I love living at this community. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Residents in my building are friends, look out for one another. My one complaint and it is a big one—the once beautiful landscaping which was my reason for choosing Oaks Riverchase has steadily disappeared. I live across from the pool and all the shrubs are dead. The plants killed in the big freeze a couple years ago have never been replaced. I look out my living room window at this barren scene even though I saved the shrubs in front of our building. I have complained— always promised something will be done. No action.

Excellent community, well kept and kind staff. I moved here based on reviews and they definitely were not wrong. The community is quiet and safe to walk through in the evening. We’ve only been here 1 month and so far still love it just as much as day 1. Digital communications from the office is convenient and informative, and the preferred employers discount is awesome!

Update. Things have gotten alot better. Response time is very good, maintenance has replaced two major appliances and I find them to be proactive and the arrogance that hovered the leasing office seems to be gone. Thank for guys for adapting to the environment .

Loved living here! The apartment we were in was beautiful and the grounds/buildings were well-maintained. It’s in a very safe area that is very walkable (as in walking for exercise) and family-oriented. Maintenance came quickly when we put in requests. Management was SO helpful when we were moving in, especially with all of our questions as first time renters! Loved that our unit came with a storage room AND a garage with no extra cost. My only tip is to watch out for ants if you have a unit with a fireplace! We were sad to leave but had to relocate for work. Would definitely recommend living here!

My husband and I loved living here for a little over 3 years! Had we not purchased a home, we would have continued to live in the community.Staff are excellent and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Maintenance team does an incredible job taking care of requests quickly and promptly. In our experience, they will also help if they see an issue that you have not even put a request in for - the seal on our front door had come loose. :)The only issues we came across during our time here were hot water issues which happened more frequently than we would have liked (777 side - building 11), but the office staff were very communicative about the problem and resolution status. We didnt have a problem with it until the winter freeze of 2022.Highly recommend for the price and location. When renewals came around, the rent increases were always reasonable and offered multiple month options for shorter and longer terms.

I really like living here. The office staff is very nice, I ask for maintenance services through the portal and it is quickly attended to. I only have praise! The neighborhood is very peaceful and friendly. What I like the most is that the condominium is smoke free, thats incredibly good. My daughter has asthma and weve had bad experiences elsewhere and now weve been here for 3 years and its been amazing!

I have been a resident here for 5 years and have liked being here. I wish there were more grass planted around the units. There is a lot of mud on sidewalks and around the units. Other than that things are good. Maintenance has been good here and rent is a little more reasonable than most places.

Sonny an Ty came and fixed the issues immediately and were done quickly. Cameron is awesome fixed the outside light quickly as well. Edmond is fantastic they are all very friendly it’s a great group of workers.

My wife and I just went for a tour so far. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We even had a chance to talk to a current Tenant who gave us a glowing recommendation for the apartment. I would give 5 stars, but since I have not actually lived here I do not feel I know enough to do so.

I’ve only been here 4 months. Relocated from out of state. The staff has been wonderful. The grounds are very well kept. Extremely quiet except for the train but that’s not the complex fault. The view of the golf course is amazing.

Over All experience are okay to live here, there are couple things which needs to improve to make it excellent.1. Kitchen cooking top very small, it needs to be replaced with standard size.2. Less Kitchen Pantry and Cabinet.3. Poor landscaping, dirt allover parking areas and it makes Slippery surfaces.

She was able to always communicate and give us exact timeline on getting things fixed/ making it work . We appreciate her kindness and always being on top in communication .

Janell (Assistant Manager), Contina and Donell (Leasing) are personable, relatable and seem to know their tenants by name. The team she has is a professionally attentive team that knows how to have fun while being professional. They will go out of their way in the name of customer service. This staff say what they do and do what they say. I moved in July 2017 and have been elated since.The Oaks Riverchase is very well maintained, clean and no bugs, which is very important to me. The property is nicely groomed and very well maintained. I had a couple of minor repair issues and experienced same day fixes, again rare. Extremely pet friendly, especially to dogs- plus there are a lot of nearby walking areas. Its quiet place, and the apartment walls are well insulated, unable to hear through the walls. Water in pipes is heard now and then. Over-All, best total package for the money that I have come across in years. I believe that the few complaints about this property are lacking depth of scope. Sometime people just need to create a bad day (wink). I have broad experience of the DFW area and for under 1000.00 (1/1) you will not get any better. Appliances and carpet are a bit dated, but still nice and clean.

We moved into a 1 bedroom in August of 2015 and love it. It is hard to find an apartment under $1000 in a good area but the apartments are very affordable. Contina in the front office is always smiling and helpful. Since we have a 1 bedroom, we always rent out their extra apartment for our family when they come(which is cheaper then a hotel room). Any time we have put a work order in, they have come the same day. It is quiet and not crowded! Its not crazy fancy but nice and affordable!

We visited Oaks Riverchase as a tour to relocate to this area from New York City. Big change for us and Donnell, the leasing consultant, met us with a very welcoming Texas greeting. He was genuine, authentic and made us feel comfortable.In our move this spring (2018), we definitely plan to come back and see what is available. Thank you for your hospitality during our visit.

When I first checked out this apartment complex, I was pleasantly surprised that there were no reviews on this beautiful place. When I arrived I spoke to a gentleman named James who was very helpful in telling the expected prices and showing me the available models. They are very affordable and you get a lot of nice amenities for price you pay. The staff is amazing, especially the maintenance crew. The area shocked me especially coming from Carrollton which is right down the street. I felt like I was going from Warez TX to the Hiltons lol. I would like to thank all the staff over at the main office for all their time and help, and would recommend this complex to anyone look for nice affordable living in a very comfortable area.

We wrote an review about the problems our 2nd floor apartment was experiencing because of a broken foundation...it was not pretty at all. But I want to send a big thank you to Tonya Harkrider for taking charge and making sure that all repairs were done in a timely and orderly fashion. These apts are great I live here for mmm about 2 yrs never had any problem the staff is excellent and the maintance employees are on top of everytime and they get things done, I must say this staff make you feel at home and my neighbors was great.And Jennelle and staff I rate them as 5 the best staff , I had to move on and purchase a house and if I have to this is the place I would come back to, and I just wanted to thank everyone over at Oaks Riverchase
