If you’re thinking of leasing here, and you need a sign.. this is IT! My partner, baby and I moved in 3 months ago, and have had such an amazing experience. The leasing team is amazing, quick at responding if there’s ever a concern, as well as the maintenance team. I’m so glad we made the decision to lease here. I feel safe coming home late with my baby as they have security guards stationed at the front. We LOVE this place from the amenities to the atmosphere.

So I just moved into Modera Garden Oaks a few weeks ago, and its been all smiles so far. The staff has been super cool, Earl, Gabby and Mel made this easy for me. Shoutout to Mel who was a lifesaver when I needed help setting up the theatre for a game night with the fellas. She made sure everything was ready to go and handled it all with a smile.On top of that, I’ve met some pretty solid neighbors — theres a mix of young professionals and families who have all made me feel right at home. Moving from another city hasnt been easy so I can appreciate that. The community vibe here is awesome and pretty laid back, and it’s great to be surrounded by smart, friendly, like-minded people. If you’re looking for a place with a great atmosphere and a team that truly cares about you, I’d definitely recommend Modera Garden Oaks!

Mel is literally the best Asst Property Manager Ive experienced!! I had to come back and add another review because honestly, she has made living here since April the best adjustment not only to the complex but to Houston as a whole great! Melecia is the absolute best!! I came to tour and she was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. She went over the different floor plans and pricing with me. The property is beautiful and has great amenities. If you decide to tour, book with her. You won’t be disappointed!!

The modern gym, beautiful pool, and cozy clubhouse have quickly become my go-to spots for relaxing and staying active. The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and come with all the latest appliances, making it feel like a true luxury experience.The location is another huge plus—everything I need is just a short drive away. I love being close to great shopping, dining, and easy access to major highways. The staff is also amazing. From the moment I toured the property, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve been living here for about 2 months and I have nothing but praise for the complex and the staff here. Everyone is always ready to help and make everything as easy as possible for the residents. And for the few minor repairs needed so far, they were all completed and handled within a day. Another highlight has been the community events which has been a great way to meet people and feel more connected within the apartment. Loving it so far!

I am so pleased with my decision to move here at Modera Garden Oaks. The community and staff here are amazing, especially Earl & Melecia. They go above & beyond to address any questions or concerns you have. A few weeks ago my car battery died & the staff here was able to call somebody to help jump my battery so I could make it to work in a timely manner. If you are thinking of touring here or finalizing your decision to move here I highly recommend, they are super accommodating!

Garden Oaks continue growing hotspots and beautiful apartment complex communities and MODERA was not the exception. It’s been a great experience living at Modera since day one. Earl and Melecia made the transition into moving so easy and they are amazing leasing experts. We had a storm not too long ago and the property manager was very informative through the storm until we got our power back (thank you for feeding us through the storm).Property is well kept, clean, smells beautifully in every facility room, tenants are amiable and security is available 100% until sundown.If you are a future resident and are looking for a calm and relax environment this is the place to call it your Home!If you are looking for an apartment complex where you think you can party and trash out the property, please look somewhere else. I have been living in this complex for a month now and it has been absolutely fantastic. There have been small hiccups (which is 100% expected in a brand new build and impossible to think their wouldn’t be any), but the wonderful staff of Earl and Melecia work their butts off to get things fixed in a timely manner all while keeping everything running smoothly to ensure every resident has a pleasant living experience. I would without a doubt recommend this beautiful complex to anyone in search of a place to live.
