We have been renting an apartment in this complex for a few months now, and every day we are convinced that this place is perfect for us. The complex is new, modern and very cozy. Everything here is done with care for the residents, from the general infrastructure to the comfort of the apartment.We were very impressed by the staff.These people really love their work and do it at the highest level. Always friendly, ready to help and solve any issue quickly and efficiently. This is a huge plus, especially for us, as it was our first time renting an apartment and many things were new to us.We like that a high level of cleanliness and order is maintained here. The infrastructure of the complex is impressive: spacious recreation areas, parking lot, and all this in excellent condition. The neighborhood in which the complex is located also pleases us - everything is close, convenient and safe.In general, we are very happy with our choice.It is really nice to live here, and we are happy to recommend this complex to those who are looking for modern and comfortable housing.

What’s up with this one WiFi for all? White Sky has a horrible BBB rating. Have you all had complaints?Alondra was very helpful & friendly. The property is beautiful but still under construction.

Modera Trinity is an outstanding place to call home! The modern design, well-maintained facilities, and welcoming community make it a top choice for anyone looking for a comfortable living experience. The amenities are excellent, from the fitness center to the pool, and the management team is responsive and attentive. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

We just moved in over a week ago and the move in experience has been great! The leasing team have been quick in reviewing my application and getting the apartment ready in a short notice. So far were loving our new apartment and will update with a longterm review in the future.

Brand new complex in an excellent location with a great view of downtown Dallas. Most highways are readily accessible which makes commuting that much easier. Restaurants and bars are right around the corner for those that enjoy having a night out.The staff has been great and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Alondra was very informative and walked me through the whole process to be able to move in that same week.

Moved in a few weeks ago and so far everything has been a positive experience. The leasing office has been very prompt to answer any questions we might have, and the maintenance crew gets a 10/10…we’ve already had some maintenance requests and they made sure to be quick to respond and to follow up a few days later to made sure the issues were fully resolved. We are loving the amenities, property location, and very friendly staff

Moving itself can be stressful and Alondra in the front office made my decision and a lot less stressful.She went above and beyond and her customer service was exceptional!If I had any questions she was ready and excited to help me !This made me feel great during one of my most difficult changes in my life. I felt a great sense of relief and community because of her !My experience during apartment tours and from the moment I stepped into the office was just outstanding!I love it

I have been living at this apartment complex for 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the grounds are always kept clean and tidy. The amenities are great, and the location is perfect for me. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Went by for a tour of the property with Alex. The place is beautiful and pet friendly, and the amenities are great! A spa just for pets❤️. The maintenance team noticed we were a little hot during the tour and offered us water to keep us cool. So sweet!

This community is beautiful and in a great location! I love the walkability and the views of Dallas it offers. I toured with Alondra and she was amazing, she was really able to give me a vision on where my furniture placement would fit as I have a huge over size sofa. I appreciate the patience she provided as I am a very analytical person who needs all information. Thank you Modera Trinity!
