My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a new apartment and Olympus Las Colinas was our 4th stop. As soon as we walked into the office to inquire, we were met with consideration and care from Brittany. Apart from an aesthetically pleasing look of the property and the awesome location right off the trails and lake, Brittany made the entire process from inquiry, touring, signing the lease, and orientation a breeze! Moving is always stressful, but Brittany and the leasing office team truly made the experience top tier. At this point, we are settled in and couldn’t be happier! We LOVE our new home.

I recently moved to Olympus and it’s been great so far. Raul Castillo, one of the leasing consultant here, was super helpful from start to finish, making my move-in easy. The apartment is peaceful with a gorgeous lake view, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.The only small issue I see is with the mailroom. Packages tend to get mixed up, which can make finding yours a bit tricky at times. Would recommend dedicated lockers for any future improvements. But overall, I’m really enjoying my new place

I can’t get enough of being absolutely amazed by my outdoor scenery the property amenities my extremely large loft and the quality of residential care and convenience all in one place…Also the office team Melissa Jacqueline Brittany and the office Manager (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) have been nothing less than attentative and helpful. I definitely did not go wrong with this decision! Just been a resident for a short period but I’m anticipating longevity levels of fun! But, what does for me the most is the lake view and serene atmosphere.

I lived here about 3 years now since pandemic and had a great experience. They do live up to being called a luxury apartment complex. Location and amenities are great. The apartments themselves are great too. We have nice appliances. Leasing staff (big thanks to Brittany and Vanessa ) and maintenance were always really nice, personable, and PROMPT. If I ever had a question or maintenance issue they were on top of it immediately. Its on a relatively busy street (the train is running up and down the street all the time) BUT it is a surprisingly quiet place. There is garage parking so you never get caught in the rain trying to get inside and dont have to worry about hail damage on your car. Also lot of events in club house. BIG Thanks to leasing team for everything to make our time here pleasant . I would absolutely recommend living here!

I moved into this apartment complex sight unseen since I am from a different state, and thats where my rollercoaster journey began. Initially, I was approved for a 1-bedroom with a larger floorplan, only to be told a week before my move that it was not ready despite a month of remodeling and approval. My options? I was told word for word you can find another apartment complex or we can give you a smaller, more expensive layout stating it was lake view and courtyard view. The lakeview and courtyard view was a joke, I had maybe a small crack in between the parking garage of a lake view and if i stuck my head out, Ill see the courtyard... it felt like a bait-and-switch targeting someone unfamiliar with the area...Upon moving in, I encountered a slew of issues. Outlets were non-functional, and my fridges ice maker seemed allergic to making ice. Multiple maintenance requests were met with claims stating its been fixed and signed documents claiming repairs even though the issues persisted. It took three attempts before they replaced the entire machine.Parking, or lack thereof, was another headache. The announcement of more reserved spots didnt solve the problem but in reality made the problem worse. By evening, the garage resembled a reserved parking lot with no space left for non-paying residents like myself.To add insult to injury, despite consistently paying rent 2-3 days early, the renewal came with a surprising $150 hike. For a small 700sqft 1-bedroom space, the new rate was unreasonable. They even had the audacity to ask me the reason why I did not want to renew.The amenities promised fell short too. Trash valet, for which I shelled out extra, was a hit-or-miss service. If I had to give it a rate, your trash will be picked up maybe 4 out of the 10 times... Noise isolation? Non-existent. The constant chorus of barking dogs, constant construction within or outside the complex, and footsteps from neighbors above or outside felt like an unwelcome symphony.The saving grace? The areas charm and a lovely lake nearby. I want to say the best highlight of this apartment was when I turned in my keys and moved out.In sum, as a responsible and ideal tenant, I felt utterly disregarded. This apartment complex might have potential and may look good from the outside, but its current state is unacceptable. The positive 4.3 star rated reviews is a joke. On a generous day, it deserves 4 out of 5 stars. But honestly, that might be pushing it. If asked, Id advise this place needs a major overhaul before its worth considering.

We applied here and they were so helpful through the entire process! Questions we had, quotes right away, communicating through email quickly and even though we hadnt seen the apartment in person yet, they did everything to make us feel comfortable in making a decision that worked for us.Jennifer helped us in the office. Shes very descriptive and detailed with every important information about the complex. she gave great distance on timing depending on where we want to go in the area, she had our paperwork done and the tour was nice and simple. She answered every question and shes very informative. She was friendly, helpful and made everything simple and easy.We cant wait to move in soon and look forward to being here!

