    Living at Northpoint Villas was easy. The staff was very understanding and quick to respond to our requests. This was our home for a little more than two years. Moving in was easy and when it was time for us to move out with our growing family, they made sure to make it easy on their end. They never gave us a reason to complain besides the common mishaps that happens while living in apartments, but was quickly fixed with the friendly and knowledgeable maintenance crew. These apartments are in the perfect spot! I personally loved the area. I would go on daily walks with my baby and felt safe. As my child grew in this time, going to the park was necessary and was enjoyable all of us. There were plenty of kids of all ages to play with. Overall a nice place to live!

    Don’t get me wrong this complex has had its problems. I’ve been a resident going on almost 4 years. I will say there was new owners/management recently and a lot of the people whom were causing real problems are now being evicted. I can confidently say I see the complex turning back into the family friendly neighborhood it was when I moved in! The office staff is sweet and ready to help. Also like previous posts the maintenance is spot on.

    My husband and I moved into a one-bedroom, third-story apartment at Bella Vista in January of 2018 shortly after our marriage, and we had nothing but good experiences overall. They even let us move in on the day we had hoped to, even though we had forgotten to get the electric turned on and it was a holiday so we couldnt get in touch with the electric company until the next day! Maintenance was always quick to respond (usually same day or within a day of making the request using the online form) and very friendly and helpful.The only real issue we ever experienced was with the air conditioning coil, which tended to build up nasty mold/mildew over the course of the year due to condensation and had to be cleaned at least once or twice when spring rolled around, otherwise the smell when you first turned on the A/C was pretty overpowering. Again, maintenance was always quick to come by and clean it when I submitted the request. The staff were friendly (especially sweet, dear Natasha!), the apartment itself was quite spacious with a generous kitchen and even a lovely vaulted ceiling in the living area since we were on the third floor, and we were blessed to have very few issues with noise from neighbors while we lived there.We finally moved out just over a month ago after purchasing our first home, and Natasha made the whole process of breaking our lease very easy and straightforward, telling us exactly what would be owed and by what date so that we had no unpleasant surprises. Whenever we submitted a payment or paperwork, she always took care to immediately make a copy of everything submitted and give it to me while the originals went into our file. That way, if she couldnt be there to help us, anyone else in the office would be able to see what had already been completed/submitted so that no confusion would occur. The whole process was very smooth, and we received most of our security deposit back (minus a small portion for cleaning, I believe), within a month of moving out.We were so pleased to have such a wonderful place to call home for nearly two years while we prepared to purchase our first home as a couple. Thank you so much, staff of Bella Vista, for making us feel like wed scored the best apartment in the area. You will be missed!

    The apartment complex is nice and always clean. The apartments themselves are really spacious and modern. Wood vinyl flooring in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Perfect place for a reasonable price.The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and on top of things. They helped me move a washer upstairs and let me borrow their dolly for the day. Within a day they replaced the motor to my HVAC and were super friendly.Evelyn, the Community Manager, is extremely helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. She is the reason why I chose the apartment complex. She goes well above and beyond. If I could I would give her 5 stars for her services, willingness to help, and her overall help. Thank you.

    Id like to express how incredible my leasing experience has been with both the leasing and management team! The application process has been seamless and every team member has been kind, friendly and helpful with any questions Ive had throughout. Evelyn and staff have made me feel like family from the second I walked in, which is absolutely refreshing! Definitely looking forward to calling Northpoint Villas my home!

    Moved in this week the staff is just amazing everyone was extremely helpful Maria made the application process very easy answered all my question and concerns. I have a 2bed 2bath upgraded unit its very spacious which I absolutely love great lighting a lot cabin space laundry area is large can use for more storage if needed, its a gated community which is a plus, pet friendly a clean park that my nephew enjoys playing at, its quiet and safe which is extremely important being I have little ones visit, my neighbors were friendly and welcoming me and my daughter to our new home. Overall I made a great decision moving here I have no complaints.

