Ive lived here for almost a year and can confidently say that this is a wonderful place to live. Management is great with communication and very, very helpful and nice. Maintenance is also fantastic! Theyre so quick to respond and respectful. The grounds are always kept in top shape and make you feel like you dont even live in a desert at all. This complex is a gem amongst El Paso apartment living. Its in a nice, safe neighborhood with a scenic area thats great for getting outdoors. Im going to stay here for the next few years for all of these reasons. 10/10 would recommend :)

I had a refrigerator that wasnt working properly for some time and had repeatedly notified the problem. I understand that there are plenty of maintenance requests and mine got lost in the shuffle, but as soon as the overlook of my requests was discovered the office staff quickly took care of it. I have since received a new refrigerator in an incredibly short time waiting period. I cant thank the entire Mountain Village staff enough for their quick response and diligence in this matter. Thank you all very much.

All I can say its that I love my apt/town home style. its pretty, comfy, quiet. Yes, its true that phone signal is not the best, but I supposed is the price for having such a beautiful view of the mountains just behind my place. Maintenance is always on point, and never had a bad experience with the lease office.

Made the movie to this wonderful apartment in January and couldnt be more satisfied. Maintenance, office people, excellent to the limit. The outside is kept clean, quiet on weekends, well all the time, havent met an unfriendly person. My neighbors in my unit are awesome. Good location, also very pretty next to the mountain, two pools and the gym by the office is super. Hardly ever without hot water for a shower, if it happens it takes maybe 5-10 minutes then it is available. Have never seen a bug crawling, get the occasional fly that sneaks in the door and that is it. Happy person living here.

Living at Mountain Village was amazing. I was always very comfortable. The maintenance crew is prob one of the best I ever experienced , always on point. The ladies from the office were always polite and professional. If I didnt need a 3 bedrooms place I would have stayed there longer.

I have really enjoyed living at Mountain Village Apartment for the past four years. Both the leasing office staff and maintenance staff respond quickly and professionally to my maintenance needs & are great about answering any questions I might have. Ive had no issues with neighbors or insects. Its a very quiet and calm place to live, its pet friendly (very important to me-great dog park), lots of amenities and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 2.5 years and have little to complain about. The entire staff from the leasing office to maintenance crew are awesome! Since I have lived in this complex, the leasing office staff has changed multiple times, but they have always been great and helpful with any type of question or concern I have had. All of my neighbors have been very nice and quite, minus a few barking dogs here and there. The only two complaints I have is, on and off issues with the laundry facilities and the at time the maintenance requests can take a while to be completed. Although there have been times when the laundry facility has been down near me there are other facilities around the complex, plus you can lease a washer and dryer to be placed in your apartment (which maybe cheaper). If a laundry facility is not working the leasing office is really good about calling to get the machines up and running in a timely manner, as long as they know about the issue. As far as maintenance request, if you just keep on top of your request (which I do not always do) then you should be fine. If you are looking for an apartment complex with a staff that will do most anything for their residents, including jumping your car when it wont start, this is your place.

I lived at the apartments for a little over a year. If it wasnt because I moved out of the state, I wouldve definitely stayed here.These have been some of the cheapest apartments Ive lived in but by far the biggest. I lived in the townhome and definitely enjoyed all the space. The apartment itself had a great carpet, nice appliances, and as far as cabinets go, you just need them to hold your stuff, they dont have to look like a royal Carver made them with polished oak. There is more than enough space for everything plus room to grow (like in that small storage under the stairs; perfect place to hide extra things away).The grounds are nice, the neighborhood is great, and everything is well lit at night so jogging, walking your dog, or taking your kid to the little park or pools on the grounds as the sun is setting is always doable.All in all, I highly recommend this place.

I just want to say THANK YOU Alec for everything. Excellent management ! I just moved in and any repairs I needed where done quickly & efficiently. My place is starting to look like a home as I am still working on unpacking. The view is AMAZING! Its quiet and relaxing. This complex seems as if it belongs in Ruidoso as it is surrounded with breath taking views. Thank You again Mountain Village for making me and my son feel welcomed!

Going on our 2nd year living here and we absolutely love it. Neighbors are wonderful, area is beautiful very peaceful and quiet. The office staff is absolutely wonderful, specially Alec he is always very cordial and professional. Maintenance is always very prompt everything gets fixed right away. 😊

Amazing views, beautiful area that can’t beat that price. Maintenance was always on point and management always answered courteously. If anything the apartment complex itself had issues with plumbing but nothing maintenance could’nt take care of. Fell in love with this place, if we could have we would have stayed longer.

I lived in these apartments for 3 years and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I lived in a townhome and a 1 bdr and they were both cozy. The carpet in the 1 bed was old but I did receive my deposit back. Whenever I had an issue, it was fixed rather quickly. My only complaint is the dog poop in the courtyards. I would advice not living too close to the pools, but they are nice to chill in and pretty clean in the summer. My favorite part was watching the deer that came to near to my balcony.

All of the staff are great! They are always there for you in time of need. It would be great to live there again now that I can more easily afford it with the voucher program as a semi-retired nurse. Washer and dryer is greatly missed as is the beauty of the area, plus, all of the great amenities at Mountain Village Apartments.

Have been living here for almost 2 years now and I love it! Very quite and a place to go home and relax at. Maintenance is great, whenever I place a work order they do fix it in a timely matter. There are times where it may take a couple of tries to fix it, but in maintenance there is a trial and error method to everything. All around I love it here!

We had a great experience applying for our apartment, Yadira was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. The reason I did not rate 5 stars is because the apartment is very out of date. For the price we’re paying I expected something a little better than this. Aside from feeling as though I moved into a run down motel 6, so far so good.

I LOVE IT HERE!! I have been here since June 2018, and I would sign another lease...TWO years of you allow that!!! If I can keep my rent the same, I would certainly do that!! The maintenance guys are great, too. They always come very quickly, and they know how to fix everything!! My little dog has lots of friends here, and we love the dog park .Thats why we moved here, and Kayla White was so very nice!!! All of us really miss her. I hope I can stay here FOREVER!! The only thing I would do, since the hole-digging dog has moved out, is fill in the giant, dangerous holes in the dog park!! My little dog could easily break his leg if he falls in one of the holes. It seems like it would be easier (and CHEAPER) to fill in the holes BEFORE a dog or human gets seriously hurt! LETTIEs solution was just dont use the dog park anymore. Not very good customer service, since most of us with dogs moved in here, in large part, because you have an on-site dog park. That was a HUGE benefit. ALEC AND STEPHANIE ARE BY FAR, the nicer PEOPLE!!! KAYLA WHITE WAS also really nice and made sure I met a couple of other retirees, with dogs. Made me feel at home right away!

The Maintenance Staff is OUTSTANDING!!! Always willing to help even if its their day off. I often see them working around the clock. If it were up to me I would give them each a bonus and a raise!!! If you need anything from the Leasing Office Staff ALWAYS ask for Alec.
