    Been living in Muir Lake for a year and had no issue signing up for another year. The location is awesome! We got a great hike and bike trail in our backyard, with a lake! Come on! Facilities are wonderful with the pool and covered patio overlooking the lake. 20 minutes to drive to Downtown, or drive less than a few miles and jump on the train to the Q2 Stadium and Downtown Austin. Loving living on the lake!

    My experience at Muir Lake has been great since the first day I toured the property. All the ladies in the office were over the top with information about the property and answering my questions. The application process, getting approved, and the move in was a breeze. The floor plan I chose is one of a kind and spacious for myself and my two pups. I hate carpet, the stained concrete throughout the unit is amazing. Gas cooking stovetop, double sided fridge, a bathtub and a standup shower in the largest one bedroomFloor plan is like you are at a resort. The complex backs up to Brushy Creek Lake and has a 2.5 mile concrete trail to walk my pups. I Couldn’t have asked for anything more, simply perfect. Ive moved 3 times In four years looking for my spot, without a doubt I have found it. If you are looking for something that’s not a cookie cutter layout like all the new complexes going up, Muir Lake is a classic and the one.

    I have lived here for 2 years and I’m renewing my lease. I live on the first floor and for a first floor apartment it is nice and quiet. The quality in construction sold me and has been a very nice and relaxing change compared to my previous apartment. Management and maintenance are very quick to address ANY concerns. They work very, very hard to please their residents and have/are making some really great improvements to the property. I look forward to all the great updates!!!

    Skye and Rebecca in the front office have been wonderful and helpful. From our first tour to signing the lease, we have been met with courtesy and professionalism. Skye was attentive and knowledgeable during our tour. We had an issue with choosing our unit and Rebecca was professional and immediately assisted to find a resolution - which she did. I We will be moving here at the end of Jan and I will update my review if needed.

    Muir lake apartment is such a beautiful apartment, let’s just start off with the fact that they have their own lake. There finishes are some of the best I’ve ever seen in Austin Texas. What I enjoyed on top of the fitness center, sauna, cayaks, swimming pool, and outside gathering areas was the staff everyone is extremely nice and inviting and made my wants and needs a priority. If your looking for the perfect apartment home look no further than Muir lake apartments.

    The women in the office that I had the pleasure of dealing with were professional, personable, and very helpful. Everything from my initial application to actually moving in was handled efficiently and seamlessly. The complex itself is beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better location. I have been here almost two years and so far I am extremely pleased with the apartment and the management team. The few times I have had a question or request, they have been prompt and very accommodating. Definitely a place to check out if you’re thinking of moving to Cedar Park. I highly recommend these apartments.

    I love the spacious apartment layout and wooded surroundings at Muir Lake. The large trees and privacy of my balcony are perfect for morning coffee. New management has updated the landscaping and amenities (hot tub/steam room/sauna) which I have really enjoyed my 3 years here too!

    10/10 absolutely love this property. Suzanne who works front desk is amazing as well as Pam and Kayla who solve any problems we run into amazingly and helped us get sorted when we first moved in and they host great events at least a few times a month including food trucks, and trivia nights and are all around fun and inclusive! The property itself is beautiful as it sits on a lake with an amazing trail that loops all the way around it with easy access to the surrounding parks. The complex also gives kayak and paddle board rentals to enjoy some nice free time on the lake. The amenities are banger. The pool is really big and is well managed and kept clean. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to move to complex without a sauna now 😂. Not only is the property itself great but maintenance is awesome. Trey has helped us numerous times from issues big to small and he always solves our weird problems and is really nice and also knows what he’s doing. Maintenance issues are few and far between but when we do need them he’s great with response time and our issues never have lasted more than the day. Great team. Beautiful property and good prices. Plan to stay for a while and I always recommend this place to my friends. Definitely a well managed property made great by amazing staff. Big love from 914 ❤️