From the tour, to the application, to signing the lease, to the move-in process - everything was great because of Brittany in the leasing office. Brittany was very informative and answer every questions I had throughout the whole process.I did not get to see my exact apartment before moving in but upon moving in - the apartment was as described by Brittany. Just as I had hope and so much more. It was super clean and truly ready for move-in. Brittany even made sure to give me a walk through on move-in day instead of just handing off the keys to me. I appreciate her taking the time to welcome me.So far I had one experience with maintenance and can say they are very responsive and quick to fix things. I hope it continues, as needed, but hope none is needed. Lol.The area is absolutely beautiful and feels safe.Parking for myself and guest parking is good so far :)I highly recommend Olympus Las Colinas and their leasing team - especially Brittany!

The property is in a great quiet location right on a lake.The maintenance was questionable when I first moved in August 2021 but the new team has made significant efforts to be transparent, communicate often and act promptly on maintenance requests.Brittany at the leasing office shows so much empathy to residents and insists on honest feedback to bring real change.The team listens to residents and .any many many improvements are on the way. I cant wait to come back and update my review to 5 stars.

This is the first apartment complex that I’ve been at where there has been consistency across the board from the front office staff to the maintenance crew they get things done. Very professional. She is highly knowledgeable and very easy to work with! Make sure you ask for Brittany! You won’t be disappointed!

Olympus Las Colinas is such an amazing community to live in. Great location with beautiful Lake views. Toyota music factory is only a few blocks away plus many delightful restaurants to choose from. Apartment’s stellar response to the 2021 winter storm was what made me finally write a review. While the storm was still happening and apartment was in a rolling power outage I saw maintenance guys were on site and had already started working on fixing issues. Don’t think a faster response would be possible. Through emails leasing staff helped residents understand what was going on, giving updates on status of power & water. (To be clear issues with power and water were from winter storm and not at all fault of Olympus) Hope leasing office and maintenance staff get the recognition they deserve.Been a resident for a year and a half, can’t think of any serious issues that have occurred in that time. The few small issues I have had maintenance has been on it right away (within 24hours). Apartment has very thick walls, didn’t even know I had neighbors for quite some time and cannot even hear the train come by. Can’t beat the location on lake Carolyn, have always enjoyed going on a walk and have always felt safe walking alone.Overall love living here, such a great value!

We have lived here at these apartments going on 2 years. We absolutely love the apartments, staff and location! The staff in the office are all very friendly (Julian and Michael) and helpful especially the apartment manager Jenniffer. Maintenance requests are fairly quick and easy. I just submit online and usually within that same day the item is fixed. Everyone that lives in the apartments seems very friendly and nice, always waving or saying Hi! in the hallways. Plus, the location is great especially with the lake views! You also have the new Toyota Music Factory open along with new bars/restaurants.

Stephanie Guzman at Olympus Properties in Las Colinas, is simply Amazing! She answered each and every question I’ve had, she walk me from one of the complex to the other side. I had a concern of how far from the parking garage to the apartments. Each apartment I viewed I had to see where I would park. When my apartment was ready to view she face time me so I could see the colors of the walls, counters and even measured the height of the bar so I would know which height of bar stools to buy. She is so knowledgeable and personable. The type of employee I would hire if I owned a company. She’s simply Amazing!

Hello all, I just recently moved into this complex, and so far it’s been just wonderful. The leasing staff(Lucia, Julian) have been so so great to me from day one. They have been quick to respond and have been very helpful. I am lucky enough to have a first floor lake view unit, and it’s been great. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and I love how close the parking garage is to the actual units. The trash rooms are conveniently close, and I really like how the units are nicely gated off from the general public, and you need key fob access to get in.As far as the units themselves, mine feels very roomy. I really like the high ceilings, it really makes the place feel that much bigger. Comes with a microwave which is nice so it saved me some money there. My unit is perfect and I just can’t think of anything negative honestly.Best thing about this place has got to be the location. Right on the lake, and with all the new places being built nearby the Toyota music factory, I look forward to some new possibly cool bars/restaurants opening soon so close to us. I’ve never really rode the Dart rail trains, but there is a station just walking distance from the complex, which I definitely will be taking advantage of soon.I’ve read some other reviews on here when I was first looking, and so far I just can’t seem to relate to some of the very negative reviews about this complex. But I love the location. I think it’s a great place, and I can see myself settling in here for a good while 😊

I lived here for a year and totally would have stayed if I didnt want to move closer to my family in Wisconsin. The office and maintenance staff were the best Ive ever had and Ive lived in 6+ states and moved over 30 times. They were super responsive, helped with everything, and are handling the pandemic VERY well. They truly felt supportive and helped with any request I had. I have an autoimmune disorder from having cancer 4 years ago and I felt safe going to get my packages in the group package room because of all the safety precautions they took and how thoroughly they kept everything clean. I loved the layout of my apartment and seriously would have stayed there if I didnt want to be closer with family. Thank you to the staff for making my stay safe and perfect!

