    As someone who has lived here for 10 years, I truly appreciate the positive improvements the new manager (Crystal) brought to the community.It’s truly reassuring to know that the community is in such good hands. Crystal, your attention to detail and the way you’ve fostered a peaceful environment here gives us a real sense of security. I’m especially relieved to know that we won’t have to deal with obnoxious neighbors or any disturbances. It’s a real comfort to be able to relax and enjoy our space knowing that things are being handled so well.Thanks again for everything you do – it really makes a difference!

    I want to express gratitude for Gabrielas enthusiastic help. She is so amazing and answered all questions. This has been the most easiest process Ive had in a long time. Totally recommend her, she has the knowledge to walk you through the process and assists in anyway possible. Thank you.

    Northheaven Park is an absolute gem in Dallas! 🌟 The trails are perfect for a relaxing walk or a brisk jog, and the scenery is just beautiful with lots of greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The playground is fantastic for kids, and theres plenty of space for picnics and outdoor activities. Its always clean and well-maintained, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lovely outdoor escape in the city!

    We are truly blessed to have Crystal as our new property manager - shes been a great change for our community! It feel awesome to know that we can email and call her and actually get a response or be able to speak with her if I need to.. She has definitely been a breath of fresh air. Crystal has gone above and beyond to assist me multiple times, making every interaction a positive one. Jessica and Maria are also shining stars, providing us with wonderful help and support. Our has community has struck gold with this team and we are very grateful to have all 3 of you.

    Its been lots of improvement in a year. There were some problems but they took care of it. Positive experience for minor repairson time. New management is very responsive. Good units for the price. Definitely recommend to make a home here.

    Lived here for 9 years, going on year 10. It’s always our home. New management really took care of me and my family. Always do a kind request, it will be done ASAP. Very good neighbors as well. Close to Dallas city and my work.

    Move in was super smooth! Manager was quick to answer all my questions and resolve minor maintenance issues. Units are very well built, have not heard any noise from my neighbors yet. Love the apartments.

    I have lived here for 6 months and the vandalism is tremendous, many crafty people at night opening cars and nothing more than an opinion sticking theCorner with Home depoThere are a lot of crafty people going around in the early morning and there are even gunshots. It would be good if they put that alarm higher with Home Depo

    If you are looking for apartments, I do not recommend NORTHAVEN PARK APARTMENTS.Although they are very nice and a pleasant place, they have many problems with the administrators since the OFFICE workers never solve anything, you have to be very patient to be able to talk to them since they are always in a bad temper as if they were not paid for their work. jobApart from the fact that they are poorly spoken, they do not know how to serve a tenant, and it also never takes them long to solve a problem... they have had them without hot water for more than a month, every day we have to heat water so I can bathe my daughter.Before I gave them stars 🌟 today I take them away because they dont deserve them for their bad service

    Selina is the girl who helped me with my speech, my respect for her, she is a very kind doll, very helpful, what I most like about her is to deal with.     The girls in the office have helped me a lot. I had a problem with the receipt and they helped me get my car back. Since the new administration arrived, they are more accessible and help people more.