    Ive lived at Muir Lake for 9 months and have loved my experience so far! It really is a hidden gem- somehow very peaceful though so close to so much! Theyve managed to maintain a very natural environment without over-landscaping or over-crowding. My dog and I LOVE walking the trail around the lake and hanging out by the fire pits at night. They offer a lot of nice amenities. The only ones I notice reoccurring issues with are the pet spa (bath drain is always clogged), the hot tub (frequently in need of repairs), and the steam room (I dont recall that one ever working). The staff here is so nice and great about keeping everyone informed. I can tell they actively try and fix the amenity issues as soon as they arise and generally have them back-up and running in a timely manner (with the exception of the steam room). The pool is amazing and the dog park is fun! Maintenance requests have always been completed quickly as well. Fingers crossed they dont hike the rent because I would love to renew.

    Beautiful property and nice staff, Suzanne is awesome and gave us a tour of a couple units that were very nice, clean, and quiet. I was considering Muir Lake since this is a Larry Peel property which has 3 inch concrete slabs between the units. The only downside is that you can still hear the hum of US 183 but thats hard to get away from.

    Great experience! Muir Lake apartments has been a fantastic experience thus far! The whole staff from Lewis, Kayla, Pam, and Suzanne run the show well. 3 minutes from H Mart, 3 minutes from HEB, good restaurants all around, good bjj gyms, golf facilities, and most importantly the traffic isn’t too bad to reach these destinations from this location. It can be considered an athletes paradise with the steam room, sauna, and hot tub all in working condition! So many good things to be said about this property including the beautiful lake with the beautiful 2.2 mile loop. Dog owners paradise. If you’re trying to hustle and live in a good community, Muir Lake is for you. Pleasant experience all around! Thank you staff!

    Absolutely love living here! Kayla & Pam in the front office are always so attentive & nice. The community is always clean & the amenities are unbeatable! I feel very safe here which is important because I like to be outside & I walk my dogs late at night sometimes. I have read a lot of comments on here that are pretty negative, but I think if everyone is courteous and kind when they are approaching people then you can generally expect that attitude in return. Nonetheless the team here genuinely cares about their residents and the updated facilities and detailed landscaping make it a great environment to reside and relax.

    I moved here from Waco in July for a new job opportunity. Not living in apartment life sense college I was pretty nervous. But Muir Lake has been the absolutely wonderful. So many peeks and my kids and grandkids have enjoyed the pool and spa area. The management team keeps up updated on current events and treats up to some fun activities. If your looking for a safe, fun and beautiful apartment. Come on down. Muir lake will not disappoint. Oh yeah. The dog friendly environment with the dog park and spa is so great. #lovethisplace3/2/23I am going into my 2nd year here muir Lake. I love it!!! The management is very responsive to happenings in our community. We had such a bad freeze and our trees were everywhere. They were on it and had it cleaned up promptly. We live in such a great area. I am 61 and feel absolutely safe here. The beautiful walking paths are such a great way to get some exercise in. The amenities and pool area are so much fun. Choose Muir Lake, you wont regret it.7/3/24Renewed my lease for my 3rd term. Its absolutely safe and just beautiful here. The staff is great and I never have had any problems. There are so many amenities and the new walk, bike,run path is so great. Before you decide on your next rental schedule a tour with muir lake. You wont regret it.

    I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to share my experience with Muir Lake. When I first discovered Muir Lake I already wanted to move because it was located near the lake but it wasn’t until I visited the complex that I fell in love.First of all I am a firm believer of first impressions and Suzanne from management was so kind and so welcoming. The whole moving process can be stressful but everyone in management has been so kind so understanding and so helpful. I mainly have interacted with Suzanne and Kayla but everyone in the office has made me feel welcomed and cared for.Sometimes you visit apartment complexes and people make assumptions and judgments just based on how you look and can treat you a certain way but, I’ve never ever felt that with Muir Lake staff.Before you read and listen to the negative reviews, visit and see for yourself. I’m so excited to be living here.