I recently moved down from NY and was looking for somewhere I could work from home half the time. Las Colinas and the Olympus property specifically offered everything I needed. The building and staff are so inviting and they are always there to address any issues and answer questions. The location is perfect right on Lake Carolyn and the easy walking trails make quality of life so much better. The light rail is also a 10 minute walk which takes you to downtown Dallas and the Airport in minutes. There is a garage with parking right on the level of your unit, two beautiful pools, a spacious gym and conference/Game Center. Brittany, Jevita, Nicole and the other leasing staff I have interacted with are nothing but supportive and helped me with my transition. They also go above and beyond throwing little events like bbq pool parties, wine and massage nights, raffles, community meet and greets and more. So happy I found Olympus 😄

Ive been living in the Olympus at Las Colinas Apartment for almost 3 years and Ive have loved every minute of my stay. Compared to other apartments in the area, Olympus stands above them all. The management staff is absolutely the best. They patiently address any all of my questions and/or concerns promptly and professionally. In particular, Jennifer, the Business Manager as made stunning and beautiful updates to property in the last year. While performing these updates Jennifer kept the entire complex updated of every stage of the improvements. On top of the email updates, she constantly provided fun activities, such as painting with a twist, Saturday brunch, happy hour food trucks, wine tasting and other cool innovated interactive residential event. Overall my living experience here has been as close to perfect as one could expect. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who has high expectations for their living accommodations. Kyren, Lucia, and Tina are always looking to help the tenants as best as they can.

Nice apartments, great management, & convenient/clean area.

I was set to move to Addison and the week before I found out they PRE leased the apartment I had already PRE leased but some staff member failed to do their job so I walked away because that’s a warning. So I leased my apartment unseen just based off pictures online and walking this area as I work a short walk away. The space is actually bigger than I imagined and the closet is the biggest I have ever had even in my previous house. So far so good. The staff is why I came To write this review because I believe we should reward and talk about the great and Bryson was my initial contact with the property staff and he handed my move in to Stephanie as he was off on my move in day and she knocked it out the park. When dealing with people as I do for a living customer service can be a transactional exchange or it can be warm and personal and that’s what I received from Stephanie. Everything was all ready when I arrived she took time to give me a tour and walked me to my door which was great because it was an adventure. I am still tired from all the moving so I haven’t experienced the amenities yet but I will update once I do. Stephanie and Bryson thanks for turning my moving situation around to a positive one

As soon as Julian showed my family and I the apartment we knew that our search for a home was over. Olympus is such a gorgeous property on top of the fact that the management is extremely sweet and thoughtful. Kyren, Lucia and Julian are so genuine and made us feel so welcomed. Anytime we walk in they know us by name and greet us with their beautiful smiles! The application process was easy breezy, and any questions we had, got an honest and thorough answer. There was no beating around the bush or uncomfortable salesman pitch with any of them, they aren’t competitive or hostile with each other which creates such a warm inviting feeling in the leasing office. They truly work as a team to help meet the needs of the tenants, I wouldn’t ask for a better place to live.

We just moved here this week and are very happy so far. They are renovating units as they become vacant and did a very nice job with the upgrades. The management team is very nice and accommodating, including Kyrin, the leasing manager, Daniel, the service manager and Jennifer, the property manager. They seem to want to make things right and make us happy. Kyrin went out of his way to turn a challenging situation with our renovation into a positive one. I am glad that hes on top of things. And last but not least, Raul helped make the leasing process easy and answered all our questions. We hope to enjoy living here on the lake!

My husband and I just moved into this community from the Dallas area to be closer to the water/lake. We met Stephanie Guzman in the process and she’s been more than amazing and accommodating to us. Especially since I’m 7mos pregnant and trying to move this far along has been a challenge, but Stephanie made the move so easy and stress free. Whatever issues we had, she would immediately fix for us. On top of her professionalism on the business side, on a personal side I’ve gained a great friend. I have no family here in dallas and a first time soon to be mom. All of her daughter baby clothes and diapers that hadn’t been used, she donated to my husband and I and I will be FOREVER grateful for her humanitarian. It lets me know we’re not alone in the new chapter of our lives and there’s still some genuine, caring people still in this world. They have been very punctual on maintaince orders. No complaints I use the DART on a daily basis, Lake Carolyn is nice. Mixed community. My only gripe is the dog pop dog owners dont pick up.

Me and my wife were shown many listings by a wonderful lady named Brittany Whitfield she was very knowledgeable and respectful. The apartments were nice.
