Greatly located place, looks like the place has been tidy up versus years back. I guess the current management has made improvements to clean up this place so its looking way better then before. I use to live here years back and it was not like this. But it caught my eye when I drove by. I was surprised that it was same apartaments I use to stay so I stop by to ask availability and the office lady was nice, friendly and helpful not rude like others. Overall nice area to live in.

WOW!!!! The new mgr is the best! The property was not at its full potential and the new manager has come along and is making awesome upgrades, work orders are done in a timely manner, when questions are asked she goes out of her way. I am very pleased with out on-site manager!

I can honestly say that the new manager Ms. Leticia is an all around genuine person. She really takes the time out to accommodate her tenants & doesnt use her position as manager to make you feel any less of a person. I like the fact that she listens & does her best to help you out if your in a bad or questionable situation. As for the maintenance...i completely understand that the wrk is split between just 2 men so it may take a lil longer than one may like but as long as you stay up on it it will get fixed in a timely manner. Try & remember these men are not only working on this property but also the one down the street so plz hve patience. Anyhoo that is my review and i hope you enjoy living at Oakwood Apts as much as i do!!
