This is hidden gem. The location on Red River is great and there have been a lot of changes to the neighborhood. So much to do in the area within walking distance. The office staff makes the experience all the better. Ms Kia and Ms Lydia have been long employees and you can tell they love what they do. Great price, sturdy apartments (hard to find now days) and a great maintenance team who provide fast and efficient customer service. The team is dedicated and I was happy to call this place home while in Austin Tx

We’re in the process of moving out but I didn’t want to leave without first dropping a review-! We enjoyed our stay here and wanted to give a special shoutout to Kia. She was always very helpful and acted swiftly to resolve any questions or issues that we stumbled upon. It’s a respectful environment and I felt confident in their ability to resolve anything we threw at them. I’d recommend this apartment and the staff team to anyone. Great location!

Awesome location and great neighbors!! I love North 40 Apartments, and the downtown/college atmosphere. Ms. Kia with leasing is very kind and helpful- made sure every step in the leasing process was easy and promt, and maintenance staff like Mr. Phillip are always there and ready to fix maintenance needs! Love this place🥰

Best experience with the management, the whole experience was so easy. Lydia was super sweet. She showed us around the property and even knew were all the local amenities were! Shout out to kia too, she cool. I had the pleasure of running into kristil and had the best conversation about how she is improving all the properties in the area. we need more people like her running things around here, more stuff would get done for way cheaper.

I have been working with one Lydia Cox, assistant property manager, on securing our lease, and she has proven to be diligent, attentive, accommodating, prompt, kind, and, in a word, everything one can hope for in working with someone in leasing a new place to call home. If her service is indicative of what we may expect during our tenure here at the North 40, then I harbor no doubts that it shall be a most agreeable one. 5 stars!

Great location. Very walkable and a lot of nearby amenities. Love living here! Kristil even saved the day on a few occasions, very easy to deal with management company.
