Im going on one year here. Though it is on the pricier side, the complex is well maintained, quiet and has a caring management team (compared to most landlords). All of my concerns while living here have been addressed promptly and professionally! Will definitely be looking into renewing my lease here for as long as it is feasible.

Moved in two weeks ago. The complex is well cared for and quiet. Danica and Daniella who work in the leasing office are great to work with! Wonderful amenities. Very happy here!!!

We’re renting the apartment and AC went down. Yesterday the technician told me the part is already here and would replace it by end of the day that didn’t happen. And never informed me what is wrong with it. Today I waited and waited till 1 pm something and I was told the technician is on lunch break and will be back at 1 pm. I said it’s already 1 something. I’m still waiting to get it fixed. It’s extremely hot.I would like to express my thankfulness to Danica and her staff to get the AC fixed under unavoidable circumstances from supplier. AC’s up and running 😉

From the tour of the property to filling out the application not only were Carla and Sally very knowledgeable and helpful but they went above and beyond with the moving process. They kept us informed the entire time, we were given the great news same day that we were approved. My husband and I are excited and look forward to being tenants at Mission Terrace. Thank you both once again for making this transition quick and easy.

I Toured this property and found the staff to be so nice and welcoming! I felt at home as soon as I walked in, they even offered me snacks and water/coffee! The landscaping is nice and the apartment was very spacious and modern! I’ll be moving at end of the year and can’t wait to see if they have available two bedrooms in my time frame. 10/10 would recommend them!

I lived at Mission Terrace for a year and I loved it. I never had any issues with any of my neighbors and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I lived alone and I always felt safe on the property.

I have been living here for over two years, I am so happy with new management / ownership that took over last month. I have seen positive changes to the outside of the complex. They have completely remodeled the office area and gym. Karla and Juanita, the new office managers have been very helpful in explaining the new changes to my lease. Me and my dog love living here.

Nice place to live, right off the expressway and close to everything. Nice, clean and secure! I’ve been living here for over six months.It recently came under new ownership and office management, of course with that came new changes. However, the new managers (Karla &Juanita) were very helpful and understanding. They took the time to sit down with me and explain the options I had when it came to renewing my lease- especially with the transition to a new owner.

I just moved in to Mission Terrace Apartments and I am very happy with my apartment. Our apartment had been freshly painted, very clean, and new wood tile had been placed in the bedrooms. Overall just a pleasant experience, I could not be happier. Juanita has been very helpful and very professional, she made our move very easy. I would highly recommend. The bedrooms are very large, I have looked at other apartments and the difference is very noticeable. And we also got 1 free month such a plus in my books!!!

I just moved in and was surprised how much space there is in my apartment and in the bedrooms. Karla and Juanita have gone over the new lease with me and have been very helpful. I have noticed lots of upgrades to the exterior of the buildings including the new gate system and the trimming of trees. It makes me feel proud to live here now! The new office area and gym looks much better remodeled.

And since new management has been in place I am noticing some changes.First, we finally feel safer now that a security code is needed for the gate to get in.Second, the gym has been updated and enjoyable to work out in.It is very nice to see some changes. I have seen alot of changes to the outside of the complex recently. I didnt know what was happening so I went into the office to ask, I didnt recognize the office. It was completely remodeled and the Gym was now open with new equipment. I have been dying to use the gym for a while now. I met the new ladies that run the office, they are very nice and explained that is under new management. I like what I have seen so far.

I have been here for almost a year and I love the view and my entire apartment is very spacious as I share in the photos, the maintenance service has been fast when I needed it and the administration staff have all been very friendly… I highly recommend them in price and location super close to Walmart, HEB Burlington around the corner super everything is close stripe on the corner and the MISSION regional hospital is around the corner the school buses pass in front of the department to pick up the students... I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
