I stayed here for a year and it was a surprising pleasant experience. My only issue was a few roaches and nosie neighbors which is almost every apartment complex. I think its a good starter apartment for young people just starting out on their own. The maintenance people are friendly and they keep the apartments looking pretty decent, but if you dont like cats it might not be a good fit. The cats never bothered me because I love animals but some people might find it annoying. If you happen to move into apt 5902 say hi to my favorite orange cat Jinx.

From jump everything was very welcoming , process was ran down well, Kerri personally was very patient and wholesome, move in date was set and on move in day only minor things were needed to be fixed ( closet light bulb went out second night for example ) lol other then that everything’s fine. Be back for an update in a few months!!

By far this is the best experience Ive had at an apartment complex thanks to Mavi who has very helpful and friendly! If anything happens in my apartment that i need fixed she is quick to get it done! I appreciate that she not only is always happy and super nice but that she is also very attentive!

I been living in the complex for 3 years, and I have seen the leasing agents progress. It can always be better, but with the help of Mavi, Gissel, and Kerri, the property has improved much more. I have lived in the Complex for several years and I have definitely seen an increase of effectiveness. Maintenance has been helpful and the Groundsmen are respectful. Overall, a lovely place to live. Management has recently changed so I just hope that they will just make it even better.

I moved into The Oasis August 2019 strictly to save money and get my financial path more stable. You cant beat the price and layout of the studio floor plan. Its just enough space for a single bachelor to refocus and have a roof over his head. There were many hiccups with prior manager and management group under Concord Management. The new group seems to be cleaning house and cleaning up this neighborhood. They are making an effort; This neighborhood all along Forest Lane and Audelia is pretty rough. Definitely not somewhere you want to be long term, but if you are looking for reasonable rates and space, this could be the place for you. My lease is up in less than 60 days and I will be moving out to a more desirable location. The current staff of Mayra, Chiquita, and Alishia are making great strides to improving this community. They make sure my work orders get done timely, they fixed my AC over the weekend on a Sunday! The maintenance man was fast and professional. I can tell you before Centra Partners took over, this place was truly deplorable. Thank you to the current team, and if any senior management is reading this, you need to do right by this staff. Thank you current Oasis team for helping me leave here better than when I found it.

I was lucky to find these apartments and verify that the service and attention of their entire team is incredible, starting with Latasha, who helped me solve everything in record time, Marvi and Haydri undoubtedly put all the effort and passion into their work , and Mr. Safar who with the greatest disposition and in perfect time repaired everything that was pending. thank you all for making these apartments an ideal place to live.