    We lived at this property for almost 2 years. If we had written this review when we first moved in, it would not have been good. However, the current property manager is AMAZING! We had a billing issue, and we wanted to go to Corporate about it, because the assistant manager was working with us and was not hearing us, but Evelyn, the property manager, handled it quickly and professionally. She is the best manager this property has had since we have been there, and we had 2 other property managers before her. We loved our apartment and maintenance was always great and efficient.

    I have lived here over a year now and as many one star reviews Ive seen i dont understand why. I have had nothing but an amazing experience here. Office staff is nice and the maintenance team is quick. I always have one maintenance guy (James) come do my work orders and when he does, hes fast and does it right the first time. While hes in my apartment working he is always fun to chat with, makes it feel like you have a family within the community. I would recommend living here 100 percent.

    My family and I are looking into relocating to Texas and have been looking into different communities on-line. The moving process is a bit difficult when youre in a different state and arent familiar with the areas. Luckily, Maria and Evelyn were available to answer all of my questions regarding Northpoint Villas, via email, and over the phone. Thanks to their help I was able to have a good grasp as to what my living experience would be there. They were flexible with me and coordinated an in-person visit and once I met them in person, I was even more confident that Northpoint was the place for my family and me. I have now lived at Northpoint Villas for approximately six months, and I felt I had to come on here and give credit to both Maria and Evelyn, for all of their attention, before and after signing the lease. The community is well kept, the units are clean and management is on top of every request. I am extremely appreciative to both of these ladies that have made my relocation a success.

    Ive lived at Northpoint for almost a year now and its a pretty typical apartment complex. The main reason Im giving it 5 stars is because of a really special Maintenance worker, James. From my very first day here he has been attentive in making sure everything inside my apartment is working properly and that the outside grounds are well maintained. James goes above and beyond to be friendly, my kids even know him by name. He truly makes it a pleasure to live here. Even on days when he is super busy or weekends hes on-call, I can count on a smile and some friendly help. So, thank you, James for making this a great place to live!

    I’ve been here a few months and so far this is the best apartment complex ive lived at. They have responded to every maintenance order quickly, the maintenance people are kind and the gates always work 😂 Jasmine who works in the front office is so sweet.     First off one of the best experiences I have had when visiting local apartments. From the young lady that assisted me when I walk through the door all the way to the property manager! This staff is levels above the rest when it comes to their customer service to their knowledge of the industry. I would not recommend any other places until you stop in and see what all they have to offer!     Not going to lie, I had quite a few issues when I moved in from some problems that had occurred prior to me moving in. However, the staff and maintenance team truly did everything they could to fix all the problems and were so kind to me (they still are). That just showed me how professional they are, and that they truly care about the residents. Its honestly one of the biggest reasons I didnt leave. My apartment is great now! The location is great as well.

    Just wanted to send a BIG shout out to Katelyn & Lauren. These ladies are amazing. My family & I moved here back in May. I can’t lie. We had issues in our first apartment, and considered moving out of the community. However, these ladies did all they could to keep us here, and we have decided to stay. We absolutely LOVE our new apartment! We feel at home now, and it’s because of these ladies and the care they show for the residents. I can honestly say they strive to make this community great! I absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment community, where you feel like more than just another resident. I can’t speak on anything that happened before we moved here. As a current resident, we are very pleased with our decision to live here.

    I love my new place. The property is beautiful and very quiet. On moving day we were greeted by all the neighbors around my apartment. Location is a BIG plus, lots of stores, restaurants close by. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Thank you!!

    This community was very beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Maria and Haley were extremely accommodating and friendly. The property could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants and schools. I was able to meet some of the maintenance crew and they were very cordial. The grounds and facilities were very clean and well maintained including the workout rooms and the pool area. I can see my family and myself moving here

    We have been living here for 6 months and it has really been a great experience. Lauren and Katelyn are amazing! They are very approachable, ready to assist, and welcoming. We had some adjusting to do being new to the area and new to apartment living but they helped us adjust. We just moved in a different apart in the complex and they made it an amazing transition. Check out the area if in need of an apartment.

    Had a good year there. Nice staff. Maintenance was quick to repair when I put in a request ONLINE. Don’t think you’ll have any problems whatsoever if you’re just a good tenant and make rent on time. Apartment tenants were friendly and the unit was very nice!

