    Great place to live. Spacious apartments and quick response for the maintenance staff if we ever need anything. Amenities are great (Pool, Gym, basketball court, volleyball sand court) playground (my daughter loves it) and plenty of parking lot. I definitely recommend it. And about the management (Serina) alway helpful, so costumers service is great!

    I moved in here 3 weeks ago it was a good experience the staff is very nice especially Alma. A clean and quiet place. My only concern is the gym that open late nd close early , people normally go to the gym at 5-5:30 in the morning before work the gym doesn’t open until 7-8am . And the club house too close at 10pm if I’m not having a kids party why would I finish a party at 9pm cause I have to clean. I believe they should have left those areas open till midnight gym, pool, club house . After that is a good place to live .

    I recently toured this place and from the moment I walked in I was very impressed with the welcoming and professionalism of Alma! She is very lovely and I loved the apartment she showed me. Alma really took time to show me around and answered all my questions. I am definitely considering this place as my next home, highly recommended.

    I’ve been living here for two years now, well just renewed my least for another year. I’m a mother of three boys and have a fiancé and we alll love our place. Management did change and though we miss the old crew the new crew has been great!! My youngest rides the bus and I work south austin so without having too he was locked out one day after school and they called me to verify it was okay to open the door and let him in. My oldest broke a window and they fixed it swiftly. Small request have been made and completed. I hate the apartments in round rock always did but this one I actually enjoy. Great play area, working gym and pool, community room but not sure if we can rent it out which would be sweet for family events but overall I’m loving it. The only con I have is the adjustments with my rent I was charged so much this past month but this is a first in two years and the new managers jumped on it quick! My family and I enjoy Monteleana Apartments, yea they have their days as we all do but I give them 4 stars ✨ cause I still gotta get to know the new team even better and look forward to doing so!!! Below are some pics of my apartment and yes you can decorate it how you see fit!!! That was also what I love about living here and hope this post helps the next soon to be resident!! Don’t knock them until you try them🙌🏾💯

    The staff at Montelena apartments were super helpful and proffessional. We dealt with two staff members, Alma the leasing consultant and Serina the office manager. We were on a tight move in schedule and needed to move into an apartment asap and if it wasn’t for these two angels who helped us get through the paperwork very quickly and efficiently we would have been really in trouble. Serina explained in details about various apps being used in the community and she was very patient. Alma stayed past her time to make sure we sign all the necessary papers and to give us the key. We appreciat all of the time and assistance the wonderful staff provided us!Sean Amin

    I had such a great experience with moving in. Everyone has been very helpful, very explanatory and just an amazing experience overall. I am a first time renter and the entire process was explained very well and in detail and I am very happy with everything so far!

    Alma was amazing she was on top of my application and made the whole process so easy plus she is so nice and kind 🫶🏼 and Serena the manager that moved me in, took her time and explained everything to me, she missed nothing!!     I lived at Montelena for over a year. When I originally toured, the staff did a great job of answering all of my questions. After move in, they were always super helpful and accommodating. Apartment was clean when I moved in. Move out was made very easy as well. Hallways were clean, grassy areas free of trash. Maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. I especially want to thank Mrs. Serina. Since the first day she came here, she has helped us with every problem in the most understanding way. She is one of the kindest, sweetest and most understanding people I have ever met in my life.

    I have lived at this address in Montelena for more than a year and I can tell you that Alma, who assists you in the office, and her administrator, Sabrina, will take care of you very well. They will be very professional and kind to you. They will always try to find a good solution to any of your questions. The place is clean, very clean. it has everything. It is Montelena 5 stars. I recommend this beautiful place to live. Thank you Sabrina and Alma and the rest of those who work there. they make our stay better

    Omg this new management team is a beast.Selena works so hard & remains friendly & professional through it all. Selma is so sweet as well with a sense of humor,& remains professional. The new color of the apartments is absouletly gorgeous & modern.I even went out & got cute patio furniture lol. I’m elated🥰

    I have been apartment shopping for a long time and I have spoken to many, many staff of various managements. Alma from Montelena is so outstanding that I simply had to acknowledge her with a review.Alma excels at customer service. She cares about what I care about, is attuned to my needs and caters to them, and is simply oh so friendly! While I didnt end up choosing a Montelena apartment, if I can take Alma with me to my new home, I would. The management is lucky to have her! Thank you again, Alma!

