I just moved in over the weekend and still in the process of doing so, but overall a great experience thus far! Kennedy was super helpful while I was touring and she was very informative on every question I had. She made the process quick and easy to follow. The community is great too! I listed a pretty extensive list of repairs in my first day and nearly every item I listed for repairs were reconciled and improved. The quickness and accuracy of work orders tells me a lot about the community. I can’t wait to continue my journey living here!

First off Kennedy is AMAZING!!!! I have never worked with a leasing agent who is so down to earth and truly cares for you! She went above and beyond and had my application approved in less than a hr! I literally can’t thank her enough! This place is beautiful and the apartments are well maintained, upgraded, and affordable! I can’t speak for how it is actually living here but if it’s anything like the kindness Kennedy and the rest of the staff has shown, I’m sure it will be amazing as well!

I absolutely love my apartment. The staff was so helpful with anything I needed to assistance with. When I moved in, there were a few issues with my apartment and they were fixed immediately after my walk through. My leasing agent Kennedy is the best. I have read the various reviews posted so far and simply do not understand why some give so low rating due to bad experience with neighbors (this can happen anywhere), or because something is broken in their unit (its so easy to submit a maintenance request), or their favorite parking spot in front of their unit is taken (if you do not want this to happen, a garage can be rented), or the management staff is not available when you decide to pay them a visit (one can simply come back later or another day, or contact them via email).While these things are real and may concern anybody, anywhere (not just at Vista), I will not base my review on any of these.So to summarize: I moved to Vista with my wife and little daughter a few months ago and we love it here! Also, we never had any issue with ourneighbors, have always had broken things repaired next day the latest, and when my favorite parking spot is taken, well I park further and dont mind walking.Lets start by the apartment we rent. Modern style with plenty of windows, it is very bright thanks to a combination of light tone for the flooring and walls. We also have a nice view on the artificial lake and it is very green around.The walls isolate well from external noise and we have never even heard our neighbors dog bark (but meeting the dog outside from time to time, we confirm that he does bark!).The trash valet service, Sunday through Thursday, ensures that the hallway stays odor free and saves you the pain to walk to the trash compactor.As for the complex, we feel like on a holiday resort! It is widely spread out with multiple low profile buildings of 3 stories each. It is a pleasure to walk the trails in and around the complex with our dog. There are multiple dog stations with doggy bag dispensers, so no excuse not to pick up after your furry friend.The amenities include a beautiful salt water swimming pool, not very deep which is perfect for kids or for adults to chill out. There are two grills with fridges and ice machines at the pool area, and two others a little further near the fire pit.Maintenance of the pool as well as landscaping is done regularly (I even see them from time to time collecting dog poops left by a few some disrespectful residents).The fitness room is open day and night and is well above average. The essential weight and cardio machines are there, as well as a full set of dumbbells (up to 65 lbs). I go regularly and this is good enough for a serious workout. You can play some video fitness classes in an isolated yoga room.There is also a tanning bed, pool table, as well as other fun things around.Oh, and a fenced dog park with bathing area right next to the mailboxes, perfect to let you friend enjoy his time while you check on mails.If you are like me into saving money on car wash and do not mind to do it yourself, there is a sheltered car station with power wash and vacuum cleaner.Coming from the Galleria area, we were afraid of the long commute but the complex is right next to the I-10 (and TX99).It is also very close to the Katy Mills Mall, which is a great place for shopping.The management has changed recently and the staff is very pleasant, smiling, and will know you by your name if you take the time to talk (and smile!) to them.You can easily submit maintenance requests on the resident portal and these are processed promptly (you can set the priority accordingly).They also regularly organize some events, to gather the community around food and beverages.All in all, the overall living experience here is well above average, highly recommended!

3 years living here, good attention from office members Cristina and Maxie good attention with maintenance crew, everyday they p/u all trash from day before, I could share a memory when our AC stopped working last summer at 9pm under a storm and one of the maintenance crew members came up to our apartment to bring us a provisional windows AC to pass the night, one day later they came to fix the AC without problem. They are very dedicated to give an outstanding customer service and help solve any issue with apartments if you are decided to move in to this community please don’t hesitate to talk with these ladies, they will surely help you out!

I lived here for about a year. It’s location is great. The property itself is nice and the appliances are updated. Pretty quiet community and the staff is nice. Only downfall for me is that they started renovating the fitness center and package room back in March, and it’s still not complete and I have not seen any progress to finishing. I ended up having to get a gym membership in the meantime.

I love this place y’all. The management is amazing for my sister and I. I have a dog, and this place is super dog friendly and always gets back to us whenever we have a concern or a maintenance request. We have some pretty grumpy neighbors who we’re not the best of buds with, but the office staff is amazing at handling both sides and make sure everyone is taken care of. The curtesy officer is also apart of this lovely community and he’s a nice down to earth guy who will quickly come if there is ever a serious problem when the office is closed. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice spot in the heart of Katy.

