Our experience so far has been great! Christina and the leasing staff were so helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs for just the right apartment. The leasing office is so beautifully decorated and gives the real feeling of luxury living. Apartments include top quality features and great finishes! The view from our apartment is amazing and we are excited to experience all this new community offers.

I greatly enjoyed touring the property and fell in love with the layout as well as all that was included, property was very quiet, calming and clean. I really like the fact that the mail room is in a secured area. Im looking forward to my future living here. Donald did a great job, answering all my questions.

We’ve lived here almost a month now and could not be more happy! The apartments themselves are gorgeous, thoughtfully laid out (massive kitchens!!!) and priced so well! Maintenance has been super prompt in responding to the few issues we’ve encountered. The amenities (pool, gym, pet park, pet spa, pickleball, etc.) are absolutely killer and add such value to the quality of life here at Modera!But the stars of the show are the incredible people in the leasing office! Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful, friendly, and just a joy to interact with! Special shout out to Brooke and Christian! They clearly care about their residents and it’s so apparent in how they interact with each of us on a daily basis!

Beautiful community! The staff is great and always available for any questions or maintenance requests. The finishes in the apartment are so nice and we can’t wait to utilize all the amenities this summer! The location seems far out which is one of the things we love about it. Far enough away from traffic but close enough to drive in for shopping/eating. Highly recommend choosing this as your new home!

I just want to take the time to show some appreciation to the Modera at Georgetown staff! Absolutely best customer service! Brooke kept in contact with me every step of the application process. I initially applied for a lease to move in April 1st, but due to some personal reasons I was needing to move in sooner. Brooke took a load off my shoulders by re-applying me once again for a earlier move in date. It was a success! The process couldnt have been easier. These apartments are absolutely gorgeous and worth it with their incentives! Cant beat these prices and incentives! APPLY APPLY APPLY!

I will be moving into Modera this week, but the process so far has been so smooth and stress free. Ally was my consultant and she was extremely approachable and knowledgeable about the property and answered all the questions that I asked. It helps that she has a great product that she is selling, but her personality is what truly sold me on wanting to live in this community. Great customer service is hard to experience now days, and working in customer service myself, it was lovely to be on the receiving end. Thank you Ally for all of your help :)

Since I visited the community for the first time I had no plans to look for rent, once I decided to move I honestly thought about this community, the treatment from the beginning was impressive including Milli who looked for all the ways to communicate due to the language difference, the process It was fast, I have only been living here for a few days and the truth is I have never felt so much peace and comfort, I hope everything continues to flow that way
