    During the two years I’ve been with Oak Ridge apartments. I had a good experience. The management team is people friendly and willing to help out where they can. I didn’t really have a problem with maintenance, but if I did, they came in a timely manner to make sure everything was taken care of. If I didn’t have a job transfer, I would still be here at Oak Ridge Apartments.

    My experience so far has been great here at Oakridge! Jessica assisted me, she was very kind and humorous! The complex is nice as well! Jessica helped me understand the steps I had to take moving into my new home! I’m glad everything went well. Really appreciate the community here!

    Amazing property! Paula the property manager is so sweet and hardworking. Small community has a great gym crystal clear pool open year round and I love my apartment especially with the washer and dryer hookups ! I hate going to laundromat so having this in my own apartment is a true blessing ! I highly recommend this property!

    Wonderful!! I asked for a room with a view and it is so perfect! They helped me move in very fast and worked with me. I am very thankful!! The pool looks so nice and clean. Laundry Facilities are nice. Washer and dryer hookups available in unit as well. Beautiful floor plans! Just absolutely satisfied.

    Such an awesome complex! Office staff are just amazing and very quick to respond to any service calls . Paula and Jessica are amazing! Looking forward to renewing my lease .

    I just had to put a review because my friend moved in this week and I just love her apartment. Can’t wait till my lease is up because I am definitely coming here. The lady in front Jessica sold it to me with her kindness and knowledge. Everyone here is great. See you soon

    I am very excited to move in for January 2025! Ms. Jessica has been so wonderful every step of the application process. She is truly a kind and generous human being and I coudnt be happier with the excellent customer service shes provided. I feel in love with the unit ( huge priviate balcony and fire place are just some of the amazing perks). She did everything in her power to secure this unit and for that I am truly grateful. I am looking forward to calling Oakridge my new home. I am feeling blessed. She made my Christmas wish come true!

    I applied here and needed something asap Paula & Jessica made it happen and addressed all my concerns!! The view from my apartment is an overlook of the city and my patio is huge! I am definitely gonna be having an amazing holiday season thanks the Oak Ridge Apartments!! Thank you guys and Happy Holidays!!!!

    Recently moved into a newly remodeled 2 bedroom unit. Absolutely love it. Accent tile wall, stove back splash, and upgraded faucets and hardware make this place pretty nice. The distressed look on the linoleum floors as opposed to the same old brown is also a very welcome addition.

    Ive been here at oak ridge for almost a year now and I can say this is by far the best management team I’ve had yet. They are very efficient and good with getting issues fixed as soon as possible . Nice , respectable . And very considerate, very grateful and much appreciated !

    Oakridge has been very nice. They are always there for your needs and wants and provide excellent customer service. If one is looking to upgrade their living status.. stop by the office... Or call.. they will supply all your needs when looking for a place to stay.

    Great apartments for the price but the steps are very very wobbly and deep narrow steps. Just have to be extra careful when walking up and down the steps.

    Been here for a year and I just wanna say Paula and Mrs Sarah is the best. Love how they communicate with u help u out and definitely don’t play about the property. Never had any major issues here and if did maintenance was there to handle it love how there pool is always clean and mailboxes are locked down at a certain time that’s definitely a A++ for me. I just want to say this property is by the far the best I’ve rented wish they had a 3bedrooms available but unfortunately my time here has expired. Thank u ladies for great customers service and always having understanding also thanks for keeping the property up :) ps: give them maintenance man a high five he’s definitely the best at what he does

    I recently signed a new lease for another year (Oct 18) and the reason that I did this was because of the management team of Sarah and Paula. Im very comfortable in my apartment and their response to anything that might go wrong is excellent.The maintenance is very courteous and friendly. I like it here!!

    I have renewed my contract and I feel very comfortable with this new administration. I have seen comments about the pool but after the first few months, they caught up with everything. The day after placing a maintenance order, they attend it. Highly recommended these apartments. Sara and Tony are always very attentive.

    So far so good! Nice people! We just moved in today and they upgraded me into a bigger apartment because the one I originally wanted wasnt ready. Love it!So I’ve been here a few months now since my last review, and I’d like to update it a bit.Still a nice place, very little crime-if any. We did have issues with plumbing and ac, but the office did get maintenance to fix it pretty quickly as it happened. It took a while, but they did just replace the entire ac outside.The only real complain I have is that getting a hold of maintenance on the weekends is impossible. If something goes wrong, you are likely to wait until Monday to get it fixed.I have noticed a lot of re building, and it seems this place is on the up and up.

    These apartments are the best. When things need fixing they are there on time. The ladies in the off are very professional and have very good customer service. I love these apartments. I highly recommend to come and apply

    I just went to the office and spoke with Sarita the manager about a maintenance request which she promptly handled. She is easy to deal with and she has a very sunny disposition. She is kind of a 5 star girl.

    Ive been at Oak Ridge for several months now and was sceptical when I moved in due to some negative reviews. I brought this up with the staff when I was applying. The staff acknowledged the problem. You cant make some people happy. I havent had the same experience as others.Firstly, my apartment is very nice. My shower is hot, A/C is cold, my apartment has ample storage area for my things. Everything works. I have a one bedroom and love how my bathroom is located outside the bedroom so that friends dont have to walk through my bedroom in order to get to the bathroom. This affords me more privacy than most apartment floor plans. Very well thought out. I have washer & dryer connections. The balcony is very large, has a great view and is accessible from both the bedroom and livingroom, top notch. My apartment does not have a fireplace, it has a dry bar instead. In Texas a fireplace is useless 10 months out of the year... whoever thought of this is a genius. Friends dont walk in and say, Wheres your fireplace?, its more like, Oh man! You have a bar!! Thats awesome!. Maybe a fire place is good up north but not down south.

    Ive lived here for 7 years I was about to move out last year. The property manager Sarah came in and asked me to give them a chance. I do not regret it one bit.The property is finally being up-graded, they do not steal your money, thy are fair and they help you in every way possible. I see that they are working the exterior, and I hoping that they will do the interiors next.WHEN THEY LEAVE SO WILL I. EVEN IF I HAVE TO BREAK MY LEASE.THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR KINDNESS AND HARD WORK. SARAH!!

    Edited because pool was fixed... Only thing i dont like is maintenance doesnt fulfill requests unless you keep bothering them over and over. Also there are alot of cats everywhere. But the actual apartments are nice. This is the only apartments ive renewed my lease with out of about 5 different apartments ive lived at.

    It has been great living here! I’ve had no problems here things have always been fixed in a timely manner! The rent is very reasonable and the office staff is very friendly. This is definitely a place I would recommend to family and friends!

    Nice layout with a good price. Maintenance is friendly and timely. The only problem I have is that this place has bugs... Summer means mosquitoes and gnats that drive me nuts.
