This is no longer Monterra Apartments! It is now The Landing Apartments. The new owners are doing very good and are turning this complex around!!! Truly great updates/upgrades with remodeling on the inside of the apartment and outside also!!! Very good ownership and employees! The Landing Apartments!!! Things are being done and will be, becoming such a wonderful place to call home!!! -

Only a few a the managers over 10 yrs have been good. Rayden was thrown into a mess and got it figured out. When residents had questions she was in the office or on the phone with them. This complex doesnt deserve more than 2 stars right now but Im giving 4 for when Rayden was here. -