    We have lived here for just over 2 years and cannot really say enough good things. Office staff has always been helpful and responsive to questions more so since management changed over last year. Maintenance is always quick to respond to our issues (which are usually minimal). The grounds are always well kept and maintained and you can tell they have worked hard to make improvements over the last year since the new management took over. It’s always been relatively quiet and we have have enjoyed the pleasure of some very kind and respectful neighbors over the last two years. It’s really above what we expected from apartment living. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice safe place to live. :)

    Northpoint Villas has a Maintenance crew that really cares about helping to upkeep the appearance of the property. They go above and beyond by picking up after inconsiderate residents that just throw trash on the ground, do not pick up after their dog(s). James on the Maintenance Crew makes all residents feel like they are a valuable member of this community. Thank you James for all you do. The amenities are lacking at Northpoint. Location and size of Apartments is the nice.

    I am absolutely in love with this apartment!!! The team up front is so sweet and accommodating!! The manager Aida (no idea how to spell it 😂) was super sweet and even when she was busy still took the time to make sure I got to the person I needed! Kaitlin was the person I dealt with during the moving process and never made me feel like I was a bother even calling her 100 times 😂 and when we moved in there were a few minor problems I contacted maintenance about and they came out and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently!! James is a top tier maintenance guy and I couldn’t be happier with the apartment my wife and I live in and the people here ❤️❤️

    My home sold fast and the closing date is coming soon! Id been calling and trying to visit properties all day only to get voicemail and auto attendants asking me to leave a message for someone to call me back. Sandra picked up on the first ring and told me to come right over and shed be happy to show me the property. She was so very friendly, knowledgable, and just plain awesome! I work in the customer service industry and was very pleased with this customer service experience. If Im treated half as well as a resident as I was as an applicant, this will be an amazing place to live. Looking forward to hearing my application has been approved!

    My family and I have lived here for over a year now and so far our experience has been a positive one. The staff in the front office are always very courteous and the maintenance men are wonderful and never act like youre bothering them when they come to do requests (like they did in our previous apartments.) The pool area is always very clean and the fitness room is great! The apartments are near so many great stores as well. We really enjoy living here!

    THIS is my favorite location I have ever resided in. I have lived in Germany (3 years), that would be second to Northpoint Villas.WHY!?The front office alone makes this a worthwhile experience, EVERY SINGLE DAY. My fiance and I are not merely tenants here, we are family and certainly treated as such. Ada and Stacy have become lifelong sisters. Amelia was our first contact, and she set the tone.They are ALWAYS looking for new ways to beautify and modernize the apartment and its facilities.The maintenance crew...TOP OF THE LINE. Alfredo has come to our apartment on occasions and I have never received any kind of bad attitude from him, ALWAYS pleasant and willing to help. Speaking of help, Sergio helped my fiance and I move items into our apartment. I mean, could you possibly ask for more!?Oh, we havent even talked about the apartment itself. The rent is fair for what youre getting. Just a gorgeous place that immediately gives you a feeling of Im home; my fiance and I have already decided that this will be our home for the foreseeable future.In closing...If you pass on this place, you have accepted second best.And dont you deserve the best?Say YES to Northpoint Villas, and say YES to your new happy home.

    I just re-signed my lease for the next year at Bella Vista! Ive lived here since 05/15/2018 and have no plans to ever move again! Easy access to I-35. Close to shopping in all directions. Office staff is so helpful and friendly, always addressing any concerns that I have right away. Maintainence staff is professional and respectful. Ive had 2 work orders in the past year and both were completed within an hour or so of putting them in. Property is beautiful and well-kept! Rules are in place and violations are taken care of promptly. My daughter, son and I love it here!

