    Javier is the number one maintenance guy in this apartment…I mean this guy come the guy “come in the same day after you summited your problem to the apartment website for repairs…whatever you summits get fixed by “Javier” the same day… best on time management for fixing stuffs here…but first I have to thanks Javier the maintenance guy because without him nothing would be done the same day here. Thanks to his hard working.

    Ive been living here since 2009 and I love it. All the montoro staff have bent over backwards to help me in many ways. I love and respect them for helping this old woman. I will be here a mighty long time. Come and check it out. They are good people .

    I have been a Resident here for over two years...the Office Team and maintenance are very helpful. Whenever there is a problem inside, office staff puts in an order and service is granted, almost immediately. Administration does well with accommodating the Tenants....

    Hello Irving community and all that are searching for a safe, friendly and affordable apartment complex. I have been a current resident 4 years at Montoro Apartment complex and I could NOT ask for anything better. I will start with the staff.. INCREDIBLE! Friendly ladies in front office whom are Mayra, Cecilia and Yanet... These ladies are amazing and they help you in more ways that one. Its not just about money with these ladies they actually care about you as a person and your family. They make sure everything is working for you and that nothing is needed quite often so thats a plus for me. Its just not around rent time they check in with you just to see how everything is going. Next, maintenance is Rocking and rolling at all times, these guys are spectacular at their jobs and they always wear a smile(even in 110*) weather. These guys work hard to ensure our appliance and household is in order, they respond quickly when work orders are scheduled and they follow up with you to make sure the job is done to your expectations. Montoro has been safe, clean, respectful neighbors and the apartment complex is always reaching out to help children and having different activities to keep families involved for EVERY holiday. If your looking for a affordable, clean, friendly and safe environment then look no more because Montoro is definitely the place to be. Thank you Montoro for allowing me to be apart of the Montoro community!

    The units are nice inside and the staff are very professional and always have a sense of urgency. The only reason I couldnt give this apartment community 5 starts is due to our AC going out three times in a 2 month period. The maintenance staff have always come the next day to fix it which I am impressed with.

    These are great apartments in the Irving area, I would highly recommend living here. The office staff and maintenance are always friendly and always greet me with a smile. The entire staff is Amazing and very helpful, they are quick to respond to any problems or maintenance issues and are helpful to our needs. The complex and facilities are always kept clean. Montoro Apartments is a great place to call “Home” !!

    I have loved living here the past year! The ladies in the office Myra and Ana are always so nice and welcoming when I go in for any reason. The community is always clean, and I’ve never had any issues with noise or neighbors. It actually feels like a community living here. One of the best decisions I’ve made!

    The staff is really friendly and understanding. I have a severe stutter and they were really understanding and patient when i went into the office which is a big plus! As newly weds we rented a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect. We recently signed another year contract for a two bedroom apartment.

    Mayra is a tremendous property manager. Very attentive and easy to get ahold of. Maintenance always comes quickly and fixes things the same day whenever possible. The neighbors are quiet and friendly and the ambiance of the community is very chill. Parking can be a struggle after 10pm as people tend not to respect the non-visitor spots but it seems there’s not much the office can do to to keep track of that. All in all I would recommend this as a place to live.

    Excellent place to call home, I have been At the apartment about 3 months and I really enjoy my time here.In regards of the staff members, from the manager and the ladies at the reception to the mantanance team all great people, quick response to requests, and friendly attention.Definitely I feel like home, and price is very good too.

    We moved from Chicago to Texas in Jan 2014 since then We have lived in a total of 5 apartments. We moved due to not fixing repairs, rudeness of staff, nastiness upkeep of the complexes. We was never able to stay longer than a year. We move to Montoro Apartments in May of 2017 and we love it here. Its quiet and i also feel safe living here. The Office Staff Myra and Anna are just amazing they are very helpful, friendly and always greet you with a smile and when you need something done or have a complaint about something in your apartment they make sure that it get fixed. They also do follow ups to make sure that you are happy with work that was completed. These two ladies really care about their residents as well as the community with the up keeping. They are truly the best and these apartments are the best

    Great place to live. My family and I are going on our 4th year here and we love it. Maintenance is awesome Gio and Nestor always get everything done in a timely manner. And the office ladies are awesome Mayra and Ana always make sure that everything is taken care of they truly do care for their residents.

    The apartment is had was just perfect. The amenities were great and the staff was the best. Might I add the staff is very helpful and made sure I had an easy process through the application. I would recommend Montrose apartments to anyone looking to move in the area. I myself would still live there if I hadnt moved out of state.

    I recently shifted to Montoro Apartments nearly 2 months back, and I must say that this is a lovely apartment and reasonable too.The best part is the location .Being situated next to Belt Line Road,it is well accessible to all the shops (almost all- you just have to name it :).It is also near to both the Airports just 15 mins ahead.Coming to the apartment the most attractive feature is being a smart apartment . It does have a cool app through which you can easily access the lights ,Turn on/off heaters & even access door locks too.Thinking about security ? the APP is well secured & very very convenient .The only thing to get better is gym and laundry facilities . We might need to replace the instruments.But overall it is good place to stay.

    What a great place! You can feel how warm the environment is as soon as you walk in to the leasing office. Everybody I’ve interacted with there has been very friendly and helpful. I would definitely suggest you come check this place out.

    Great place to live! Ive been in this compex as my home for over a year and the only times that I needed service, they are very prompt to response. Today had to do a service call for maintenance and it was responded very fast! The maintenance person, Duvier, was very professional and friendly. Thank you!!!!

    Nakia (leasing agent) was amazing...I just moved to Texas from Mississippi and was looking for somewhere fast but yet safe. She made it happen, very welcoming and affable. She communicated with me well and got me moved in...thanks again Nakia, you’re AWESOME!!!

    I have lived here for the las 7 years and I’m very happy and satisfied, the maintenance is always good , so if I have to give them an ⭐️ I would give them 5 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ , so I’m not moving from here only if I’m moving to house, this is my experience and my husband’s too , the manager “Mayra” and the assist manager are always friendly and helpful👌 Thank you guys for doing a great job 😉😉😚💛🧡💛
