    The move-in and application process at Oaks Hackberry Creek was excellent! Benjamin was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I had countless questions, and he answered each one with clarity and professionalism, making the experience smooth and stress-free.Now that I’ve been living here for over two months, I can confidently say this is a fantastic community. The environment is very clean and well-maintained, the neighbors are friendly, and the service provided by the management team is top-notch.     I’ve lived here for two years and absolutely love it! My biggest shoutout has to go to the maintenance crew. They are on top of things and are out everyday working. When I’ve put in a request, it’s never taken more than 2 days for someone to come out. The property is very well maintained for its age. No issues with pests, apartments get sprayed quarterly I believe. The office staff has always been super helpful if I needed anything. It’s a quiet and safe community. Looking forward to another year!

    We had a good experience visiting the available units, but everything cannot be perfect. The workers were nice, very informative about the units, took their time (was not rushing us). We just decided to go with a different community in our apartment search. Thank you.

    Everyone has been super helpful throughout the move in process. The surrounding complexes are quiet. Everything was clean when moved in. If there was an issue, then it was addressed within a 24hr period. My husband and I have been here about a week now and we really like it!

    I’ve lived here for over a year and there will never be the perfect apartment no matter where anyone lives. But what can make up for not having a perfect apartment are the employees. I have dealt with everyone but primarily with Alma on several occasions with my concerns/issues and her caring nature makes up for everything. She is professional and amazing at what she does. She ensures everything is done in a timely manner and follows up. That’s what makes living here so much better. If you see this, thank you Alma for all you do and for being you. Never change PERIODT!!

    There is a prompt response from maitainence team but not ready to listen & understand the complaints that raised by the tenants.Appreciate if the team try to listen and understand the exact issue raised by Tenant and provide a permanent fix for it.

    My husband and I moved in earlier this month, and could not have had an easier time thanks to Benjamin. He answered every one of my emails and guided us smoothly through the leasing process. We were even able to see our unit (which has a great patio) before signing our lease, which in my experience is rare from apartments. Even rarer still, our neighbors greeted us and welcomed us to the complex!Were thankful that we found a reasonably priced apartment with a responsive team.

    Ive lived here for 5 years and this property has been nothing but exceptional. The property management staff and maintenance staff are top tier. Ive never had any issues with maintenance requests or any other issues. They keep the property looking good and make sure that it stays up to date. I work from home and dont have any issues with noise. There are days when landscape comes out but thats to keep the property clean and landscaped. I feel very safe here and love my apartment location facing Hackberry Creek. This property is clean and safe, and I would definitely recommend this property.

    This place is fantastic. Alma helped me with everything all along the way, and it had taken a few months, as I wanted a specific apartment. I can’t say enough about Alma. She was very patient, promptly responded to many questions, and really just went above and beyond. In here now for a week and LOVING it. Thank you so much!

    I chose this place due to its peaceful location, despite being in Dallas. Its an old yet well-maintained apartment located among trees and a canal, which makes it perfect for leisurely walks.     My wife and I have lived here for almost half a year now and we love it. These apartments are not high end apartments with all the newest gadgets and gizmos, but the buildings are well built and over time have been serviced/maintained good as well. Management will fix issues in the general complex that dont seem like that big of a deal, but it shows how they care for the property as a whole. The maintenance is also very good as well. I have had a number of maintenance requests for small upkeep things, and they were all fixed quite quickly from friendly staff. If you find a floorplan you like I highly suggest considering Oaks at Hackberry Creek your next home.

    Maintenance team is always top notch! The front office staff is nice. Management does not notify you of inspections or items that will be happening on the property or your apartment until last minute. Things like pest control, fireplace inspections, air filter changes, etc.. arent relayed to us until the day prior. These things are scheduled and we should have notifications of this happening no less than 72 hours prior unless its an emergency.

    The whole experience from touring an apartment to moving into one was amazing. Alyssa helped us throughout the process and answered all our questions. After I completed my application, they took around 2 weeks to review everything. They also run background checks, employment checks, rental history checks and credit checks which I think is very professional. The apartment was clean and all appliances worked perfectly. Overall I am happy that I moved here. Would definitely recommend Oaks Hackberry to my friends and colleagues.

    Moving here was a very easy process. Martha was very communicative with me and transparent about any fees up front, and I was able to get an apartment fairly quickly. I really like the community so far, and I love that I have a covered parking spot that just comes with the apartment. I have to give a big shout out to Aurelio from maintenance. He came by to fix a couple of things on my move-in form and saw that three of my friends and I were moving my couch in. He offered to help and carried that couch up to my second floor unit with us during a heatwave in July. Thanks Aurelio! Overall very positive experiences with staff, and the unit is nice.

    I lived here for 2 years and had a pleasant stay. Gated community, friendly staff and management, great service. Well Ventilated apartments with big windows and big storage. Very good maintenance. Would definitely recommend living in this community.

    As a senior with mobility issues, I am very satisfied with my apartment. The ground floor location with ramp is perfect. My handicap parking space is right outside my door.     Of all the places Ive lived in my life, I miss the Oaks Hackberry Creek the most. The whole community is very well maintained and it is hard to believe that it was constructed in the 1980s. They provide one covered parking for each apartment by default. Residents have to throw their trash themselves, so you never find any trash in front of the buildings like in other communities. Laundry has the facility of paying by a laundry card which can be recharged from the laundry room behind the leasing office using a debit/credit card. There are hardly any apartments available readily, which is a testament for the high standards of the property management staff.

