New management is great (Sam) and so is on-site maintenance (Rafael). Very responsive and concerned about well-being of community in the complex. Some of my appliances had issues during the time I lived there (2+ years), but these were always resolved as soon as possible. Great location, right off the #20 bus line, and it seems like there will be a lot of development around there soon. Close to mueller farmer’s market and southwest greenway.

Mueller Crossing has some really cool modern apartments and it feels like a community. It also has people who work there that truly care about your experience. Modern homes with helpful staff is all I need. I think it’s a hidden gem !!

Hey fellow Austin renters,I just want to give a quick shoutout to Mueller Crossing, and specifically to the team - Sam from management and Rafael from maintenance.Ive been living in this boutique, cute, and safe community for over four years now. There have been some negative reviews in the past, which were true, but since Sam and the new management company took over, along with Rafaels help as a top maintenance staff, everything has been running smoothly for the past year.I love the small community and my two-story, one-bedroom townhome unit.Everyone is so friendly, and Sam is an amazing individual who listens to your concerns and takes care of all your requests. He even worked with me to extend my lease to help me move out of state. I encourage you to come and check them out, do a tour with Sam, and I promise youll feel his positive energy and want to move in.

I recently moved in here, and am loving it. The townhome-style floor plans are perfect for working from home.A great location near groceries, restaurants, walking trails, surrounded by bike lanes, and convenient bus stop (20 goes straight downtown!)The recently remodeled interiors, and a cute courtyard and amenity area improvements make for a perfect day of cooling off in the pool or having a cookout with friends or neighbors. Overall Im loving this little community so far. The management staff have been super friendly and helpful in making me feel welcome.

The management team has really turned this property around and has been very responsive to the latest maintenance request I had. They fixed the parking lot and just installed a new dog park. Seems like there’s pretty good value for the money here.

My review is based on the previous six months of the current activity and progress.I’ve lived in this community for over three years, and it has seen some changes from owners to numerous management companies and some definite struggles.However, in the last six months, the team at ResPro has made positive changes to the property, and all of my requests and maintenance needs have been taken care of quickly.Alex and the team have been very responsive and helpful.Ive enjoyed the new team.

Mueller Crossing is nothing short of a fantastic place to live! First off the property is well-maintained and the maintenance team responds to service requests immediately. The team that manages Mueller Crossing is friendly, accommodating, understanding and responsive. This place cant be beat- amazing location, beautiful pool, dog park, grill stations and gorgeous apartments!

Here you’ll find stylish renovated split level floor plans and a great management team who clearly takes pride in their small community. Taylor made my client and I feel super welcome and she was so fun to work with! Definitely recommend!