    I thought I’d add a review since I feel as if all of the negative reviews are unjustified. I moved into these apartments in July 2020 and have had nearly only positive experiences. Maintenance requests have been filled within a few days. I did not get one of the updated units when I moved in, but is it nicer than my old apartment (which was similarly priced and in the area) nonetheless. Valet trash and parking spaces that are always available is a big plus too. My only complaint would be that the rent is on the high side, and the recycling dumpsters always overfill. I also had a package stolen, and management said there was nothing they could do.. I now just have fedex/ups packages held at the local branches. Regardless, these are things that can happen in any apartment complex. Overall, I’d recommend Northpoint Villas, and I plan on staying here as long as I’m in the area!EDIT 10/24/2023 ************************I moved out in the first week of August. Move-out was an absolute nightmare. I went to the office 3-5 times during office hours to turn in keys and ask questions my final balance. Each time the office was locked or there was nobody in it. I finally found an employee coming out of a demo unit, and handed her my keys as my check-out. Upon moving out, I ensured all balances were paid through the online portal, and did not hear anything from the apartment complex afterwards. About a month later I got a letter in the mail stating I owed 30 something dollars in leftover utility bills. I went to log in to the online portal and they had already locked me out of the account, so I called the office to verify the amount I owed. Again, after numerous calls and voicemails, I finally got a hold of someone who said it was her first week working there and would email me the balance owed. The email was never sent, so I assumed the amount they said I owed in the mail was accurate. I sent a check on October 2nd after finally getting nowhere with calling the complex. The due date on the balance letter was for October 1st. A few days later I GET A CALL FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY SAYING THE COMPANY REPORTED TO THEM I OWED $1.265.14 IN UNPAID DUES. This was never communicated to me my any staff or letter despite my numerous attempts in good faith to contact the apartments about what I owed. This was also WAY over the total I thought I owed, but I essentially had to pay, or itd tank my credit score. After the debt was settled, I received ANOTHER balance owned email from the utility company that was again, covered in the check that was sent, but never cashed. WHEN WILL THIS END?!EDIT 12/4/2023 ************************A few weeks after my experiences detailed in the previous edit, Evelyn, the new office manager, contacted me by phone. I explained to her what had happened through my moveout, and she was apologetic and immediately looked into it. She also disclosed that in the last few months, the front office has had a (much needed) change of staff and management.When she looked into the details of my account, she verified that I was indeed overcharged $1,038.11 during my moveout. A refund check was shortly mailed to me, and as far as I know, my escapade with this company is over.I am leaving the review at 4 stars. I am confident in the way my previous issue was handled that the new management is more attuned to the needs of the residents. I still think this is a good place to live; I just hope that they continue to listen to residents and avoid mishaps like what happened with me.

    My husband and I have lived here for 5 years and been through so many different management staff. Aida, Tasha and her team have by far been the best. We had some real issues before they came in and took over and they took great care of us and made accommodations to correct the wrong doings of the previous staff and management. The apartments are nice and they are implementing some nice upgrades. I would absolutely recommend living here.

    Living in Bella Vista Apartments has been a great experience thus far. The environment is clean and quiet. The Neighbors are respectful and the staff is helpful. Anytime I go into the office for assistance, I am greeted with a smile and helpful service. The maintenance team is amazing as well and gets to my request right away.There are always events and activities being put on and sweat give-a-ways for residents.Bella Vista is a great community to live in and I am having a great experience!! :-)

    When we first moved here several years ago this place was garbage. Decent apartments. However the staff was useless. Found a smokable roach left behind by maintenance. Areas not cleaned when we moved in. All sorts of bad stuff. Now with Aida(sorry if I misspelled it) and her staff I never want to leave here. They have taken such good care of us. Ive been apart of the multi family industry has a vendor for several years. Hands down this is the best staff I have ever ran across. Thinking about a place to live....think bella vista. Where everyone is family.

