    Conny is an excellent and friendly manager. She takes good care of the residents and has an amazing personality/character. We just renewed our contract and she was very helpful and answered all of our questions.     Deep in the heart of Gulfton, lies a beauty of an apartment complex known as Napoleon square. Napoleon square is a place where boys become men. The roaches are always present and it’s always insanely dark. But it has a special place in my heart. I spent some of the best days of my life here and also some of the worst. No matter how depressed I became the horn of the ice cream man and the neighbors doing coke and drinking modelos always cheered me up. I love when the trash piles up and the smell grows, it’s so raw and intense. Napoleon is a beautiful place where seeing a white man around is as rare as the maintenance man coming. Sitting behind the broken down Camry and Altima cars going two miles per hour over speed bumps will either make or break a man. Napoleon square will always have a special place in my heart.

    Our third year renewing in this apartment complex. Margarita has always been very helpful and is very attentive if we have any issues. She’s very patient and knows how to communicate with her residents

    I have live in the property for 7 months and the majority of the office staff has been helpful.The receptionist Anay and leasing agent Arlene always greet you with a smile 😃. The maintenance have also been great so far !

    I went in to renew my contract after 10 years living here at Napoleon Square and was helped by the manager ms.Dorothy. She said as so helpful in listening to my recent problem I have with my key and help me to fix it right away. Ms.Dorothy is always giving back to the community I hope the people of this apartments can appreciate all of the events that the team put together. My children always happy to participate.     My mom has lived here for 22 years and will continue to live here because of the care she gets from the front office! Especially Margarita and Connie helped her through the process of getting her new first level apartment since she has problems going up and down the stairs.     For the rate, you could do much worse than Napoleon Square. Were paying less than $600/mo on our single-bedroom floor plan. There is a single manned gate for entry and exit. I understand this was once a terrible neighborhood and outside the Apt Community, I believe it still has a way to go, but inside I feel secure. The new managers have put a lot of work into improving the facility - repaving the parking lot and renovating units.Pros:CheapPolite and friendly managementGood neighbors & good security5 pools and nicely landscaped courtyardsCons:Lack of guest parking (people who park in resident assigned parking without a permit WILL be towed)Depending on the building youre in, older equipment will frequently require maintenance (our first building had frequent AC and electrical issues, but after a major mishap with the upstairs neighbors unit, we were transferred to a different building and things have been fine.)It may take multiple communications with maintenance to have your issues resolved - but persistence pays off.