    Ive put five stars for the new official who came to the buildings. It is very, very, very, very, at the top of ethics and cooperation. I dont speak English when I go. There is a sense of safety, and I talk to her with satisfaction. She is a hardworking young woman and has really literally changed buildings to the best. I entered these buildings a month ago and received my apartment. It was not good. But when she came, everything changed. Im happy to be here. She is the director of these buildings. From here I say thank you very much to her.

    Weve lived here a couple of months now and weve enjoyed it so far.They are older but the great thing is you dont hear much from the upstairs neighbors. Its not an overcrowded complex so its fairly easy to get a parking spot. Front entrances are well lit along with the breezeways. We love the personal entrances/big patio spaces.The pool has never been packed. A big change from other places Ive lived where the pools are usually super busy.We havent had issues with any thefts or safety concerns.The office staff has all been great and always open to discussing any concerns. Which is a big plus.The maintenance staff is also quick to get to us and also explains anything we need to know.We are also close to work and close to several options for shopping and restaurants.Our experience has been a good one.

    We have recently moved back to the property after we have lived here for over a year before when we moved to Texas. Kerre is very good manager of the property and well on top of things around the community. Lisa is a very good assistant community manager as well for the property. Mathew is very good and communicative with the residents and new prospects. Maintenance team is on top of things if we have came across any issues. I am writing this review during the beautiful and delicious continental breakfast in the club house as well. Thank you for making us feel at home and welcome all the time

    Lisa was very Great with keeping good and fast communication with me she was very patient as I was extremely indecisive with how many bedrooms I wanted . I was a little nervous for move-in day because she told me that she would not be there however Michelle would be, but Michelle was just as welcoming kind and patient as well very great with multitasking a lot of people at once without anyone feeling ignored or waiting extremely long. The office was very clean and smelled great! They are a great team and awesome vibe👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

    Guys, all i can say is wow... I have been here for 3-4 years now and i absolutely loved it. Anytime i had request or maintenance issues, these people do not keep you waiting long. I love that everyone here is very respectable of their neighbors. Very spacious and open. Office team and maintenance team always go above and beyond. I would have loved to stay here but this momma is finally moving into a house. If you are looking for a an apartment where you dont have to worry about bugs or towing or loud crazy people, this is your go to.

    My move-in experience was a little bumping. But with the help of Michelle and the rest of the team, they fixed and made everything better. Great rate for my 3bedroom 2bath. The community is well maintain. So far we are happy. Overall, I would highly recommend.

    I love Montelena. Since I have lived here Ive had nothing but great experiences. The office personnel are friendly and the manager, Michelle, is professional and smart. I absolutely LOVE my apartment. Any time I need service in my apartment the maintenance people always take care of it right away. Im a happy resident here and have referred my friends to live here as well!

    We had a couple of bump ins when we moved in. However Michelle and Gustavo over maintenance helped out a lot. They were very attentive to our needs. The only things that I don’t care for is no linens closet and the vertical blinds that fall easy. But the apartment is peaceful, my neighbors friendly, and it’s close to my husband’s job! Overall it’s a great community!👌🏽

    I’m so lucky to be a part of this beautiful community. The location is perfect and I have so many wonderful shopping and dining places nearby to visit. The leasing team is responsive, enthusiastic and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to respond to my service requests. I appreciate them taking care of my apartment and the outdoor space so well!I’m looking forward to living here for years to come!

