    Central and convenient place to call home. Well landscaped, easy to enter and exit. Very helpful and responsive staff. Easy move in process. Had a number of issues with the apartment on move-in, but they were fixed in a timely manner.This is my second Olympus property and I am impressed with their employee culture and overall attention to and care for the residents.

    Ive been living at Olympus town center for almost 2 years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to parks, shops, lakes, restaurants and Keller town center. The maintenance team is incredibly efficient and responsive; they always address issues promptly and professionally. The leasing office staff, especially Amy Hurdsman, are friendly, helpful, and make every effort to ensure residents feel welcome and supported.Additionally, the community events like pool parties and brunch parties organized by the management add a wonderful sense of community and fun. Overall, Olympus town center is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home.

    If you are looking for a community, look no further! not only will you find your home here, you will be joining a great community. the management here hosts so many events so that we can get to know them and our neighbors! kids gets to have a good time as well as the adults. my children and i love living here so much and it’s such a quiet neighborhood. the maintenance team is so responsive as well as the management office. i highly recommend moving here whether you’re alone or coming with a family!

    We had the pleasure of working with Amy at Olympus on her Holiday Open House. Not only was she incredible to work with, but it was evident how much the residents love living there! Our staff even heard one little girl tell her mom during the event Mommy, I never want to stop living here! That is a true testament to how much Amy and her team put into creating an incredible community for families to live in.

    I took a tour on the Property and Loved it.. What caught my attention was how clean the apartments looked and how well of a Job the Maintenance Crew does to upkeep the property! Will definitely make this my Next choice to make it my home.. Most definitely recommend 😎

    The Staff at Olympus Town Center (Amy, Renee and Brooke) all work hard to assist their residents with any issues that arise. The recent renovations throughout the property have certainly added to the appeal and looks of the complex. With a near ideal location within Keller, and moderate rates given that location, Olympus Town Center is worth a look.Its an easy walk to the main Keller Bike/Walking/Jogging Trails, the Smithfield Node Park, Keller Town Center, Keller Point, the Keller Natatorium and the Moviehouse & Eatery.

    The complex is a place to start your first home.     I love my apartment! Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. When I moved in I had a couple of requests, and they got me a brand new dryer and took care of everything within the hour. I’m truly impressed. 10/10 recommend!

    We have lived here for the past 10 years and my lease is up for renewal next week. After looking around the area at other apts, we decided to move to another model in the same complex. This place has the best location, all the updates and good management and maintenance teams. We will probably be here another 10 years!

    We moved in May of 2021, and stayed in the same unit all 3 years. The maintenance department could not be friendlier, or more responsive. About 2 months into living here, I dropped my wallet somewhere in the lot, the next day it was turned in by maintenance, ready for me to pick up. The leasing staff are extremely kind, and work with you through any issues. Amazing location, great neighbors, quiet, overall a great community. Ample parking, no pest issues, and recent renovations to the pool/grilling area look fantastic! We are only moving because we purchased a home, but otherwise we would have happily continued living at Olympus Town Center. We have had issues in the past with some rental properties, but zero here. Between the staff, amenities, maintenance crew, and location, you can not find a better place to call home in Keller.

    Olympus Town Center is a property very close to almost everything. The best schools, Family Doctor, pharmacy, Garden Centers, Car wash, etc, etc. the property is very becoming, relaxing surroundings and safe.pet friendly and areas for children to play. Management are very well on top of what pertain to those of us who has a lease here. You are welcome to become our neighbor. I been at the property for 5 years now, and plan to stay longer. Bldg 8 resident.🪴

    I moved here in October of 2023, I was met with a warm and welcoming staff who helped me with the whole application process. I currently live in a one bedroom one bath apartment with my wife on the second story and we love it at the Olympus Town Center. It’s quiet and clean. The staff is very communicative about updates, renovations, and even community gatherings. They are responsive to maintenance request. They are invested in improving the living experience here. They repainted all the buildings, implemented new lighting throughout the neighborhood, and have done improvements to the plumbing. They even gave me a birthday card wishing me a happy birthday. The staff here care and are doing their best to take care of our needs.It cost a little more to live here relative to other one bed one baths in the area but is worth every penny because of the staff, the amenities, and the location.If you are looking for a place to live, I recommend visiting the office and asking the staff for a tour. They are more than willing to accommodate you.

    Helped a friend move back to DFW a couple months ago, to start a new life on her own. She chose this property from three others in the area that I had researched for her. Fast forward to this past week and I was visiting her and we met Ray, one of the maintenance team members.     Matinence is really awesome here. They always respond so quickly and actually care about getting the job done! Bernard was especially awesome for coming to fix my AC in a timely manner while its so hot outside! Got it done quickly and its already feeling a lot cooler. Big shout out to him!! You can tell they work hard.

    Thank you to Ms. Amy and the sweetest front office staff for handling any issues that might arise with the most professional patience and care. David and Pedro on the maintenance team go above and beyond for the residents in every situation and I love seeing them around the complex! I have only been at the complex for a year and a half, but this current staff has been absolutely incredible and I cannot thank them enough for making this place feel safe and feel like home.

