The new leasing guy in the office I believe his name is Nathan he is the greatest. He is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything perfect. I have had the best experience thanks to him and I will definitely be referring this place to all my friends and co workers in need of an apartment. He is the best and his smile lights up the room. Great awesome guy. Great place to call home.

We have been in our new apartment for a couple of weeks and it has been a great experience. Our two bedroom apartment is spacious, affordable and clean. The property manager who worked with us was great, she explained everything and we knew exactly what we were getting into. It is an older complex so if your looking for brand new everything this isnt it. It is fairly quiet our neighbors are not loud at all. No regrets and happy to be here!!

I have been here for the past 5 years and I have had no problems , its affordable I believe thats why I have stayed for so long and its located conveniently by major attractions such as Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Dallas Cowboys Stadium and the Ballpark . My experience has been nothing but good. The office manager Ty is amazing, always so nice and makes sure you get things fixed when needed, which was rare for me. Parking was probably the one issue but other than that a great living experience.

My first apartment experience 5 stars . Management 5 Start if not 10 . The manger,Ms.Joanie Johns, didn’t leave a detail behind when I was moving in . Maybe the other bad reviews had bad experiences with the previous management but they never saw the hospitality I witnessed.They are doing everything they can to fix up all “unresolved “ parts of the complex.All love to them all ❤️

I dont know what the negative reviews are about. Me and my Wife have been here since December and it is phenomenal here. Its quiet, our neighbors are friendly and the office attendants are very helpful. Great place to live.

Wonderful Community. :) great management and maintenance staff..Highly recommended. best apartments in this part of Arlington for the $$. A+ Manager and Assistant.. always quick to answer questions and take care of the residence.. :)

While the location isnt the best the staff is 1st rate, the apartments spacious, and their rates are low. If the freeway exit was 30 yards to the North the location would be good too.

Nice area but if you love very quiet you might want to think again coz its close to the highway and the constant movement of cars would definitely piss you off!