    Apartments Complex are pretty and clean. Includes Pool and Gym.The apartment we got had updated black appliances and white marble which looks stunning. I found the rent relatively good in compare to near by one.Staff is courteous and try to resolve your issues sooner. They have a online portal to manage things on the go. Packages are safely stored in Luxer Package for your peace of mind. You would get a dedicated shadow parking next to your Apt and have open parking spots too for your guest.Initially we had the small bug issue in kitchen, but little care from our end with thrash resolved it.Overall, I liked the place and would stick around for long.

    I’ve lived in other apartments before and I truly only have good things to say about this place. Maintenance is fast, friendly, and always answer service calls within 24 hours. Management has changed a bit (going on year 3 here) but nothing a little time on the job won’t help improve in the office. They always keep up with bug spray just like clockwork. Always working on improving the place. Yes internet sucks but finally ATT came and did their job and installed new lines, so it’s not the apartments fault for it. It’s always quiet here. People mind their own. Have never had a problem with my neighbors or anything. Even the regular postman is friendly and will know you by name ! Great work y’all!

    Its has good apartments and surrounding is also very good. Good leasing and maintenance staff too.Near to many grocery stores like Kroger, Walmart, Sams club, Target, Patel Brothers, etc.The good thing here is, you get one covered parking with no additional cost.The only thing i missed here was to have a washer/dryer in unit.

    Ive lived here for about 4 years and love it.Staff is always friendly, work orders are taken care of immediately and properly.Ive lived in multiple apartments over the years, and work orders not being completed in a timely matter is a terrible thing in some places.Its a quiet community, and a great place to call home in my opinion.

    Lived here for 2 years and its a great place. The front office is nice and helpful. The apartments are a little older, but they are nice inside. No issues with bugs or noisey neighbors. My hot water heater leaked while I was out of town, the apartment had the hot water heater replaced the next day. I would recommend it to a friend.

    Oaks Hackberry was a great first apartment for my husband and I! We just moved out last week and already miss it! Would have stayed if we werent moving out of state for schooling. The apartments look nice and the grounds are kept pretty clean. We had some ants and a few roaches in the summer but nothing crazy. Though our apartment had a few issues, maintenance was always super quick! My one complaint would be that sometimes it was pretty hard to get ahold of someone via email, but that is really nothing compared to all the good things about this place!

    Apartment is good for residence, it’s clean. Leasing office is promt in any help needed, maintenance team is always there to help. Periodic pest controls and apartment surveys are done. Overall very good experience.

    I am giving the review for the customer service of this apartment complex. Everyone is very joyful, very kind and very helpful. Among them Karen is best. I always prefer her to give a workorder for apartment, any issue on complex of the apartment of I need help on anything related to apartment complex. Not like all other apartment complex who takes forever to complete the maintenance work order, here they do it very smoothly and the same day/next day itself. I like this apartment very much. I am very sad to leave this apartment because I am already hating my new apartment. If you need help or you need to lease a new apartment or get details or explore the apartment, all you need to do is go there and ask for Karen. She is the best for customer service. Enjoy living here

    Once the maintenance guys does get your order from the leasing office they are prompt with fixing your request. Sometimes the request might take longer than others for something very simple to be fixed, but things are fixed correctly.

    Its really a nice apartments with all the amenities. No roaches issues and completes the maintenance issues in 1 or 2 days. They are taking care of all preventive measures to keep the residents safe.

    I lived here for two years. I have only two complaints, which have been mentioned in previous comments.1) The internet provider options are not good. I used AM3, and I dealt with slow internet on a daily basis as well as a handful of times in which the internet did not work at all.2) The gates are terrible. It is a pain to wait for the arms to come down and back up before going in. The arms were broken all the time. And when I had guests, it was annoying to explain the complex system for getting cars in without damaging them.Despite these two complaints, I loved living here. It was quiet. People took care of their pets mess. The grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. The maintenance guy, Trey, took care of needs immediately. No bugs, ever. Staff was nice. Carport was included with rent.I would definitely recommend this property. The pros definitely outweighed the cons.

    I have lived at Oaks Hackberry Creek Apartments for a year and a half. The complex is very clean also well maintained.The office staff are always on point from handling service request to helping with any questions we might have. In particular Karen and Monica are rock stars. I would refer anyone looking to make a move to check them out first! The community is quite and tucked away in the heart of Las Colinas. 5 stars :)

    I want to start by saying that this place is awesome!! Specially the people maintaining Oaks hackberry creek apartment in Irving. A special shout out for Chris, i called the maintenance after 7pm because my AC was broken and it was 90F in my apartment. Chris was kind enough to come and he was very respectful. He fixed the AC in no time -just 10 minutes and me and my husband could sleep that night in the apartment. Thankyou Chris and Oaks hackberry team you do great job!!

    I would like to recommend these apartments. Mounica helped me in every aspect of the lease. I moved from chicago and when i visited the apartments, there were no vacant apartments to tour me, but i just went with the words of the office staff Mounica. She was very helpfull after i signed the lease. there were minor repairs and she put workorders to get it done. Moved in 3 months, no issues so far...
