My husband and I are so glad we moved to Oaks 55. The office and maintenance staff are amazing. This complex is beautiful and has so much to offer. Love the fact that it is gated and the residents are so welcoming and friendly. They have a calendar that lists the events for the month and several amenities throughout the complex. We love how peaceful it is here. A special thanks to Becky, Latoya and Ellen for making our move in so easy.

My husband and I enjoy living here. Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is the perfect size. We use the fully-equipped gym daily and enjoy the outdoor pool during the summer. There are a lot of planned activities and everyone is pleasant and welcoming. The management staff and maintenance crew are helpful, professional, friendly, and they respond to maintenance requests and other concerns in a timely manner.

Oaks 55 came to the rescue when we needed a place to live in a hurry. We enjoyed our stay there so much that we moved in several other family members to their own apartments. Everyone enjoys the amenities and all the gatherings that take place. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond.

I enjoy living at Oaks 55, i have been here for 5+ years.Feels like home and residents are really friendly and they help.Enjoiy the activities management does and I love Brunch.I appreciate the sweetsnes of maintenance helping and management is really caring and always listen to me.They help resolve any issues and my little dpg Nala enjoys the dog treats.

Wish I had the option of more than 5 stars! We moved in a couple of months ago and love it! Staff and process was very professional and efficient. Staff and Residents very kind. Location, condition and maintenance is perfect. VERY peaceful and quiet. Convenient to everything we need. Amazing amenities inside and out that replace all the things we were paying for before moving here. Perfect new home for us.

This is a beautiful facility with wonderful staff and residents. Immediately after my dad and I had a tour we canceled the others we had scheduled that day. Dad moved in and has been able to participate in activities and meet new people easily, all while having his own high quality apartment with washer and dryer.

Was looking for an apartment to relocate my parents when I came across this hidden gem. This property is not only beautiful but it offers the right amount of amenities to cater to my active parent’s lifestyle. The staff are kind, caring, and top notch professionals. I just have to brag on one particular lady who went above and beyond: Mrs.LaToya ! She is phenomenal, to provided a guided virtual tour of the property via FaceTime to my father, who was not able to make the tour with my mother and myself. Thanks LaToya, for not only treating my parents like royalty but like family, they cannot wait to move-in!

I started my journey a year ago looking for a place for my active 80+ parents. From the intial visit with Ellen and LaToya I knew this was the place to be. Once I got my parents there for a tour they were so impressed with the friendliness of the residents, cleaniness of the complex, and family feeling from the staff. LaToya has been amazing and VERY patience with my parents with everything from computer stuff to how my Dad has to pay rent with a check to helping filling out maintenance requests. BTW Orlando in maintenance is a God send! This made my anxiety and heart at ease once my parents moved in and has continued to impress us on the family community this place has. Even when my parents had health issues, immediately people would stop me in the building to check on how they were doing and they were missed! It is such a special and great community that now my Mother in Law is going to move here! This is a great active (or not) community with wonderful amendities that make me jealous! This is more than a apartment complex this is a HOME of wonderfu, careing, friendly people. Ellen, LaToya and Rebecca know everyone by name and also all about them. They have a tremendous warmth that far exceeds there job. They are truly geniune lovely people who show that they love what they do, and WE LOVE THEM!!!!! Thank you for making my parents feel welcomed and finding joy in community again! HIGHLY RECOMEND this place you will not find anything like it. It is a GEM!!!--Cheryl

I was looking around for a place for my dad, and came across this place. The staff was so helpful with a lot of my questions and made sure I was comfortable while there. If you’re looking for a place where your parents would love this is the place. Lovely property & very helpful staff. Definitely 5+ stars!

We were the first folks to spend a night at Oaks 55. We waited for the inspections, we worked around the obstacles while the building was finished, and we eagerly jumped in the pool as soon as it was ready! Finishing our second year here, we are extremely happy to have found a secure place to live that meets our needs, has plenty of friendly residents, and is run by a professional staff that care about us and the building. Maintenance is amazing! While social activities have been curtailed during this horrible year, we still have plenty of opportunities to meet and enjoy as we wish. For anyone who is over 55, in decent health, and wants to have friends, Oaks 55 is a great place to look.

I looked at several places for my parents and this place was the most helpful, patient and informative. I absolutely loved the property but I fell in love with the wonderful staff especially this young lady Latoya. If you are looking for a place for your parents this is the one.

OMG, my husband and I was looking for several places to just get pricing and looking for residential stay for our In laws and we spoke to Ms. LaToya and she was such a wonderful person and very comforting and assured us that this was the right place for our love ones she such a Blessing to us steps out her way and let us know that she will assist us in anyway, what a delightful person, we are definitely sure that this property is the right1. I have to say, I have enjoyed my time here at Oaks 55. The office management team,maintenance, housekeeping do what the best they can and always go up and beyond to help anyone. Some may leave nasty reviews because it’s not their way but they do what the best they can to be fair to everyone. I appreciate the whole team and everything you do. Way to go Oaks 55!!!!

My husband and I were lead to Oaks 55+ to be our home 14 months ago and moving here has been an absolute blessing! The facility is so well taken care of. The grounds are very nicely kept, the pool area is beautiful with a fun relaxing atmosphere. The inside is beautiful as well and spotless. The amenities were certainly designed with the residents, and their furry family members, in mind.There are going to be obstacles to come up that need repair or just a little “fixin” in an apartment anywhere, but doesn’t that happen in a house, maybe a leak or whatever? Here at Oaks 55, we don’t have to be concerned about how it’s going to be fixed…just pick up the phone and tell a staff member, “I’ve got a drip in the kitchen, and it’s not my husband.” Help is on the way and that leak is going to be fixed in a very timely manner.There have had some issues with the elevators, but management addresses it immediately. I am one of the ones that got stuck in an elevator but was “rescued” in just a very few minutes. Certainly, didn’t have to set up housekeeping in there, or file for homestead, nor felt at risk of danger. I know Oaks 55 management is doing everything they can about the elevator issue, because that’s the kind of people they are.The complete staff wants the very best for the residents, they are fun, plan great events for us, address issues that arise, but most of all they care.It was a great relief to our children when we moved into Oaks 55. They saw the beauty of the facility, but they also felt the compassion of the staff and other residents. They wanted us to be safe and secure at our age. We do feel safe, secure, happy, grateful, and blessed that Oaks 55 is our home. Which is a God thing, but that’s another story, so I’ll leave it at that. Thank you Oaks 55 for being here.

This was my home for 18 months and I was very happy here before moving to another city. It was clean, quiet, with lots of nice people living there, and the managers and staff were the best ever! Plenty of great amenities, pool, media room, gym, so many things that Im not sure if I took advantage of them all! I moved in on a special which made this a totally great deal for me!!!

I took my mom to see Oaks 55 in Euless. It is a beautiful property with so many amenities—a workout room, craft room, media room, meeting spaces, a pool, game area, and so much more. If you are looking for a new home, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Visited today. A resident Mr. Gleason, his g-grandson Trey and their golden retriever gave me a tour. Lovely property for 55+ independent living with lots of amenities. I was shopping our competition. Quite impressed.
