    Moving into Olympus Boulevard has been such an easy and smooth experience.These guys really keep their word-—they respond quickly to maintenance requests, and you can tell they care about doing the job right. The manager is great, and the maintenance team doesnt cut corners or go for quick, cheap fixes.The neighbors here are super nice, and its a pretty quiet place to live. The noise levels are great, which is a huge plus compared to my last apartment. My wife and I are really happy here, and I honestly cant think of a single complaint.If youre looking for a new place, I highly recommend Olympus Boulevard. They really value their residents, and Im having a great experience so far.

    Ive lived here for over 5 years in 3 different units and for the most part its really nice living here, the staff is amazing though rachel, brittany, the maintenance crew. just upgraded my unit and ive had to do a lot of little things here and there but i really love it

    Special thanks to Brandon from maintenance.I have always felt like a privilege and happy resident during our stay at Olympus Boulevard.1. Jessie and Rachel listen patiently, to our maintenance repair and always exceed our expectations in fixing minor to major requests.2. Great residents here. My sister lost her phone on the terrace and next day we found a note if someone has lost their phone please contact at this number3.     I moved here in Oct. 2023 and I have really enjoyed this community. I have not had any issues while living here other than the occasional upstairs noise from the unit above me. Overall, both the community and management especially N’Dia have been awesome to me.

    I have lived here for a year and a half and really love the place! Comfortable units and a great place to either walk your dog, walk to a movie or walk to the local restaurants. They always have fun activities to do and a great gym. The maintenance staff is the best. Brandon is always such a delight and quick to come and fix anything! Outside your front door nightly trash pick up is such a convenience too.

    N’Dia made me feel very comfortable on my tour and very good communication with helping me move into my new home. Great customer service. She helped my fiancé and I when AT&T came early before getting my keys. Nice area and very secure, highly recommended. Olympus Boulevard is great place to call home. ❤️🫶

    I have had a wonderful experience with Olympus Boulevard. The property manager and leasing agents are super informative and do not pressure you. Also everyone including the maintenance team are very responsive and helpful. I feel very safe here with my young son. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and accepted in your community. PLUS the perks of all the walkability from this property alone makes it well worth considering living here.

Her professionalism is astounding, and her patience, tolerance, and kindness to everyone truly shines through in everything that she does.Rachel is kind, considerate and has the patience of a saint. She makes it a point to make everyone feel warm and welcome in the office. With so may residents--- how does she know everyones name?!? These 2 people are gems at Olympus Blvd!***UPDATE***It needs to be noted that the maintenance Techs---- Bernard- Brandon and Carlos are incredibly caring, friendly, warm and top-notch and continue to go out of their way each and every day to make sure that things that are needed in my home are always taken care at lightning speed! Such a fantastic group of guys! Could not ask for a better Team than these guys! Love em all!The staff of Olympus are amazing! NDia is so kind and helpful and just incredible!     We have been apartment living for a couple of years and this is by far our favorite. The staff is so amazing! When I call or request a service it is done that day! This summer my AC went out and I was not left in the heat. My neighbors are friendly and everyone says hello! This feels like home.

    Olympus boulevard is such a beautiful complex and the staff here is amazing and attentive and genuinely cares about your needs. N’dia took her time to give me all of the information I needed, was very knowledgeable about the community, and made me feel at home upon walking into the front doors. I definitely recommend this community!

    I have lived here 3 months and have yet to have any negative things to say about Olympus Boulevard. Jessi Neal has been incredibly helpful with all questions and concerns, the complex is overall very safe and comfortable, and the amenities are a huge plus. Shout out to their maintenance team! Any time I put in a request, they show up soon if not the same day and are incredibly helpful, resourceful, and friendly. Overall 5-star experience so far!

    I have lived at Olympus Boulevard since December of 2020. I loved it here so much that I renewed my lease in January! I have an hour commute to work and still chose to stay because I love it so much!!The women in the office are very helpful and they have always been available anytime i have called or stopped in.I cant say enough good things about maintenance. I havent had many issues but the few I have had were taken care of the SAME DAY.Everyone is always friendly and says hello in passing.PLUS, the location is AWESOME. Located right on Frisco square, there are always events we get to be a part of and tons of things to do + restaurants in walking distance.I know it sounds too good to be true but I promise its not!!!!!

