These apartments are a 5 ⭐️ if I could give them more I would in a heart beat. These apartments that I call home are very maintain , not only that a great loving environment place to live. Megan the assistant manager has been very helpful, easy to communicate with she literally goes above and beyond for her residents gets the job done , not only that responds right away when I send her a email. If you are looking for a place to call home this is the place. ❤️

The apt ladies are so professional, so courteous, and very knowledgeable of their job. Just love everything about how they go about their job everyday I just love coming to see their pretty faces and pretty smile everyday. If they ever leave from here Im following them as long as they are here the apt complex will have a full house just love all 3 of those beautiful ladies never a dull moment they always have a smile on their faces and will put a smile on your face.

Tammy is just like a dorm mother at an Ivy League school. The front desk is so polite, gracious, friendly, and such warm nice wonderful people that it’s I’ve never had that experience before the maintenance man quick to resolve any problem without much effort. It’s amazing. Yeah location is spectacular. You need to, take a look here. I love living here and I usually don’t write good reviews, but this place is the bomb.

Rarely do I leave reviews but man I must say I’m thankful today for the staff here. I know how stressful working in the sun can be and how dealing with complaints can be. Just want to say I really appreciate Mr Daniel’s hard work in this Texas heat. Our AC went out and from Tammy, Megan, and Jessica in the front office to Daniel doing the hard physical work, thankful for all for a quick fast repair

Weve been here a couple of months and love it! The number one reason we leased here is because of the staff. They were amazing!. From maintenance to leasing to the assistant to the manager. Staff were always early to arrive and ready to go when the office opened. The grounds were always picked up. Maintenance request immediately taken care of. Office always available and helpful. Yesterday we learned the management company is changing effective immediately. As a property manager for over 20 years Id be lying if I didnt say, this makes me very nervous. Only time will tell. The new staff have big shoes to fill. I think I speak for many residents when I say, we will miss Elizabeth, Travis, and Mike. They were the best of the best. But I will give the new staff the benefit of the doubt until they show me differently. Staff can make or break a property. Fingers crossed.I will review again in 30 days.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE APARTMENTSI loved the environment in this community, all the office staff called me by name and made me feel important. .AMAZING HOSPITALITY, they always take care of my needs and the apartments are literally luxury. Love coming home and juat taking it all in. The pool -was always crystal clear and I have never had a problem with anything at all. maintenance always took care of my needs and always had a friendly smile. I moved due to unforeseen circumstances, but i have never had a problem living here it was all good. Sure somethings here and there but all in all it was a great living experience!

The new management company asset living has done more in the month or two since taking over than the previous company. These are the things I noticed. They fixed the fences all around that were falling over. It looked tacky to say the least. They installed where the mailbox and under parking ports making the complex look less dark. This is another issue. The Garbage in the front is consistently being picked up. It looks neat and clean. Before the Garbage hung out overflowing for several days. The maintenance team is super responsive. We met Steve today who helped with our AC. He was thorough and explained what he did. Made sure we were putting in a ticket for all the other repairs. They are super friendly and work hard around the premises. We see you guys and appreciate all your help and assistance.

We’ve been at Noah for 3 months now, and the staff is amazing! Elizabeth is so great and personable, she’s been kind, sympathetic and understanding from day one. She’s gone out of her way to ensure we have had a great stay at this residence. The maintenance crew is quick to respond to any issues, Mike is so prompt and eager to help. Everyone is just so nice and friendly!

We moved here in May 2023. Our first few months were questionable regarding maintenance and management. In the last 2 months, everything is getting fixed from our own requests to the maintenance of the whole complex. The new manager and the new head of maintenance are welcoming and available. Thanks!

Honestly I’ve lived in this area for a while and I’ve seen how these apartments used to be and they got an extreme home make over! The layout and appliances are all renovated! I don’t have a pet but very pet friendly the doggie spa is adorable! The staff Christina and Joseph were both very helpful! I would and I have already recommended this apartment complex to others. Prices are very fair to the quality and the area. When we first moved in the A/C was dripping water because it hadn’t been used, we put in a claim on line and they took care of it right away! Haven’t had any issues since!

I really enjoy this apartment complex. The management is really helpful & kind. Additionally, the apartments are really great for the price, especially the renovated ones! The pool is really nice.The reason I give it 4 stars is because:- it is super hard to find parking after 7 pm, especially in front of your apartment. in other words, this place does not have enough parking. although, this depends on the apartment you live in.- the speed bumps are very tall & abrupt- the gate stops working every now and then which defeats the purpose of being in a gated community- the gym is pretty small & closes very early- if you’re a college student and you like to have friends over, this place is very family oriented and you might have to lower your volume regularly. This all depends on your neighbors but the walls are a bit thin so it is understandable.

