Amanda Flores , at OAK creek is the bright smiling face that I love to see, her balance between professional aspects of her work and her compassion for doing what is fair for tenants on property is very rare to find in any city , but I am happy she is here to prove that properties can be ran with positive leadership and charismatic role.You have a wonderful and caring person to look after this property. She is a keeper.

About a month into my rent with Oak Creek, and I have been continually satisfied with the effort and care the staff takes into taking care of their tenants. The front desk staff are especially remarkable and kind (shoutout to Maggie and Lauren), and Chuy & Bobby in facilities were very courteous, amiable, and knowledgable about what needed to be fixed. When our A/C went out, they were quick to provide alternatives and gave us continual updates. Living is comfortable, and community feels very safe. Highly recommend when openings are available!!

This has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. I am a student at Tech and the location is convenient.The new management staffs are very kind, courteous, and flexible. They always went above and beyond to make my life easier. Over the year, I have had a few routine maintenance requests that have always been handled the day after I submit them.If you are looking for a wonderful place to rent in a great location with the lowest price, Oak Creek is your best choice. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and helpful during my application process. Amanda was very patient with all of my questions and informative about the community. Even with a short notice move in date they were very happy to help. She went above and beyond to make sure I could move in when it most suited my needs. I know I will enjoy my stay at Oak Creek!

I went and applied for an apartment and the staff is really nice and welcoming . Apartments look well taken care of. They answered all the questions I had . Now I just have to wait for a call to say I was approved . I met with the property manager, Gabbie, who was able to show us around to some of the apartment spaces we were interested in. She was very informative and helpful and willing to work around our budget.The area seems very quiet and inviting and the apartments look really nice! And I am more than excited to move in and get settled into our new home.

He kept me undated on my application. The property manager also was very respectful and professional. I can say they both made getting an apartment at oak creek a nice experience. Oak Creek Apartments are a great place to live! Theres so many things to do-like getting some sun at the pool, toning up at the fitness center or shooting hoops at the basketball courts. The new management company has made an incredible change for the better. The staff is so friendly and they give you the sense that they truly care about their residents and the community.

I have lived in a lot of apartments and this by far is the best. I lived here both before and after the management switch. It wasent great prior to the change which Is why I moved out. But once the change happened and I came back. The new office staff is fantastic both very helpful and they always try to help however they can. The maintiance team is great they are very nice and always show up quick and do a great job. My wife was having a bad day I was at work and one of our toilets flooded. The maintiance guy showed up quick unclogged it than moped our whole floor. On top of all that they have really good prices plus really good deals most months. I would recommend these apartments over a lot in town.

I really love this place. Just nice price for the good service.The apartment area is next to Bus Stop, Post office, Lowes...it just takes 12 minutes to drive to Tech, 5 minutes to Costco or Target also. Thats really convenient for students.Any problems in your apt including eletricity, water, sewer ...will be fixed after a half or one day reporting. Thats cool.Especially, the office staffs are so friendly and they always help you out of problems as soon as possible.

Me and my Girlfriend have had plans forever to move for college. Being our first big step in our lives we were terrified. We checked out Oak Creek Appartments along with many other places but none of the others were able to work and co-operate like they did. When we discussed our situation and our plans they were able to tell us multiple options for payments, availability, and were very quick to respond and thorough with answering our questions. We are still currently in the works of getting up to Lubbock, and are very nervous about moving, but since we will be staying with Oak Creek Appartments and their great prices we feel welcomed and that we can actually relax for a moment.

I’ve been apartment hunting for a couple weeks after moving here from Houston. Oak Creek fit my budget and it has stores relatively close by (Walmart,Academy,Costco). Although I did hope they could have shown me a specific floor plan but due to COVID restrictions they couldn’t. Darren was helpful giving me information regarding the apartments as well as he did show me a similar floor plan and I got a good home feeling when checking it out. Thanks Darren!

I absolutely love this place and managment and staff. Ive lived here for only a few months but known about this place for years and there has been some great changes. The apartmen. Is close to eeverything and its close to a developing new outlite mall which is exciting, plus the loop makes things easier. I cant believe this is the same property that was there years ago. The upgraded interiors look awesome, theres a new basketball court, volleyball court, and pool. The staff is extremely helpful and have created a great community feel.