    Great property that is walking distance from multiple restaurants, Frisco Square Events and the FC Dallas Stadium. Our dog loves the courtyard and hanging out with all the neighbor dogs! Lots of amazing floor plan options. Maintenance staff is so friendly and makes sure the work is done right!

    I love this community and the leasing manger goes above and beyond to make the process of getting my new home as smooth as cloud. Marina made sure I understood and love my unit. Definitely will recommend anyone looking for amazing place to call home please don’t look farther than here. Asked for Marina if you want to be treated as part of the family but they all do treat you as one of the family.

    Olympus Boulevard has been awesome to us. We have moved into 4 different apartments on 4 different floors because my wife couldnt make up her mind which floor plan she liked best. Kristen in the leasing office has been instrumental in helping us find the perfect one and I have advised everyone that we are now to be placed on the do not move list. They have gone above and beyond for us and even sent us a special card when our 15 year old dog passed away. The maintenance guys are cool and are quick to look at any work orders and fix anything needed. I like that it is very pet friendly, easy to walk to fun places and has really cool neighbors of all ages. After having a house for 25 years I was really nervous about apartment living but I have been pleasantly surprised with how easy it has been to adjust. I credit that to the wonderful staff. It may not be a brand new property like some close by but the square footage you get for the price is well worth it. I have shopped them all and I can guarantee you get more for your money here.

    I went in for a tour N’Dia the girl who helped me was amazing!! Super friendly and accommodating to all questions and concerns I had about the apartment. They have so many amenities and the layouts of the spaces are super nice!

    We like the post leasing care and specially their floor support guys who take an extra mile to help you in all possible ways they can let it be any issues within the apartment in terms of maintenance.Also the reception people are very helpful and courteous.Cons is the aging to society which can be compensated with the prices paying to them specially in this area of frisco.Would recommend staying here

    This place is nice. Its close to FC dallas Stadium, shops are in walking distance and in a great neighborhood. I did a walk-in tour with Ndia and she was courteous, answered all my questions and was super friendly. Id recommend living here because the staff was awesome!

    I’ve been looking for a place to move to in Frisco for over a month. I came across this complex on an instagram ad. When I called I was put in touch with Marina. She is was beyond helpful. She took the time to make sure any and all questions were answered. She truly went above and beyond to make sure if we chose this complex we knew what our next steps were and insured us how welcomed we would be.

    I have to say I lived here for a year and I genuinely enjoyed the apartment and the staff. Number one, maintenance did a phenomenal job. They are always kind and always fixing whatever I need in a very timely manner. I had one pest issue and they fixed it and I never say another pest again. I also had an issue where I adopted a dog and the office was quick to handle the situation in the best possible way. They loved my dog and I was able to keep her. Kristin has been there the longest I believe. She is the nicest person. All of the office staff is fantastic and I really enjoyed living here. The only reason why I am moving is because I wanted to be closer to work due to traffic issues. If you get a chance come check out this apartment complex. Everyone is great and it is easy access to things such as the soccer stadium and dining areas. I will miss being at The Boulevard and I thank them so much for such great customer service and friendliness! I hope to see the management at Catos in Lewisville sometime! lol!

    I loved living at these apartments, you can’t beat the convenience! Movies, restaurants, and more were all walking distance. The amenities were one of my favorite parts. The gym was large, had two rooms, and was upgraded while living there. The pool was always kept clean and the staff would often throw fun events that kept the community very close. Also, Kristen the leasing agent always did a phenomenal job at making sure service request were promptly taken care of and was always so friendly. The front office and maintenance truly care about their job and it shows!

    This is the best place Ive ever lived! I’m a native New Yorker who was living in the southwest for a few years before I got relocated by a job to Texas.I was super nervous about moving especially because I was doing a blind move (didn’t see the apartment before my move in day) and was worried about what it would look like in person and what the location would be like.I’m happy to say I’m located in a gorgeous area facing the courtyard which is well maintained and the square footage + location is UNBEATABLE especially for the price. The apartment I moved into had some awesome upgrades and was just beautiful. I’m already planning on extending my lease just based off that alone.I can’t sing the praises of the leasing office high enough either! Every time I’ve had a question or concern, Kristen has always been on top of it and taken care of me. Maintenance is also fantastic and I’ve always had my issues taken care of same day or at the very latest next day.Amazing place!

