    Walked in to a situation, but it was great to see how Mary handled it. A residential forgot her manner’s at home. Was being loud and rude to the employees. Mary handled it so classy and professional, first thing I noticed. As we toured the place all the residents loved her. Saying hello asking about the family. The unit and common area’s were so nice. Prices are a blessing after living in Austin for two years. Mary represented this place like a champ! GIVE HER A RAISE!

    Just signed at the Oaks today and had a wonderful experience. Mirabel was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful and informative setting us up. The new management has really done a great job on transforming the complex as it pushes to have better amenities and service for the residents. Very excited to move in!

    The staff is friendly, and the property is very well maintained. They make a real effort to build community with fun activities. We love the gym and the attractive courtyards. We would highly recommend to anyone needing an apartment.

    Maribel was very kind with me throughout the whole process. I saw a special online that was no longer running when I wanted to apply, however she honored it without me asking. She was communicative, patient, and professional during the approval of my application. She did everything she said she was going to do when she said she would. She got my boyfriend and I into an apartment with little hassle which is great because I am 6 months pregnant :) she addressed all my needs and concerns with compassion. 10/10 would recommend just on the hospitality and customer service alone.     Hello!! I’m so glad that I enjoyed living in my apartment 253 since the beginning of Friday, January 13th, 2023 until my lease is up from April 2025!! I decided to go to gym to exercising at anytime!! And I like to take the trash out or put my trash bin outside of my apartment 253 door at anytime I’m working!!

    I love living at the Oaks. I haven’t had a hard time getting help from the Management team. Every time I visit they greet me and ask about my day. Michael & Tiffany have done amazing with keeping the Oaks a great area to live in as well as the team members. I will recommend to any future residents.

    I just wanted to say that Tiffany the property manager is always helpful the maintenance team is doing great. Things always get done in a timely fashion. And Rene the head of maintenance is really doing a great job at keeping things moving.

    Property management is on point and very attentive. Everything is pretty great however I really do HATE how pet owners are not being help accountable for failing to pick up after their pets. I left my place this morning in my new shoes and stepped in a fresh dog dropping :( I went to the dog park when I returned and dog poop as far as the eye can see. People need to seriously be respectful and considerate. Pet ownership requires you to pick up your dog’s droppings especially out in public. Rant over.Besides that it’s quiet and cozy :)

    Really friendly staff and maintenance team. Haley, the leasing agent is so sweet and never fails to ask how I’m doing. I like how the office is always clean and smells nice and how we’re able to use the rooms for studying or having a game night.I’ve read some of the negative comments about the dirty halls, the smell of urine and dog poop, although I agree that the hallways could be cleaner, I understand that they will get dirty regardless especially because it’s out in the open. As for keeping the property clean, I think the cleaning shouldn’t be done by the maintenance team themselves but should be maintained by each resident. You can’t expect to have everything nice and clean if you can’t do your part.

    This is an excellent place to live! Best staff and management, they did so much to answer my questions and help wherever they could. The community is nice with great amenities and access to so many stores. Truly a great place to live and very affordable as well. If your looking for somewhere to live, this is the best place for families or young couples.

    The leasing office definitely knows how to treat prospective renters. I got to speak with the magnificent Haley at the front desk and it was pleasant. Not only was she professional, she was very patient while answering a litany of my questions. Haley explained community events and partners, positives and negatives of the area, and even her favorite things to do. From what Ive seen of the complex & staff so far, leads me to be excited to see what experiences I will have in the complex!

    Well I was upset because my car that is on the lease that I dont drive was towed to San marcos, however Ms Tiffany in the office sorted it out for me and I was able to pick it up with no charge!! For what its worth I appreciate her getting it sorted out in a timely manner. Other than this issue I havent had any other complaints.. not a bad place to live!

    Renee, lead maintenance on site & his crew, came quick after putting in a request about my ac. He was thorough and even showed me the problem and how to quick fix it myself. Good work!

    I actually needed help with a personal/legal matter and the staff was very helpful. The manager was more than willing to share some information which helped me expedite the legal process expeditiously. Then, the assistant manager allowed me to use his computer to print out a document because I could not access anything from my email or my own personal printer. Its a good property, great location, theyre very professional, and I appreciate everything theyve done for me. They seem generally interested in providing solid customer service. The manager that works out in the front is very friendly and personable and she talks to everybody, and thats great to have, considering that good customer service seems to be disappearing from society.

    The leasing office is amazing. They gave a great tour when I visited. They were super helpful when I moved in and have been awesome to take care of any work orders I put in. The pool is clean and the yard is taken care of. Im so happy to call this home. I would give more stars if I could.

