    Super nice apartments that are new and pretty affordable, the only issues I found were about a month after I moved in I noticed that the doors for the bathroom arent super well fitted, and they dont like to stay closed all the time. Other than that its amazing!

    This has been a pretty great place to live so far. I’ve been here about 10 months and haven’t had any issues. The apartment complex is pretty quiet for the most part. A fair amount of people like myself with dogs out and about, everyone is pretty friendly. The amenities are great. The gym is well stocked, and the pool is super nice. I like the keyless entry system where I can use the provided fob or my phone to get in and out. The apartment itself is really nice. All new appliances and tall ceilings for a reasonable price.The location is pretty far away from stuff, about 10 minutes in either direction for a grocery store so not too bad. The sidewalk system here is fantastic. You can walk for miles on nice paved surfaces that are well lit at night. It feels pretty safe.They stay on top of the parking situation around here which is great. Plenty of electric charging spots for my car.

    Love this place. Front the amenities to the finish outs it speaks affordable luxury. Brandy and Ashley are great managers always available and very understanding. Maintenance stays on top of it as well!

    From touring... to leasing... to moving in, our experience has been amazing! The complex feels like a resort. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. We have been very happy living at the Modera community. 10/10 recommend!

    My wife and I have lived here for almost 6 months now, and our experience has been great! There have been a few challenges that come with every new complex that gets built, but the office staff has always been super polite, the maintenance teams are really helpful, and the property has had great upkeep. We havent had any issues with neighbors, and my wife and I love how peaceful and close to the country it is here. The only issue has been with packages, but that was resolved relatively quickly when the postal service added the address to its registry. There are things the apartment complex cant control, obviously, but they are great at the things theyre able to control and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite place to live.

The insanely beautiful swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio has everything I need to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.The management team at Modera Walsh deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Specifically, Ansley, she has been such a light and has gone above and beyond for our little family. She is always prompt, professional, and attentive to any needs we’ve had.     Just moved in January and it has been the best! The apartment fits our aesthetic. The amenities here are AMAZING! We can’t wait for the summer! I spend most of my weekdays riding the Peloton in the wellness room!Everyone and the employees are super nice and super helpful! I recommend this place to everyone!

    So far so good--some minor problems which u always have when u move into a new place. Th minorr issues have been given to Brandy who gave them to maintenance. Brandy has been very helpful with my move. In summary, I really like the apartment and the great amenities .