    We just moved in a week ago and they have made everything so simple & have been so accommodating. We have two dogs & have lived in houses for over 20 years so downsizing to an apartment stressed me out at first. Millie & Kristen have been phenomenal & very patient with our 1000 questions. Our apartment is in an excellent location & very quiet. Everyone in the halls have been friendly & I love that it is so dog friendly. So far we are thrilled to be here & highly recommend Olympus Boulevard.

    The apartment is super amazing In all aspects . Spacious , lot of walking space inside n outside the building , theres a terrace too , plus the apartment keeps it so clean , literally someone is Cleaning Always invisibly 😄😄😄.     I lived in Boulevard for a year and had a marvelous experience! There is a completely new staff now, so I would disregard all the reviews prior to 2015. Brandy, Katharine and the entire staff were always helpful and a pleasure to talk to.In terms of living - the apartments are modern, the location is convenient (right on the Frisco Square, and Target/Marketstreet is really close), and its very quiet. I lived in a corner unit so that probably helped. The gym was great, parking was free & easy (coming from a place DC, free parking is amazing).If I needed something fixed, they would send someone out the next day.Another cool feature - upon move in, you can get your apartment painted for a small fee for each wall. Its definitely worth it and the maintenance crew did a great job.All in all, this was a place I called home. I will miss this place along with the entire staff.I would live there again if I ever move back to Frisco, TX!

    I just moved into The Boulevard and it is absolutely the best apartment Ive ever lived in! The customer service is outstanding, and I believe that is due to Brandi, the apartment manager because as the leader goes, so goes the team! My apartment is adorable and the best part is that Brandi was able to secure a storage unit for me that is 10 steps from my apt. door! I dont have to load up my car and drive to a storage unit, I just have to carry my storage items a few steps down the hall!! Thanks to Katharine and for Megan for their great service, too. They are so sweet! I have already met a great group of friends at a social hour hosted by the Boulevard and to whom Brandi introduced me, and Ive only been here 3 days!!! This is home!

    This apartment complex has been great to work with and is very nice. Kristen in the leasing office has been extremely helpful with my move in process and explained everything very clearly. The maintenance crew is very helpful and friendly also. The square footage versus price for living in Frisco Square cant be beat. I highly recommend.

    Mrs. Pierce was FANTASTIC!!! When other places gave us the run around and canceled my appointment without notice because I was 5 minuets late (I work at a hospital). She gave us a chance. I was 2 minutes late because of work, and she still waited on us. She took us on tour of her complex. She is very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. She really deserve 10 stars.

    I was nervous about moving into an apartment since Ive been living in homes in my adult life. Turns out that I love it here. Its quiet since my apartment faces a courtyard and is near the parking garage. Residents and staff are great! Whenever I needed something fixed in the apartment, they corrected the issue quickly.

    Great location and great customer service! Kristen is a wonderful help and very friendly! A lot of residents have dogs of their own, so it was great to move in with my little pal.     This apartment complex is in whole a great place to live with great customer service. the maintenance guys are top notch as well. The front desk is attentive and always helpful. The apartment is nice for the price and location. I want to point out that I have had to open two maintenance request since moving in and on both occasion the maintenance crew showed up within MINUTES WOW of me opening the request and resolved the issues to my approval. Everyone we have dealt with at this complex from front office to maintenance have been awesome. We are only living here till Feb when our house is done but If my family is ever in an apartment again this will be the one.

    People that are constantly looking for problems will unfortunately always find problems. On the other hand, I have zero complaints about the boulevard. The place is peaceful. There are a few dogs that keep me up some nights, but seriously, if thats a problem to you, go live somewhere where dogs arent permitted. Other than a few things here and there that could be fixed up, this place is paradise.

    I love living here. I love the location and the management staff is wonderful the only thing I absolutely hate is that at least 2-3 times a week i have problems being able to find parking in the parking garage I wouldn’t care as much if it wasn’t one of the selling points for me to live here. I live on the second floor and half of the time I have to park on the 3rd or 4th floor one time on the roof because there was no parking. I walk by and see cars without parking stickers or passes. Sometimes cars sit by the gate waiting for someone to open the gate and then they come through which makes me feel uncomfortable. Just upsets me because I pay to live here and I can’t even park where I live I wish someone would figure out a way for people who “live here” to have places to park without worrying if I’ll have to spend an extra 10 min finding somewhere to park after a long day at work.