    I’ve been here a year and so far it’s been a great experience. The leasing office are all super helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. Plus you won’t find a better maintenance crew in Kyle, these guys try their hardest to get their orders done Ion time and keep the place running in great shape

    I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the maintenance repair. I submitted a maintenance request online and within an hour, the problem was fixed. The maintenance lead (forgot his name) was courteous and professional.

    Been living here for a couple of months now and its been great. The front office folks are helpful and the maintenance crew has bailed me out twice. Apartment is clean and the pool is cleaned every Monday. Cant ask for more. Would move here again.

    Sara helped me get my new place at Oaks at Marketplace in a quick, professional manner. The inside of my unit was sparkly and felt like new on move in day. Amenities are great, especially the 24 hour conference center you can utilize and the gym. Michael at the front has also been helpful in my stay. I recommend living here (:

    This complex and staff is absolutely amazing. Every person I have met that lives here is so kind, friendly and all around GOOD people. Sara & Michael in the offfice are such hard working sweet people. They go above and beyond for the residence to ensure we are happy and safe. This bad weather storm has showed their dedication and commitment to ensuring just that. The maintenance team is on top of all calls and requests. They were at my door in TWO minutes when a pipe busted on the roof.Sara & Michael extremely good at communicating with residents about any changes that are happening especially with COVID & the winter stormThe complex is always nicely kept and I’m always greeted by welcoming staff. This place is our home and I wouldn’t want to live at any other complex.Thank you Oaks in Marketplace staff for ALL you do!

    Fantastic apartment and great location! I moved in when they first opened and the entire staff has been super helpful and friendly through and through! They recently changed management, and Sara has been a great addition through the transition-attentive to residents and friendly! The maintenance guy-Pat, is always extremely helpful and very responsive to any maintenance requests!! Five stars for sure!!

    Oaks on Marketplace was the best living experience my wife and I have had while in apartments. The staff was absolutely phenomenal and they have the best maintenance team weve ever seen. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. Most maintence issues were addressed with 24-48 hours. There was consistent communication and even their courtesy staff were diligint in the late hours (never really had issues with noise or anything, only called them once bc a neighbor who had left town back door flew open and they had a cat). We personally also found them affordable and in a great area.We have since moved due to a job change, leaving behind one of the best apartments. We really miss living here (our new one is no where near as great), and if I could get my commute down to less than 40 minutes then we would be back at Oaks on Marketplace in a flash. Miss yall. Keep up the stellar work!

    Management and staff Tiffany, Micheal & Hailey are the absolute best I have lived here for over 3 years and they are so helpful, understanding and will go above and beyond to solve any issues. I also love that this property is beautiful and well kept I cant imagine living anywhere else!!!!

    I love living here I have lived here for around 2 years and the customer service is great and i love the staff they always go above and beyond Micheal and Hailey are professional and amazing I never want to leave the front office! I also love that the community is clean and it keeps us informed we do have a pet heavy community so I notice alot of residents just letting there dogs use the bathroom anywhere though I know they can only do so much if no one sees who is carelessly not cleaning up after there pet they still do everything they can to inform the community and I see maintenance all the time cleaning the pool and keeping our outdoor grounds as clean as they can.

    I absolutely love this place. I lived in Round Rock for 10 years and never thought I could find a better area then Round Rock. until I made the decision to pack my boxes and move closer to work. I searched for a while for an apartment that felt safe and had a modern flare that i appreciate. Oaks on Marketplace has just that for me. I really appreciate Sunny and her staff, everyone has been wonderful and Sunny is the real deal. Thanks team for making me temporary home an enjoyable one.

    I am really amazed by the staff, facilities and amenities that are here at Oaks at Marketplace, Kyle Texas. I am very impressed by everything from the spacious floor plans, huge kitchen with marble countertops, wood floors and high-vault ceilings to the movie theater, outdoor recreation area and beautiful pool.I was a bit nervous moving away from Austin but living here has made me feel very welcome to a smaller city. Oaks at Marketplace is located across the street from H-E-B, Target, Kohls and many other businesses. Why drive when you can walk 5 minutes to eat or simply to go shopping. I am very happy to be living in such a great place and am looking forward too many years of living here.Thank you to all of the staff for being so helpful from day one. You have definitely made me feel welcome and I am honored to be a part of the Oaks at Marketplace Community.

    Anytime I’ve ever needed anything, the team there has helped me; from the office people to the maintenance team I’ve never had to ask a second time. I appreciate the quick response with any issue I’ve ever had which is usually nothing more than minor things like needing new filters or a clogged sink. Patrick can do it all. Thanks!

    Been here 3 months and before we moved here we looked at other places and this is by far the best! We love the view and having the pits at the pool is amazing! Bbq once a week living here Since we moved in!