    So far so good. Kind of upper middle class living. Responsive maintenance. Sound ordinance after 10 pm. And first time having trash valet. Staff is approachable and not overly rude. After reading a few of the other reviews and most of the 1 star reviews, I can tell they take suggestions and revamp accordingly. The experience you get now compared to in the past has improved. I think its nice to see kids running around, being kids, and having fun. There were one or two kids or tenants, so far that slightly creep me out. But nothing you cant find in any other neighborhood. The gym is adequate. Pool is presentable, but not a very big space for multiple families to enjoy at one time. Gate is working like 90% of the time now, as opposed to past reviews that say it was broken 80% of the time. I appreciate the feel and sound of privacy in my third floor apartment. No noisy neighbours. The occasional dog barking. My fiancee cant stand it, but i can tune it out. I love having a balcony with a concrete base. The fact that there is even a dog park and baggies available is a plus for dog owners. Grounds are pretty well maintained. Neighbora arent rude or overly nosey. I feel reletively safe and secure here. Above everything else, the apartment itself is pretty nice with vaulted ceiling in living room and pretty well maintained. Im happy to call this place home! Although tenants dont follow the rules of what can be put in recycling, I cant blame the staff for that. All in all, cant really complain. Appears to be enough parking to go around. Ive had absolutely no issues with this so far. Price seems fair for what is offered. $100 admin fee online should be explained more. We were told there should be no admin fee attached to the monthly rent. Emilia was our contact here. She was very helpful and easy to interact with. I could see where some would say she was rude and quick to move on. I think that was a person getting their bearings mixed with a little bit of themselves. I see no issues with her now, as described in previous posts. I will continue to interact with staff and management, with Emilia being our main/ first point of contact if I need anything in the future. Lady in office behind her has also been very helpful.

    Just want to shoutout the manager Lauren. Since she started working here, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the property. Well kept, issues are actually getting resolved. The customer service has changed tremendously within the office. I will continue to live here with her around!

    I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property. It’s safe, clean, and has an amazing gym, & pool. I’ve lived there for over a year. Anytime I needed a maintenance request it was handled immediately. The best floor plans in the area. Office staff is always warm and inviting. I recommend this property to everyone.

    Ive come up on my 4th year here at bella vista and have enjoyed living here very much. The apartments are affordable and you get way more for your buck than you would anywhere else ( believe me, Ive checked ). When I first moved here, the apartment complex management team had changed about 3 times, after the last team took over there were tons of improvement. The apartment complex has been bought out again, and they are just beautifying the place everyday and you can tell there are amazing changes being put in place. The complex is getting a complete facelift!! New pool furniture, new patios, longer patios on the first floor, a grilling area that never existed before, etc.! The manager Eira is super hospitable and extremely helpful, always gets back to your requests and questions within a reasonable time and will always try her best to accommodate situations that are brought upon her. I would definitely recommend Bella Vista as a family oriented place to live.

    People love to share the bad and hateful, but never share great things. The Apt’s them selves are nice and I have no complaints. The staff is not rude or anything close to it. TASHA has always been so very nice and even more helpful! I will renew my lease on because of her alone. But overall the place and the people are great they work with you as much as they can.

    We’re making the big move from CA to TX to be closer to family and have been on the hunt for an apartment. I’ve been in contact with Maria and Haley and they have been nothing but helpful. All my questions were answered and I’m feeling much less stressed with our move.

    Super clean and beautiful property!Maria was the one that helped us with the touring and made us realize that those are the ones !! Very polite and helpes us through it all especially helping my mom bc she only speaks spanish made this process so easy!❤️

    Lived here almost six months. Staff has been great since Ive been here. Good neighbors. No problems. Very spacious. Only complaint: wish the bark park was bigger. Otherwise very good complex

    Great service, the maintenance team always responds in a very short time to all the maintenance needs. The lovely staff in the front office are very attentive. Ive lived here for over 3 years for a reason. Great place to live.

    Maintenance replied to me very quickly after the a/c went out, after office hours, and was very kind even though it cut into his schedule and came in less than 10mins to completely restore the whole system bringing great comfort to my wife, myself and newborn 2 week old son, who would have suffered if not for Sergio!!Thanks serg!!

    I love this place. I was in between this place and another place and they gave me the best price for more space. Managment is and has always been amazing, they called me even after 2 weeks on nothing to let me know that they could accomidate me. Always positive vibes in office and people. Love this place.     We love living at NorthPoint villas. Ms Evelyn and Ms Stephanie are great. Always on top of any needs. James the maintenance man is the only one I let in my apartment. He’s about great work man ship, building trust with residence and taking care of all your maintenance needs. The owners just painted and updated the facility it looks great.

    Im going to be living here for a year and it has been wonderful for me. The office is super friendly, organized and the maintenance of the surroundings is impeccable and their maintenance service system is extremely fast and super attentive. I highly recommend this place 😊
