    Very nice staff and decently priced but omg the neighbors are LOUD and annoying. Literally 2 months into me moving here idk if its new attendants or what. One unit played music for like a week straight till 1-2am. I sleep with everything off and the walls are thin. I have to get up at 4am for work. Or loudly moving furniture down the steps like they’re just letting it fall. I can hear people laughing and yelling outside my apartment often. Other than that its not a bad place. The pigeons are also very annoying they are everywhere. They keep laying eggs on my patio

    Live here for 3 years or so. Was a positive experience over all. The only drawback was my upstairs neighbor who stomped around all the time and never cleaned his patio so bird droppings always rained down on me. The only reason for moving was needing more space at a cheaper price at an already renovated place. They are currently going through renovations but we needed the space now and didn’t want to wait.

    We lived here 4 years and when Kat came to work here she a sweetheart she understood and we can let her know when my husband cold medicine is coming in and she calls rigth away..we just love Kat...

    While I do enjoy the staff that works here. My frustrations would be that when I moved in no one mentioned that my apartment would be facing the street that you can LOUDLY here ALL the sirens and every car that speeds down the road while I still would have moved to the complex I would have just asked to see if I could wait for a different option.Also when I first moved in part of what we paid in rent went towards a GYM membership at ZACHS which I loved! But now we don’t have a gym membership and rent was raised personally I don’t think it’s fair if we still aren’t being accommodated in the same way were.I stay living here though because the community is still great. And the ladies in the leasing office are super sweey

    Air conditioner was blowing air but not cold on a triple-degree day. So I come home from work and my place felt like a swamp. The next morning, I put in a maintenance request for it and it was completed within two hours. Now my place is crisp and cool again. Excellent job.

    I submitted my maintenance request at about 10 am because me and my girlfriend noticed the air conditioning stopped working the night before. My ac was fixed and cooling our unit by 3 pm. The maintenance is pretty quick to respond to tenants needs and we appreciate that!

    I lived at Newport for 2 years and would still be there today if I could financially. I lived alone and never once felt unsafe or had a bad experience. No place is perfect and of course there were some ups and downs but it was bittersweet locking my door for the last time and turning my keys in. Definitely one of the hardest goodbyes I have ever had

    I lived here for 3 years and it was wonderful. The grounds are clean, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and its a quiet place. There are big beautiful trees all over the place and the complex is just the right size. Not to mention smack dab in the middle of everything, so talk about easy accessibility to amenities! If I hadnt bought a house, Id still be there. It was a very bittersweet moment when I locked the door for the final time. The only heads up I would have for a potential new renter is that 45th and Bell does flood very badly in heavy rain!! An apartment above the first floor is always a good idea 😉 I lived up on the third floor and never had any issues!

    Newport Apts is a great place to live. Weve been here going on 3 years and love it. The office staff treats us like family and the maintenance is professional and very thorough.

    Clean and quiet! I have been here for 3 months and couldnt be happier. Facility is clean and they have fixed any issues lightning fast and with great attitudes! Free covered parking AND free gym membership to Zachs! Thanks Karl and the whole Newport team!

    This complex is the best! They truly care about their residents. They have maintenance staff who not only Know what they are doing but get the job done immediately. I’ve lived in over 10 apts in Amarillo and you just can’t beat the people here! They care and get the job done!

    Lived here several years ago. They were really good apartments. Only downside was when I worked nights the band from the high school down the street would practice at 9am while I was trying to sleep. The apartments themselves were great.

    My husband and I lived here on two separate occasions, each time we stayed a year. We LOVE these apartments. The maintenance is amazing, the grounds are kept pristine, and the location is great.

    Heater wasnt working and this maintenance group was able to fix the problem quickly and on the weekend. Couldnt be happier - The maintenance group here is fantastic and after 3 years still very happy with the folks handling all that maintenance.