I’ve lived at NOAH Apartments for about two months. My experience with the leasing team was wonderful. They are extremely responsive through email. Also, while moving to San Antonio I was in contact with Mike, and he was very helpful during my transition. The apartments are in great shape, the location is perfect, and the community is very quiet.

Great Community - Very Friendly Neighbors, Wonderful Staff! I recently moved into the NOAH and have been pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone is. The location is perfect and the golf views are breath taking. This is the first apartment community I have lived in where everyone knows each others names!

Love that these apartments are modern. Anytime we had an issue maintenance was always quick to help. Some places you go they can take weeks to fix small leaks etC. We didn’t have many issues though. The poolIs gorgeous and the leasing office is always friendly

The location is Great, no issues with bugs and the property is well maintained. I had some issues when first moving into NOAH apartments when they were under a different management company. I would have loved to continued living here but the prices have significantly gone up but so have the amenities and obviously you are paying for the location which you really cant beat. Christina in the office is awesome and My pup Rocko and I will miss her!

I scheduled a same day tour last week to view the NOAH Apartments. At arrival I was greeted by Kristen, who gave me some initial information and then took me on the tour. She was so welcoming and a great introduction to the community, and patiently answered my MANY questions.The amenities, grounds, and apartment itself were all gorgeous. I was a little concerned on the closet sizes, but their much bigger in person than in pictures/videos!Kristen sent me the link to apply (Completed Sat Eve) and I was approved the next day, on a Sunday. Thank you Kristen!My only feedback was that the online application itself was clunky/quirky, for example, it wouldnt save my dogs information. However, Kristen quickly addressed all questions I had and guided me thru it. Note the application site is for the property management company itself, supporting many different apartment complexes.I cant wait till move-in day, very excited to be moving to the NOAH Apartments and joining the community.

I had a great experience at NOAH. I toured the 2bedroom model with Erin and she was awesome. She made sure I was fully informed with what to expect.The pool was so beautifully done and even had a bbq pit. I am not looking to move until the summer but I will definitely be back in a few months.

New management took over the apartment in the beginning of 18/end of 17 and they have really turned the place around. Currently theyre doing renovations and even throughout the renovations they have maintained clean grounds. Apartment staff has been very friendly, polite, and professional with me. If you want to live in the Alamo Heights/Quarry area this is probably the most reasonably priced option you can get.

The staff is great. They have a way of making you feel at home. Maintenance was very polite and the portal system is easy to use. Best of all we love the dog wash area! Gym equipment is out of date, but works just fine.

So far Ive really enjoyed living at NOAH apartments. Katrina and Christina have been so lovely, helpful and responsive. Anything we needed, Katrina made it happen right away. The location is amazing - 3-5 minutes to anything and everything. The neighborhood is stunning. Grounds are very well kept.

Nice place, but you do pay for the location. No roaches just small bugs and sometimes spiders. Elizabeth is on top of things especially when its an important maintenance issue, shes definitely an asset to the complex. Got an older slightly remodeled unit for a discounted price and Im happy with what I pay for it. 👍

I had a great experience while I was living here. The property was always so neat and clean and the staff was friendly and kind. The maintenance people always tended to me when I had a issue and kept me informed of what was going on. My only regret is that I bought my first home and can not take them with me. If I’m ever in the market for an apartment again I will be back.

I have been here now for almost a year and I cant wait to sign for another. This complex is beautiful and the office team as well as the maintenance team are all such a pleasure to interact with. The convenience of being so close to the Quarry, 2 HEBs as well as an incredible night life on Broadway are all added perks. Having access to 281 and 410 is super convenient as well. Love love love this place!!

I have lived at the Noah for the past year and I was not disappointed. The location is perfect - right by the quarry shopping center, by two HEBs and the mall! The price is not bad considering the area it is located in. They are pet friendly and accepted my American bully which is usually a restricted breed. The staff is very friendly and very responsive. I 10/10 recommend!

I just moved in to my apartment and so far I am really enjoying the space that I have. Joseph worked through all the paperwork with me and got me into my apartment quick! I can’t say enough about the location, being just outside Alamo heights, less than 10 min from my work and only a couple miles from the airport is very convenient!