    I’ve been living here since July of 2022 and I have to say that it is honestly very much to my liking. I’ve had a few maintenance request submitted and within the next-a couple days later they were on top of it. There wasn’t any hassle of waiting weeks for one thing to be fixed. The Muir Lake staff is so nice and always very welcoming I haven’t had any issues or complaints. If you’re looking for a great single or even family apartment this in my opinion is not a bad place there’s a lake in the back yard as well as a really nice walking trail. The biggest win is the H‑E‑B not even 5 min up the road! Really can not get any better.

    I moved in 3 months ago after moving from Ohio. I can’t speak for everyone else. But I’m just glad I picked Muir Lake Apartment. I really like lakes and have lived in couple lake communities in different states. Overall I enjoy the convenience, amenities, friendly neighbors. I have a dog and the revamped dog park is really convenient, and both my dog and I got to meet new friends. There’re things to improve, but I appreciate the property manager reaching out and checking in.

    I have lived at Muir Lake for 6 months now. The leasing process was easy, the property is beautiful and they are doing renovations on the clubhouse and pool that look AMAZING! There will be a dog wash station, fire pits, outdoor kitchen and the fitness center has all new equipment. It looks like it will be overlooking the lake too so that’s a huge plus while working out. I can`t wait to use it all! The team there is awesome. It`s the same crew since I moved in and they seem to know all the residents which is great.

    Muir Lake Apartments are the Best! I been staying here almost 3yrs and the community is awesome! Kayla and Pamela have been nothing but the best since they have been here. They are very personal with me; They know my name when they see me, and they treat me like family. Fruit, Water, anything I need is provided.     I have been living at Muir Lake for a year now. So far I have had wonderful interactions with the staff, and both management and maintenance are quick to respond to any inquiries. The location and apartments are very well kept and beautifully maintained.Unfortunately, I moved in during a major renovation to the clubhouse, and with covid I have been unable to use any of the newly renovated amenities. But the clubhouse is very nice with lots of amenities available for use by residents.

    I am beyond happy I found my home at Muir Lake Apartments! I had a not so great experience with my previous apartment complex and I was hesitant moving to another apartment, but I couldn’t be more impressed. It feels as if you are living in a remote lodge cabin. I love the amenities and the style of the apartments. What makes it even better is the management staff!! Hilary Hooten was amazing when I was moving in. They are all quick with responses and solving any problems that arise. Definitely the best place to live.

    So peaceful youd never know you were in a city. Because these apartments are built to condo specs, theyre well insulated, extremely quiet, and gorgeous. Crown moldings, heavy sliding glass door and huge windows dont hurt either. When guests come over theyre stunned by the beauty and of course, the lake! Great staff, friendly residents, many trees and a hike and bike trail. You really live in luxury here. Dont look anywhere else.

    This is a very nice place to live. Beautiful lake and trail to go for a walk, a pool open every day and beautiful and clean. Well lite at night and a safe feeling. Have lived here almost 4 years and renewing my lease. Maintenance attended to very promptly. Good air conditioning and heating and up to date appliances and counters. Also nice to have a garage available.

    I have lived here for a few months now and now Im trying to get my friends to move here. It feels like you are in the country but still have all conveniences of the city. The staff in the office was friendly and walked me through the process and made everything easy and not stressful. I have had a few maintenance issues and the maintenance guys that showed up fixed all my issues .The guys where polite and easy to talk to. I also enjoy the pool and the sunset every evening.     The most professional and friendly staff on a beautiful property in the perfect location. The views are amazing and the amenities will make you feel like you live at a resort.     I have lived at Muir Lake for over two and a half years and the quality of service from administration / office service has been greatly needing much improvement. Since Mr. Abel Ruiz present manager has been a pleasant and professional experience. Mr. Ruiz has shown his presence in a pleasant and profesional matter dealing with and taking care of matters to myself as a renter of your facility. He deserves acknowledgement for his assistance and representing your company in a positive manner.

