This review is based off the staff. Kimberly is amazing, she goes above and beyond for the tenants of 2 properties! Our maintenance requests do take a few days to get done due to we only have 1 maintenance guy and he is amazing! he does everything by himself and also does extra things to make our living situations the best as possible. Yes it is not the best looking property and its not a top notch apartment but the staff make it great.Kimberly has made this place living better knowing she will answer any questions you have and will absolutely work with your situation.

This rating is based purely on the staff members. Kim, the leasing manager, is phenomenal. She is professional, communicative, and always willing to go the extra mile for the tenants. I do not recall the maintenance worker’s name but from my understanding, he does everything by himself. Yes maintenance requests do take time to complete, but he does a great job of managing all of the tasks asked of him.

Kimberly, the leasing manager, is a very professional, polite and hardworking individual. She always does her best to address any issues I may have and I am confident that the other tenants appreciate her hard work as well. She makes Morgan Manor worth the stay.

We have live in manor Morgan for almost 2 year’s before we has to run around and search to where we could catch who was in the office, but since Kimberly started working with Morgan the office is always on point smelling good, and what ever request is needed she answers her being there just makes asking questions much easier and she is always willing to help. Thank you Morgan Manor for Kimberly. God bless you girl

This was my first place after moving from out of state to Texas. The manager made the process super easy and the price was so affordable for the size of the apartment. I would be paying so much more back home. Never had any issues on mg maintenance request they were always super responsive and ready to help me with any issues. I loved living here it was definitely a great way to start my new life in Texas! The manager made the process easy from beginning to end and always replied to any of my emails addressing any questions or concerns I had. Definitely a great affordable property to call home.

The property manager is the best Ive ever dealt with when it comes to getting an apartment. Did not hesitate to work with me with moving in. Perfect location for me and fits my budget. COMPLETE!
