We’re new residents to Montelena Apartments but so far everything has been great. It’s a well maintained, clean and quiet community. Office staff has been attentive and they were quick to respond to a recent maintenance request. So far so good!

I’ve been here almost a year and I can honestly say that my experience has been great the whole time. From my very first tour of the property until now, Connie (one of the employees) has been wonderful. She is genuine, caring and she truly loves assisting the residents. She is also responsible and always greets residents with a smile. I have no doubt that she’s an asset here!

Everything from application to move in has been great. The office is responsive and always replies to my emails and calls. I love my apartment. There’s ample parking. I had a few items that needed to be addressed and maintenance took care of it ASAP. Everyone on this team has been responsive and courteous. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Its also a quiet community from what I can tell. I feel like I made a good decision moving here.

I just moved to Montelena apartments and Im so happy I did! Not only the complex is very well maintained and clean but also this was the smoothest rental process I ever had thanks to Connie.Connie was very kind and very helpful throughout all my rental process. Her kindness and charm made the difference in the already stressful process of moving with two toddlers.She always responded all the questions right away and help me with everything. You are amazing!George was also so nice fixing a little issue that i found in the apartment. The moment I let them know, Connie and George within minutes took care of it! Thank you!!

Connie and Danielle have been so accomodating and kind. We had some issues at move in and they worked with us to make them right. The apartments are clean and quiet, the gym is in good condition, and the leasing office is the best I have worked with. I would very much recommend this place.

I’m going to be completely honest. Aside from this place being extremely nice, it wasn’t the unit that sold me. It was the team, more specifically Danielle, the assistant manager. Then of-course, I was able to meet the leasing consultant, Connie and the manager, Darcy. They are all just spectacular and always going above and beyond. They are wonderful people to talk to and always a step ahead to get things done. Another plus of this place, for any flight attendant wanting to be near DFW, its only 8 minutes. Anyways, definitely recommend this place to everyone. The complex, the location, the view, and more importantly, the team is amazing.

We have been living at Montelena , Grapevine for a year and some months. Having moved from Miami Beach. Danielle and the other office staff made our relocating very smoothly . They showed us the Texas hospitality . They were very professional and friendly and always smiling. Our apt and the community is very clean and cozy and well kept. Maintenance staff is very responsive and reliable. We love how the office is very interactive with the residents, always hosting food giveaways and contests

Montelena apartments is an excellent place to live. We have lived here for over 3 years and there are a few noteworthy benefits. The friendly office staff have consistently gone out of their way to provide the top level of service, regularly asking us how things are going in our apartment. If we ever had needs to address they would quickly follow up and take care of it in no time. They also host fun community events with food, games, live music, and more which brings the community together in such a positive way.This is a safe community, there is plenty of parking, and the units are very comfortable. Amenities are well maintained - This includes a clean pool, hot tub, and grilling stations (both propane and charcoal units are available). These are just a few of the many benefits. If I wasnt moving out of state for work I would continue living here. Please consider Montelena as your next home. It really is just that - much more than an apartment complex, but a home. You wont be disappointed!

Montelena is the first apartment complex I have ever moved to, and I love it here, their maintenance workers are quick to respond, and the community is pretty friendly! I have been living here for 2 years now and couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. I live in a renovated unit that was freshly renovated when I moved here back in 2020, the renovation did increase the expected cost for me but it was worth it.

We have lived at Montelena for over a year now and just resigned for another year. We have never had any issues and if we did they helped right away. I’ve heard horrible stories of other apartment complex’s (including management issues) and I can say I called the office the other day to ask a simple question and thanked them for being so amazing haha. Very dog friendly, clean, nice people, close to a lot.Of course rent was raised, but that’s to be expected. It’s happening everywhere.Great place overall

The apartment office and maintenance staff are very helpful. The outdoor space provided around the pool is one of the best in the area. Very pet friendly and the renovations have been very modern. One on the most affordable in the area. A good place to call home.Chuck B

