    I lived at Oaks Trinity for 4 good years :) & it was a great time. The location is so convenient if you like being close enough to the city, but not right in the center. Its like 5-10 minutes from everything.From the time I first moved in until now, weve had 3 property managers I believe, and the best hands down is Monica. She always gets to the point, finds a solution to any issue, and is genuinely kind. Edna is the assistant property manager, and she is very helpful too. Weve had a few different maintenance men, but that is normal with living somewhere for 4 years. The current maintenance guys are cool, they can fix things. I can honestly say, I have not 1 concern about management. Trash comes on time, but you need to have it out by 6-7pm, those people are quick!The only change I’ve noticed is the neighborhood. Oaks Trinity used to be a hidden GEM! Quiet and not many people even knew there was an apartment here... but several new apartments were built nearby so I think that is what caused the neighborhood to change. However, I felt safe in my 4 years living there, there is a great trail walk toward trinity groves that you can access from Oaks Trinity. If youre young, wanting city life, conveniency, good management, Id def recommend oaks trinity.Thanks, Oaks Trinity, for my 4 great years in Dallas :)

    My boyfriend and I moved out here last year from Cali and we’re looking for a home. Monica has such a great attitude and was very helpful and patient. Overall we loved living here , it’s nice and quiet , only 5 mins away from downtown. You have this beautiful scenery of downtown. I only had to call for service twice but they replied really fast and came the next day to check it out and fixed it. The only thing I would say is the crime is a bit high with cars. My boyfriend’s friend came to visit us from Washington and his car got stolen. Also a couple of cars window got busted. Overall the management is amazing and we loved living here and making it our home . We are both moving out to Washington for our jobs but if we could renew our lease we would definitely do it !!

    I lived at Oaks Trinity for 2.5 years and can confidently say that this is one of the cleanest, safest, best run apartment complexes I’ve lived in. Management is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. Maintenance is timely and always gets the job done. I never had a pest issue or felt unsafe. My only complaint is specific to my apartment (bland floor plan, lack of natural light, no patio).

    The dryer stopped working. The maintenance crew came by and fixed it the same day the ticket was input. Wonderful service!

    Excellent place to live at if youre looking for a quiet spot. The team that runs this apartment complex is great, maintenance issues get resolved quickly and management is always available and flexible. The neighborhood is very calm even on weekends. The apartments are also pretty modern inside. They have all the basic amenities needed. Only thing is rent is slightly high but its honestly the same throughout downtown Dallas.

    Great tour, Monica was great. I flew in from out of town and had a million questions. Monica was able to answer them and give plenty of recommendations!!The apartments were nice, the neighborhood seemed pretty quiet. Oaks Trinity is on my list for future apartments in Dallas!

    The best 4 years of apartment living I have had. No noise to complain about. No bugs to complain about. The office personnel are always available and helpful. Great location as it takes me less than 10 minutes to get to my jobs.

    Lived here recently for two years and only moved due to rent increase. Any maintenance issue was taken care of in a timely manner. There were a couple changes to the front office management as I lived there, but each person that was hired in the front office was always willing to help and I had good interactions with them. Its a good location being close to downtown, but its expensive. If you can afford the price point this is a good place to stay.

    Overall, I have had a good experience living here for the past 5 years. The management team has always been friendly and welcoming, and readily available to assist! The management team has also hosted social and informative activities to bring the apartment community together. However, as far as safety is concerned- although the environment is usually quiet, there have been a few incidents where neighbors were loud or fighting and police had to intervene. Also, my car was broken into once, but very minimal loss, thank God! As far as the physical appearance is concerned, the outside grounds and public rooms/spaces are neatly kept, but the stairwells are sometimes unclean with old dog poop on the floor or stairs, and they are not cleaned that often; but aside from the aforementioned things, I would recommend this as a nice place to live, and a great location!     This is the second apartment community Ive lived in since moving to Dallas, and it has been a positive experience-- I wouldnt be moving out if I hadnt received a job offer out of town. I rarely had issues that required maintenance in my apartment, but the maintenance crew were responsive and resolved issues timely when I did need them. The front office staff (Monica and Edna) were always very nice and helpful. The package lockers are generally a good system and mail arrives when its supposed to. One particularly great thing about living here is that the power pretty much never goes out-- I think its flickered a couple times, but in about 15 months, I never dealt with an extended outage. The rent is admittedly not exactly cheap, but rent in Dallas is never going to be cheap, and I paid less here than at a significantly worse complex a few blocks away. The increase for my renewal was also reasonable at a time when people were seeing their rent go up 50% for a new lease term. I was pretty much always able to find somewhere to park, even if it wasnt behind the gate, which was my preference, and my car never got broken into, which is more than I can say for my prior residence. I dont have a dog, but there is a nice little walking trail around the property if you do have one, and it seems a lot of people use it.If theres one real downside to this location... This is not directly the fault of the property or the management staff, but if you like ordering food for delivery with any regularity, be prepared to answer many frustrating phone calls and texts about the location of the door. It is pretty much impossible to get takeout (Im talking Doordash, Uber Eats, pizza, groceries, anything) delivered to the complex. GPS apps direct drivers to the gate for the back parking lot rather than the front parking lot where the main door is, and the signs for the complex are placed very badly (one is set back pretty far from the street and faces the direction with the least road traffic, and the other is on the side of the back building and nowhere near the actual parking lot entrance). Inevitably, even in broad daylight and with detailed directions from me on where to turn, the delivery driver always says they cant find the front door. I quickly learned not to even try ordering anything after dark. More/better signage that actually indicates the entrance to the front parking lot from the direction of Beckley would probably help.Overall, Oaks Trinity is a good place to live and I would recommend it, especially if you work downtown or uptown since its about a 15-minute commute with no need to get on the highway.