    My wife and I own The Dreyson Mobile Bar & Events and were hired by Amy to work with her on her Holiday party for the community. Unfortunately, we were already booked that day so we had our staff working the event after we set up. Our staff had nothing but positive things to say about working with Amy throughout the event and how much the residents seemed to enjoy living there!

    The best place to live in Keller! Olympus TownCenter is my home!Living at Olympus TownCenter has been an absolute pleasure!     After being referred to The Olympus Town Center by my daughter , who lived here for 2 years, I still wanted to check out other apartment complexes. After searching 6 different apartments I decided on the Olympus. One the best decisions I have made in a while. I have a one bedroom which provides me me ample space for one person. But it’s not just the inside that attracts people to this location. It’s the park like settling with tall trees and quiet respectful neighbors. It’s the short walk to the Keller Town center with shops and restaurants. It’s the short walk to a walking trail that can go on for miles if you wish. Then you have a staff of people who not only work for you but with you to make your stay enjoyable. From the front office to the maintenance crew, you will not be making a mistake by living here. In closing, I would like to thank my daughter for suggesting this complex , it has been a joy from the first day I moved in.

    Bernard was very helpful and friendly he installed my kitchen light bulb and cleaned up behind himself. I was surprised that I put the work order in the night before and he fixed it the next day.

    I have lived at Olympus for close to two years. My experience has been tremendous!! Its not realistic to expect perfection; however, In my experience I have found the price of rent, amenities, and the support I have received from Amy and Jennifer to be outstanding. I had lost my job due to covid-19 and they have not only been patient and accommodating, but truly understanding to my plight. Its the nicest community I have ever leases from. Keep up the great work Olympus Town Center!!

    When I first moved into Olympus Town Center I was retooling my life from a life changing situation. The leasing office staff was very understanding and helped me select an apartment that was in an area that was full of sun and life. They are very responsive to any of my requests and go above and beyond to help me resolve any questions. I am so thankful for each person in the leasing office and on the maintenance team. They helped to make what I felt was going to be the worst time of my life, a time that I could be comfortable and take the time to heal. Thank you Olympus Town Center Team....you all ROCK!!!!

    Amy Hurdsman, Manager and Jennifer Bond, Assistant Manager provide exceptional service. We have lived here 3.5 yeas and the staff have proven to be competent and responsive. Luis Cruz, Maintenance Tech, always provides professional and courteous service. The grounds are well maintained. It is a beautiful place to live.

    If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Renee is such a sweetheart, she’s one of the biggest reasons we chose Olympus as our new home. It was very apparent that she didn’t just want to rent an apartment/treat us like customers, she has such a genuine/fun personality and really made the experience that much better! She gave us any and all information we asked for, was super easy to work with and we really enjoyed our time with her!

    Im sorry to see poor ratings and bad reviews on here. The landscaping is well kept, the trash is picked up often and we dont have to walk to the dumpster, the manager is very friendly and the office throws parties in the clubhouse. It is nice that they make it easy to get to know the neighbors. I can see this place transforming into a community. The employees are very eager to take care of repairs however I havent needed any. The apartment is already in great shape! If you think the prices are high, do a little more research. Youll see that theyre right at market, especially for the convenient location, right by the town square and beautiful Bear Creek Park. I am grateful to be a resident here.

    We have lived here for 3.5 years and I would highly recommend the property. The staff is friendly and great to work with. The community is quiet and our neighbors have been wonderful. On top of that, Olympus Town Center is close to churches, grocery stores, restaurants, fast food and drug stores. Literally within walking distance is Keller Town Center, Keller Town Hall and Keller Pointe.

    I have to tell you that Renee was the reason, in addition to the gorgeous property, we chose Olympus over the others we looked at. My daughter loved her and said she felt that she was genuine and not just trying to lease an apartment-I felt the same way! She really made this move feel like it was meant to be and I can’t tell you how much that means to us especially in these crazy times. Thank you for going above and beyond! You are the best!! We can’t wait to move in!

    We moved into Olympus Town Center Apartments with the intent of our stay to be very temporary. Weve done the whole apartment living thing and were pretty tired of it, but this experience here has vastly surpassed our previous experiences. This close to everything location provides easy access to major roads, shopping, and (my favorite) eating. Weve been to other apartments nearby and nothing compares to the quality and home feel of Olympus Town Center Luxury apartments. Its light and open. The interior feels new and clean. Weve got a real wood fireplace and during the Holidays nothing feels more cozy. Its easy to see why our short term plans have changed to long term, much more long term.

    A few years ago I was in the exercise room and observed, through the great wall of glass, a family of ducks enjoying the pool. After quite a while, I noticed that they were actually trapped in it and had been struggling to climb out. I notified Amy and a few minutes later, the Olympus team was at the pool: Amy corralled the ducks from the deckside while Renee, in the water, herded them towards Ryan and Adrial whod laid out a make-shift ramp on the pool steps. The ducks, rescued, waddled off in appreciation! Thats all I need to say to comment about the quality of the staff as well as the convenient location living here at Olympus Town Center!

    I lived here the last 4 years and never had an issue. What attracted me to this place is the location as it is within walking distance to Keller Town Center and Bear Creek Park. The Community is very quiet and clean. If I didn’t buy a home, I’d still be living here.
