The maintenance manager, Mario, is a great addition. He is professional and has the knowledge needed to maintain the property.Since his arrival the turn- around- time for maintenance request are quick and correctly completed. He is friendly and personable. I hope another property doesn’t grab him. He is the true deal when it comes to maintaining a property. I’m speaking from the knowledge of a former manager.Keep up the good work.

Hey, the Monticello Apartments are really great! Very quiet and still close to 7th street, easy access to the Trinity Trail and very close to a kids park. I have been here for a month, Janette and Linda are amazing when I first signed up the process was easy. They really helped with all my questions, concerns and maintenance is also quick to fix any issues. The neighbors are nice. I love the huge trees allover the property. I highly recommend this place.I hope to call this place home for many years.

I moved in on October 31st and originally loved this place due to the location and how spacious the apartment is. The complex just got a new management and they are truly the best. They have been updating the scenery and it just makes the complex look more beautiful and welcoming. There were some issues when I first moved in such as our fridge not working, and issues with the AC but maintenance has truly made everything easy and stress free. Shoutout to Mario, hes awesome! & Shoutout to the front office staff for making this feel like a home/community. The neighbors are sweet as well! I just love the experience so far!

Ive lived at Monticello Apartments over 4 years. Weve had 3 different owners in that time. The last owner allowed the property to go downhill badly over 3 years. Fortunately, new owners took over May 30th and have made some great improvements. Our hundred year old trees have been trimmed, sidewalks repaired, lawn sprinklers updated and the pool area is clean and inviting. Even the lawncare people show up consistently. Theyve done a lot in short time. Im glad things are looking up because I hope to stay here a lot longer. Crestwood is a beautiful neighborhood and our property deserves to look its best. Let me just say compared to other complex’s I have toured Sydney was very professional and answered any and all questions I had. She is very quick in regards to response time. Requested an application as we speak since she really sold the place!

I have lived here for years and the thing that has stuck out to me the most, is the GREAT customer service. I can always count on being greeted with a positive attitude and smile from Cari every time I walk into the office. Maintenance staff is top tier. I recently needed some repairs in my apartment and maintenance was fast to respond. Maintenance is extremely knowledgable, handy, and thorough when it comes to taking care of your home. I was impressed with their work ethic and the high standards they hold themselves up to when it comes to making sure that your taken care of. If you are looking for apartment living that has great location, cozy living, and one of a kind customer service, then Monticello is the apartment for you.

My husband and I absolutely love these apartments. Its away from the hustle of W 7th while still conveniently close. The pricing is significantly better than the new properties in the area and even most of the older ones. The new management is worlds better than what was here previously and have promised to make some great changes to the property. Jose in the office is very sincere and will make you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

I discovered the Monticello Apartments and absolutely fell in love with the property and the amenities. Valiant was amazing and was very knowledgeable about the company and the property. We really appreciated her patience and willingness to help. It is a wonderful community and the staff goes above and beyond to help anyone! Customer service plays a huge role in any decision making and when walking into the office I have never felt so warm and welcome. The location is unbeatable which is very close to all the action in Fort Worth, a well as the Fort Worth Botanical Garden! We will definitely refer others to this property and have them ask for Valiant! If you are looking for a new place to call home, stop by and take a look at this property, you wont be disappointed. I have been at Monticello for almost 3 years and I love it here. My apartment is very private and I have a large patio that is all mine. The trees are beautiful and the apartments are located in an older established, quiet neighborhood. The new management is great! When something is needed, they are on it!

Jose went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I was satisfied. I am extremely grateful for his help. Jose sent pictures and provided information for my movers to access the property. 10/10 would recommend. Jose the property manager was great in accommodating my special needs and did his best to get me moved in. Great price for the location just a few minutes from west 7th. The neighborhood itself is perfect if you are into nature good for running and only a few minutes to trinity trail.

I am a new tenant with Monticello Apartments and I can honestly say that I love it here. The complex is tucked away in a beautiful area with lots of trees and is surprisingly quiet for being so close to the hustle of University Dr. All of the other reviews complimenting Jose are spot on, he is extremely nice and helpful and will go out of his way to make sure youre taken care of.

I just moved in. I love it here already! The manager Yvonne is the best. She got me right in and was an absolute delight to meet. It’s quiet here, and gorgeous with all the trees and so close to the best part of Fort Worth!

Were in the move-in process and due to circumstances out of everyones control, we were not able to move into our specific unit. Fortunately, management has been super accommodating and did everything in their power to make our move as seamless as possible and work with us to find a different unit within the complex at such short notice. The units themselves are very charming and affordable, especially for the monticello/crestwood area and extremely pet friendly, which was great as we have two dogs and a lot of rentals in the area wouldnt allow them. Overall great place!

Yvonna is amazing! So so so nice and really knows her stuff. Definitely feel really comfortable with her and Bobby. They take care of what they need and theyre just so helpful. Not to mention, they FOLLOW through with everything they say they will do. The place is really clean and put together, def plan on staying here awhile.
