Maintenance is always so quick and kind!!My only complaint is how often the pool gets closed during the couple months it’s open. But overall a wonderful place to live!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The managers are INCREDIBLY professional, the maintenance man is the absolute sweetest, and always shows up in a timely manner (within the hour or 2). I have been here almost a year, and have had absolutely no issues with any of the other tenants. I feel so safe, and happy here.. I don’t see a plan in moving until we’re ready to buy a home. ❤️If your wanting to stay in orange but wanting a safe, friendly place.. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out..

I’ve lived here for 5 years and haven’t had any problems. They are older apartments but well kept and quiet. Maintenance comes quickly to fix any problems when reported.

You’re first greeted with a beautifully decorated office that’s both up to date and offered refreshments. The Apartment agent was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Natile told me what was currently available, and even gave insight to what each available unit provides. We then toured the unit which was beautifully curated. At that moment I could see myself being apart of this community. I told Natile my unit preferences, she took notes and told me what to look for on the website to secure that preferred unit. Ultimately she was such a great help due to the fact that we talked about an array of unit layouts, that I felt comfortable enough to choose a unit that I originally didn’t see for me, because of the digital tours Natile sent to me I know made the right decision. This community and the staff are truly a gem.

I have only been here about two weeks so far.The maintenance is wonderful, professional, and caring. The office woman are exactly alike and helpful!There is a real sense of community here! People walk their children, and pets daily. Kids play outside, people sunbathing lol and just relaxing on their porches. Everyone is friendly yet not overly so. It’s quite yet not lonely here.I absolutely love the layout! The bathrooms are spacious, nice new linoleum in the bathrooms, halls, kitchen and living room! (Wood floor printed) I only wish they were more updated on the inside. Mainly the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets but it’s not horrible.

I dont know about the other reviews, but I have enjoyed living here. Kathy lives close to me and I have never heard her come home drunk or wake me up and I am a light sleeper. Anything I take to her she has handled promptly. I appreciate her very much and find it sad that someone has not has the same experience with her. Kathy has gone far beyond what I would expect from a manager to make me happy. All my maintenance problems have been handled the same day with out question by the very nice maintenance man Ray. I have enjoyed this apartment enough to sign another lease to live here. It is perfect distance for me to just about everything that I need. I hardly ever leave Orange. I have referred these apartments to other people in confidence they find it as satisfying as I do. I did not give it 5 stars because i do have one complaint. They do not carpet some of the upper level apartments and the noise from those type apartments echoes to the apartments below. In other cities it is mandatory to carpet the apartments above the others for noise control. I wish they had that rule here. I still stand by the BH management system and would rather live here until we can get our dream home.

Been doing business with this apartment complex and have been very impressed. The process for moving in has been about as smooth as one could hope. Everything is crystal clear, on paper and explained thoroughly. The deposits are slightly confusing, but the staff is very willing to explain the gotchas with each deposit option. The time spent and attendance is something that is hard to find in apartments and this complex has hopped over the bar of my expectations. *drops mic*

It was quite an adventure because I dont speak English and the girl who helped me in the office doesnt speak Spanish, but she was very patient with me, the attention was undoubtedly 5 stars, she even stayed a few minutes after finishing her work day to help me. Very good, I definitely want to move to Oakwood Village now ❤️