This was by far the best apartment experience I have every had. Emily was amazing in the leasing process and coming from a previous awful apt situation she was able to make everything smooth & easy transition. There was no headache in the leasing process, was able to move in when apartment was ready & if there was any maintenance touch ups needed it was done quickly. Originally signed a short term lease (which is hard to find these days) & pandemic hit where my lease was up but was able to work with me to safely stay & continue lease. Living at this community was friendly - anytime I had a question leasing/management staff was able to answer it and always picked up their phones. Jamie was one of the best property managers I have ever had; always polite and answered any questions I had - when I needed to be on month to month after lease expired she worked with me and had no problems. Head of maintenance was also friendly and great at what he does - there was only 1 emg situation where the AC was out on a hot summer evening - he promptly came over contactless and was able to fix the unit outside within an hour and got it up and running again. Those are important situations and was handled promptly which I greatly appreciated. I highly highly recommend anyone thinking to lease for the grapevine area to stay here - great staff (Emily & Jamie) - maintenance - and people within the community. Not to mention when move-out happened I cleaned it well (good as new) and received my regular deposit back 2 weeks later - they were fair and honest and didnt try to keep money (unlike other apartments) which is hard to find these days. Again - Highly Recommend! The apts are beautiful even the unupgraded kind (the new upgraded ones are beautiful too) - Not to mention you are so close to main st & all the food/shops! Also loved the complex is only two story buildings (not 3) so no one above 2nd floor. They have a bbq area, playground, small gym, and pool everything you need for a great community.

I moved into Montelena 2 years ago from out of state. I remember coming in for our showing for a 2 bedroom and the assistance that we got from the leasing staff was outstanding! Very friendly, welcoming and professional.Montelena left a very good impression on me and I was so excited to apply and sign a lease here.Still to this day, Montelena has not let me down - from the reliable and dependable maintenance team, management and our beautiful renovated unit, I am a happy tenant and I am so happy to call Montelena home!

My husband and I just moved to Montelena a few months ago and this is by far the best complex I have ever lived in! In fact, I have lived in another complex on this same road and in comparison Montelena’s customer service and care to thier buildings exceeds what I have ever seen.For example, a couple of weeks ago a pipe burst I guess because it was so hot and our water was off for a little bit. I was worried because at another apartment complex I lived at in grapevine this very thing happened and I had no water for 3-4 weeks. However, in this situation with Montelena they had it back on VERY FAST within an hour.Montelena is always two steps ahead of any issue that arises. Maintenance is very fast as well! They usually come same day or the next day. I never have to worry because they do a good job of taking care of the property and our apartments! They are very proactive versus reactive which is very good!! I’ve never had an issue here ever!I have lived in other complex’s in grapevine and this is by far the best one!

Just when it got so cold this week, my heat quit. I had changed electric providers recently, so of course I blamed them. After they repeatedly told me it wasnt them, I went to the office and asked for someone to stop by. Just a few hours later, someone came, looked at the device on the wall, and told me something had burnt out. He replaced it immediately, and Ive been warm ever since.GREAT SERVICE!!

I love this apartment complex! Management is very easy to work with and they always stay connected and are quick to respond. Service requests have always been done the next day if not the day the request is put in. Great pool area and plenty of parking which is a must! Jamie is the best!! Highly recommend Montelena!

After reading the recent reviews, its time to describe my experience here.I have nothing but good things to say about my time at Montelena.Pre-covid, they would host a community get-together once a month with catering a food truck, pizza, ect.The staff has been kind in all of my interactions with them, from first touring the property, all the way to accepting packages during restricted covid protocols.They are currently renovating the buildings and they gave notices in a timely manner when it came time for my building to start the Reno process, I assume all buildings received the same courtesy.The staff was understanding and accommodating during the recent winter storm that knocked out power for 7 days and water for 4 days. They opened their community room for 24 hour access to the restrooms. They provided all they could with a disaster that was out of their control.Some of the residents have lived in this complex since the beginning with staff that has been here the same amount of time. This alone speaks volumes in the community that we call Montelena.

Best apartments in grapevine hands down. i have lived at several in the area. Montelena has the space in and outside apartment. two levels so easy to move in and out. the management is to die for; several times they have taken care of me personally. I am going on my third lease and i work in fort worth so i definitely could live closer to my job but i dont believe I would receive the same quality of living for the same price. This is the type of property where you learn everyones names in management and the groundskeepers and they will make you stay the easiest. My plan is to stay here until I get my house. No other apartment makes me feel like home already, but this one does.

I just moved. The apartment they gave me was super dirty with an unpleasant smell and, worst of all, cockroaches everywhere... And they fumigate and keep coming out. Thats the bad thing about making a contract online without first seeing it. The truth is a very unpleasant experience.