    This is my second year to live at Muir Lake and I’ve enjoyed all aspects of living here. Now during Covid the staff as gone out of their way to comply with pool guidelines and allow the appropriate amount access. They are in the final stages of renovation to the amenities area which includes an outdoor kitchen, 3 TV’s and 3 built in grills.The staff has been so helpful during the renovation and today as a treat they provided fresh fruit cups for all at the pool. Luis came out and made our afternoon special. It will be a resort level pool area when things open back up. Living here has always felt like a home and the current office and maintenance staff ensure we have luxury living always!

    I would live here again in a heartbeat. The community is quiet and friendly. The apartments are well built and insulated, similar to what I would expect from a town home or condo. The property is surrounded on 3 sides by a lake and wooded area, giving it a country feel. With it being right off from 183 you can have the peaceful hill country nature environment but also easy access to austin.

    Loving my living experiences at Muir Lake apartments. Its quite, friendly, and a beautiful place to be daily. Btw the sunsets by the lake are amazing. I am truly thankful to have a home here. Also, I couldnt be more thankful to have a staff that is so incredibly helpful. Luis, you have been a blessing. Maintenance is always there immediately if I need any help. Thank you Rich.     I have lived here twice now. I bought a house so hopefully I wont need them again but if that was to ever happen I would definitely go see Johanna as she has been very accommodating to my needs. These apartments are walking distance to the HEB Plus and Starbucks as well as centrally located within a half mile to Target, Walmart, Kohls and Alamo Drafthouse. Lakeline Mall too so this is a perfect location. Kudos to the final team that was there when I moved out in October 2019. Great Job.

    Love this place. Here just over a year. Friendly neighbors, quiet, tons of nature. Upscale amenities. Love the pool area, the lake. The hot tub is huge . All are well maintained. Cannot find anything close to it for the money.

    I have been residing here for the past 2 years and will be renewing my lease once again. Not only is the location very accessible but the property is well maintained and a safe place to reside.     Great place to live. Ive not had any real problems living here. Maintenance people are friendly and on the ball, they dont try to hide fees. Really just a pleasant place to live.Only downsides is the main gate: its often not working right. That and they are pretty inflexible when it comes to the lease reletting and breaking early.

    Stacey was very professional and helpful during and after the process of choosing a unit, completing the paperwork, managing maintenance requests and answering general questions regarding the complex.Philip and his crew was very professional responding, managing and completing my maintenance requests in a timely manner.

    I could not have asked for a better spot to live at. I have lived here for 5 years now and I absolutely love everything. Also, I want to give a special shout out to Rich, he is amazing!!!! Anything I need, he’s there to assist. I am so blessed to call this place my home and to have found such amazing friends.

    Ive had nothing short of a pleasant experience throughout my time here, any concerns that I have are always resolved in a timely manner. I can walk in to the front office and have Suzanne or Pam help me right then and there with whatever I need. Great amenities and location in town.

    Everyone was so polite and helpful. The staff were set up in an actual apartment at the time of my visit, but it felt so comfortable and immediately I wanted to live there. Awesome amenities and extras you can’t get anywhere else.

    Blocking out all the haters on here 😎. This place is great and I have enjoyed every minute of it. They threw the best Jaws movie night by the pool too! Legit made the movie way better! Such a fun team!

    AC went out, submitted maintenance request and they responded the same day. Got it fixed and we are very happy with the quick response by Pamela in the office and the 2 maintenance guys that were very knowledgeable.

    We have been living in this here for two years and enjoying the stay at this beautiful community, it’s very clean, quiet, recreational, and we feel that we are on a vacation at a nice resort just by living here, the staff are amazing and friendly, the kids love hiking, fishing and riding bikes in addition to the amazing animals that pass by our patio.

    Lived here for 6.5 months. Awesome place to live! Quiet! Beautiful facilities, front office staff is always helpful and not abrasive. The amenities are by far above any others in this area.