    I am a first time renter looking for apartments in Dallas and the staff at Oaks Trinity were so kind and informative on what the process would entail. The apartments themselves seemed well maintained and I was even told by a current resident that I would not regret moving there!     I moved to Oaks Trinity in the summer of 2017, and what stands out to me most is how personable they are in making sure its tenants are well taken care of. We have the best pool view of downtown, friendly neighbors, and its usually quiet. Its also located near all the necessary amenities.     If you’re trying to decide wether to live at Oaks Trinity or not, here’s your sign! I lived at OT for a year and I am so very sad I had to move home. Summer and Tony are the sweetest! They listened to every issue I had and made sure I always felt safe and at home. This is the perfect place to live, especially if you are a young woman living by yourself! They are pet friendly and have two amazing dog parks. All amenities are very well kept and updated! I have zero complaints about living here. Thank you Oaks Trinity for everything!

    I just moved in to this complex & could not be more pleased with my decision. This was my first time moving into an apartment & after going all around Dallas looking & speaking with different leasing agents, I found the experience still left a lot to the imagination. I didnt come across a single leasing agent that was willing to explain much of anything in full detail & they all seemed more eager just to be done with speaking with me. That was all until I was referred to Oaks Trinity & met Dania. She was incredibly helpful, patient, attentive & really went that extra mile to answer every single one of my questions without hesitation & always did it with a smile. The building & apartments are very well kept, clean & the rest of the staff that Ive come across have all been very friendly. Im really happy with the choice I made to stay at Oaks Trinity & I look forward to more great experiences here in the future. :)

    This place could not be more perfect (maybe if they made units available for purchase lol)! I moved into their A3 1 bed/1 bath unit (750 sq. ft) in March of 2018. I love the office staff; super friendly and professional. They have an app for your phone to pay your rent, post questions in the online community and schedule maintenance requests. Every time I have scheduled a request, they came out the very next day. Living here is so easy and relaxing. You have a stunning view of downtown, yet are far enough away that you dont hear the highway, and actually hear crickets at night. The complex is located on a quiet residential street right by an awesome dog-friendly coffee/beer/juice bar (Local Press + Brew). Some of the first floor units, like mine, have a private yard for your dog. This complex is very clean- no dog poop graveyard here- as well as being completely smoke-free. Probably one of 3 apartments I have ever seen whose gate actually works. I feel very safe and secure here. You need your key fob to get in and out of the building and gates. Good amount of visitor parking, but if youre getting home after 9:30/10pm, you might have to do a bit of driving around to find a spot. Gated parking fills up quick. I honestly cant think of any true negatives associated with this complex. Location, staff and amenities are fantastic at this price point. The units are beautiful and well designed. Even the smallest things like having USB plugs on the kitchen islands. These were well thought out, though if youre getting a smaller unit, I would recommend getting a garage; there is not a lot of useless storage space for your junk or seasonal stuff that you dont use often. My dog loves this place, my fiance loves this place. The only way were leaving is when finally decide to buy a house, but honestly- theres a lot of value here, so were not in a hurry.

    My A/C quit & needed a fix right away. It was the evening on a saturday. I put in my emergency request and it was fixed within one hour. Really appreciated the urgency & professionalism of the maintenance team!!

    OAKS TRINITY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My experience from tour to move in day was amazing. Cole and Dania were extremely helpful. I pestered them during the approval process almost everyday but they never showed anything but kindness to me. Even after being approved, changing my move in day at the last second and dealing with other issues on the day of move in they accommodated me every step of the way. The property is immaculate and conveniently located. Yes parking can be a bit trying at times but thats a part of downtown living.

    Great apartments. Well maintained! High ceilings. Nice staff! Great quiet area! Ten Ramen, Off Site Kitchen and Tuttas around the corner! Permit parking for residents. I was there for a year, recently moved out for personal reasons and sorta miss it already. If you can afford it treat yourself!!

    We had a problem with our AC/Heat box, and it turned out that the batteries were bad. The gentleman replaced the batteries, but did not help us set up the several times for heat and AC. In the end, we were able to figure it out ourselves.

    I love this property, I just moved in a couple weeks ago and I love my apartment, the view is beautiful! City view of Downtown dallas is amazing! I am truly blessed to be apart of the community. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Always there to help answer any questions you may have. I love all the amenties the property has to offer and they also have this cool website where you can communicate with the community, which is very helpful incase a neighbor might have or help you with anything you might need. Highly recommend living here!

    I have lived here for 1.5 years and love the place. The staff is friendly and the complex is quiet. I live near the pool and grill but have never been bothered by any noise. If you want pretentious neighbors or staff dont bother with this complex.

    This review will be about an incredible place known as “Fernando’s Crib”. This magical yet humble establishment is kept to the highest standard. The food provided is something only Gordon Ramsey would approve of. As for the entertainment; don’t even bother going anywhere else if it’s not Fernando’s Crib. You will leave this place a newborn set to live a life of greatness. If you’re a fan of having the most amazing time of your life, you’ll find yourself at Fernando’s Crib.

    Ive genuinely enjoyed living here. Best view of downtown from my apartment is a huge plus for me!!! The location is perfect too. I work in downtown. My drive is 10 minutes to downtown! I am close to so many things especially since all the highways are nearby. This is truly a hidden gem!The whole staff is nice and welcoming! They actually care about you here. Ive lived in places where the staff doesn’t care. So its really nice to be cared for. Inspections are regularly made to make sure everything is up to standard. The property is well kept and very clean.Shout out to Diego he is quick and always solves my maintenance needs! Thank you Trinity Groves for making my living experience fabulous!