I just signed a lease yesterday and I couldnt be more excited! This apartment complex feels like a 5 star resort. The entire property is still under construction so everything that tenants like myself will be using will be brand new! Their facilities are amazing. And the absolute best part is that they accepted my husky and they have a dog park, dog washing station, beautiful lake connected and so much more. The location is in a perfect, safe, open, and clean area and I honestly couldnt ask for more. Also, the leasing associates Micheal and Scarlett were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. I cant wait to move in here! :)

We love living at Vista at Grand Crossing! The office staff is professional, welcoming, courteous and always willing to help with whatever issues arise. The young lady, Belkie, who works in the office is particularly friendly and has been an absolute joy to deal with. We first came here because our home flooded in Harvey and we were in need of a place to rent that would accept our big dog. What a fantastic find! From the moment we first came into the office up until today, we have been 100% satisfied with our entire experience here. The lake and grounds are beautiful, our unit is comfortable and quiet, and the location is very convenient. Overall we are very much enjoying our time here and would recommend Vista at Grand Crossing to anyone looking for a place to live!

My wife and I have lived here for about 9 months, and love the complex. They have a lot of great layout options, and we love our apartment. The amenities here are second to none. Great workout room, court yard, grills, pool, clubhouse, dog park, even a car wash center! There seem to be a few neer-do-wells in the complex (some reports of cars broken into, loud music and people in the hallways, etc.) but that really is the only downside here keeping it from being 5 stars. The complex is awesome, apartment is great, leasing staff always very nice and very helpful (seriously, every question weve ever asked has been answered promptly and correctly) and David Ericson is the best apartment staffer Ive ever met. The maintenance staff is super prompt and always fixes things the right way. Dont let these other reviews of bad experiences turn you away. There is nothing wrong with this staff or complex outside of a few not-great residents!

This has been a frequent occurrence every warm weekend for the past month although the late or early morning festivities typically stop at 2 or 3AM.We are a community and I love Grand Crossing but there needs to be a more effective way of ensuring that a few selfish individuals are not abusing their privileges and making the living quality less than superb.Thank you for all that you do, my wife and I have seen the steady improvement to security, landscaping, trash pick-up and hall cleanliness.I am always so pleased when I come home, your apartments are beautiful !We have renewed our lease but we are consistently disturbed and saddened by the noise. (4th year resident)

Couldnt be more excited about moving this summer to Vista at Grand Crossing. Moving into one of the town homes that is still under construction and without even seeing a model of any of the their units we were ready to sign the lease. A few days later we got to tour one of the newly finished town homes and were blown away with the look, feel and upgrades inside it. The stainless steel appliances were an added bonus along with the USB plug in some of the outlets. The back splash for the counters is beautiful. Lots of closet space in the entire until. Rooms are good sized and you definitely dont feel like you are crammed in. It has a great home feeling to it. The amenities of the complex are unbelievable and 5 star. The resort style pool, cabanas and outdoor kitchen area make you feel like you are on vacation without ever having to leave home. The fitness center with yoga and spin center is top notch. I will even get to cancel my gym membership as it have everything I will need for a great workout with the added benefit of the stand up tanning booth. The dog park and dog wash area will be great for our 2 puppies. Our unit will be facing the lake and we cant wait to sit outside on our porch and enjoy the scenery and watch the sun set nightly. Our only complaint is that we cant move in now as we are so excited to be calling this home. The staff are amazing. Shelly, Michael and Scarlett have always been knowledgeable, friendly and available to answer our many questions we have had. Vistas at Grand Crossing will be the gem of Katy.

I think many of the comments on this post ARE NOT TRUTHFUL!!!!! The Vista at Grand Crossing is an excellent apartment complex. Its not perfect but since new management has taken over the complex has steadily improved. Grand Vista has nice apartments, beautiful pool, and an excellent gym. The dog park is fenced but I do feel it could be cleaned more often. The hallways are fairly clean but I do feel that the complex could improve in this area. But overall my wife and I LOVE living at Grand Vista and have renewed our lease each year, a solid apartment living experience.

Update:We have lived here for over a year and at first the old management was inconsistent but the new management company Roscoe took over and Im liking the new team specially David and Mellisa! I was having problems with my garage and he was there within 5 mins to take care of it and was very professional and kind. Mellisa is the assistant manager and was very helpful when we were having issues in the past. I did not give 5 stars becauseI have had issues with the leasing staff not following up with us and some of the new people they have been moving in makes us feel a bit unsafe. We are still deciding on if we will renew or not. But other wise this is a beautiful property and I have loved living here.My little Brother lives here and is always having problems. David is always extremely rude and could care less about the residents living there. Apartments are absolutely beautiful but I just wish there was better leasing staff. Destin has been very helpful anytime I need anything or my brother needs anything he gets things done. Jessica is also very kind as well. My brother may have no other option than to break his lease due to needing larger space he asked to be transfered but they were not willing to help him in any way and gave him ridiculous pricing if you are a new occupant you get 2 months prorated which brings the price down. I would think a resident that is never late paying rent would deserve the same special and pricing, but its not about customer service with them.