    First off all the ladies in the office are on top of things. Great front office staff of Michelle, Lisa and Candice. The apartments are well kept and relaxing. Everything is close to home. The maintenance crews do a awesome job maintaining the grounds around the property. Service requests are done promptly

    I love this property. I clicked all the boxes because they do have nice luxury apartments at not a ridiculous price. The folks in the office really make me feel welcome when I go visit or call them. My kids like the amenities. Michelle the manager really cares. You just dont see that quality much these days. Anyway, Im so glad I found this community.

    I really like living here. We have access to great schools, the onsite facilities (open green space, basketball court and playground) are always hopping with people and my neighbors are just wonderful. It is uncommon in my experience to know ones neighbors, especially in an apartment setting, but because people use the common spaces so freely, it is entirely likely that you will nod at your neighbor, have a friendly exchange and maybe even make a new friend. The staff is great, and any concerns regarding the living spaces are addressed promptly and professionally. I love calling this place my home. I love getting home at the end of the day to my little space where I feel welcome, safe and at home.

    I love living here. Service is great if you talk to Michelle, Candice is rude and has an attitude problem. Michelle totally restored my faith and solved my issues. The maintenance guy Rob is amazing and really friendly.

    Property Managers & maintence staff are great at taking care of their tenants. As soon as it was safe to walk the property they went door to door to connect with everyone & take note of any issues people were faced with during this winter storm. They are timely with maintenance requests and are connected with the community here which is why I continue to call this place home.

    Love staying here. Very quiet. Always parking which is a huge plus. So much parking you dont need assigned parking or permits. Unfortunately I have other finances going on and will not renew due to finding something a bit cheaper. I pay 1310 for 3bdrm but everyone pays different. Staff is very nice and maintenance always gets things done within 24hours.

    When looking for a home, which is very tiring to begin with, I had been looking 3 weeks when a guy helped me come across these people, They have been the best, helping me even though I was having problems with applying online their patience has me wowed because no one cares these days and they cared enough to hold the apartment for us, and we are relocating from Baton Rouge Louisiana and its tough when one of you is there working and another is here in La and the staff at Montelena have been the best out of everyone in my apartment search, I want to say thank you most of all to Olivia Rutledge she is awesome, very nice respectful & very professional person, also to Jessica, Thank you all so very much for making this search so much better for us, I am sick and I get so tired very easily and meeting you all has been by far the best experience I have had making this transition, again Thank you for your generosity & hospitality!!!!I am since adding to my review I made a few weeks ago... I still love this place and it gets better every day, Now they have went even farther for me, they ordered my own handicapped parking sign and they didnt have to do that, but I need to maneuver my walker and its hard with cars so close to you, so they went out of their way to get one installed for me, I love these people, I have not even had this much help from my own family back in Louisiana, and I cannot thank them enough!!!

    This is a beautiful place. Ample parking for residents and guests. There is a small warehouse. The territory is clean. If something is broken, the worker will come and do it. Office workers are friendly.

    I absolutely loved living at montelena apartments, the apartments are beautiful and spacious and were recently got beautiful upgraded counter tops and appliances, all the residents are very nice, friendly and welcoming and the staff is absolutely amazing and friendly and easy talk to, if you are looking for a nice quiet place to raise your kids these apartments are what you are looking for, my son misses the beautiful pool and jungle gym.

    I am a mobile mechanic and after speaking with the staff and the property manager I can do basic work which is surprising due to the fact that most complexes do not allow that in parking lots every time I have been there the entire property was very well maintained and the staff keeps everything professional

    Our first day after arriving from another state we got into our apartment to find thw appliances were not there. The staff at Montelena Round Rock got us a refrigerator within an hour as well as called to explain how long until we would get our washer and dryer. They alsl gave us credit on our account for rent for the inconvenience. They continually expressed their apologies saying that they wanted pur move to be perfect in every way they could make it.

    Love living here. My home is beautiful and the kitchen is amazing. Michelle the manager is very accommodating and maintenance is fast. Highly recommend.

    I have not moved yet but it has been an excellent service that they have provided me with the kindness of their soul to be able to make the application and give us all the help possible since we do not really speak English.
