had to live in an apartment complex again, I would choose Olympus Waterford over and over. This is hands down the best community in DFW. I hope that it never changes.

    When I first moved to Keller, I wasn’t sure where to live. I was thinking about renting a house but decided on an apartment because I traveled a lot for work. And I decided on Olympus Waterford because I felt my belongings would be safe while I was away. I made the right choice and never had to worry about anything while I was away. Also important for me were the schools my son could go to while at Olympus Waterford.The people in the office were professional and kind and always a pleasure to work with. The residents were friendly and I even made some friends while staying there. My son and I really enjoyed the pool.The apartments were clean, spacious, and a good fit for me. I never had an issue during the two years I lived there.

    These apartments are beautiful, they have a little village feel to them. We ended up going with another Olympus property but I will tell you Olympus does things right! Staff longevity, clean-well kept communities, and great location. This was our second choice and will be a possibility in the future for us if we decide to move again. LaTonya is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the community. Great property!

    I am editing this post as Latonya helped me resolve all my issues and went above and beyond to help me. I even just renewed my lease for 18 months. The community here is super friendly as well. Thank you LatonyaThe most horrible online payment system around. They need to update their system and stop the process of trying to pull the money out a day before it is due.

    Reagan is literally the best manager I’ve ever encountered at Olympus. She is kind, professional, works with your budget, understanding, and follows up with every question/ concern. The entire time I lived at this complex if I was at the office she was attentive and knowledgeable of her job. The pool, office, and gym are always clean. I felt safe living here and it’s just a great place to meet friends too. I’ve met life long friends at Olympus Waterford. We’re all like family and it’s great!!!! If you want a good neighor this is a place for you! Only the elite of Keller live here!

    This Apartment Community is Stunning!Each and every time I visit the office I am greeted with smiles and a big Hello from everyone in the Leasing Office. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure each Resident & Guest feels like they are at Home.The property has a great Fitness Center, Resort Pool and Clubhouse.In my opinion, Olympus Waterford is the BEST apartment community to reside at in Keller and to call HOME.

    I would love this place but have asked the staff to get someone to fix the dryer 3 times! And the sink.UPDATE… chelsy is amazing! As soon as she came back all of my issues were fixed!     We love living here! We moved here a couple months ago and have nothing bad to say. Safe, quiet, and beautiful complex. We love to grill out at the pool, run the trails around the complex and love the HUGE dog park. Maintenance is super quick to respond to any request and the staff is so kind!

    I lived here for a year and lived in their counterpart Olympus Stone Glen before here and the company is so great - I had a crazy personal thing that happened where I needed to move apartments and they made it a smooth transition. The neighbors are all super friendly and the apartment itself feels like a townhome more than an apartment and I loved living here - I would definitely recommend this complex to everyone!

    The front office staff is exceptional and service oriented! When I needed help printing forms, Jamie was so kind to be of assistance. Dondi was also very helpful when the gate access wasnt working for us. They truly care about us and make us feel that this is our home. They even have date night postings and events weekly as well as whats happening here at Waterford Glen like food truck night! That was a treat! There are many families living here and are pet friendly. Weve seen so many dogs, which Banjo is happy to see! Thank you for checking on us via letter and welcoming us to our new home!

    I am a current resident of this place and love most things about it. The ladies in the office are kind and usually always available. If you fill out a maintenance request it’s gets done immediately. I have only met friendly families and good people. I had a problem with management and earlier posted a bad review. They contacted me and resolved the issue. They do their best to maintain a clean and happy environment. There are some hidden service fees that you get every month but it’s about 45$ worth ....which isn’t bad. Overall great place!!!!

    Honestly, I do not why so many have given negatives reviews. Leasing agent, Jelisa, has been so accommodating and made the transition of home owner to renter manageable. Aesthetically grounds; classy neighbors and my building is very quiet!!

    Love the community here at OW! Very quiet and pleasant place for children. Maintenance by far has exceeded my expectations!!! Jabaris is very timely and extremely efficient in getting the job done. I must say in 9 months of living here Jabaris has always been very professional.

    Really great place to live. Only reason for 4 stars is the fact that the walls are SO thin. And I know apartment walls are often thin but I can hear my neighbor snoring and I wear earplugs AND listen to a white noise machine. Maybe he snores insanely loudly though. Who knows. Aside from that, it’s great.

    I couldn’t ask for a better apartment complex to live in. My daughter goes to school next door and it’s been amazing walking to school with her everyday.. the peaceful walkways and friendly neighbors feels like close to paradise. My mind is at ease knowing I am safely gated. I couldn’t be more content!

    We have been living here for close to a year now and absolutely love it. The community is really quiet and peaceful, and the maintenance here is amazing. Cody from maintenance is a rockstar, who goes above and beyond to address any issues that you have. Plus Latonya in the front office is always there to answer any questions that you may have. She usually works until 7PM
