    I love my apartment. It has new appliances. My kids are so happy there . Chisty Alvarado who works in the office was very patient with me and helped me so much, Thank you. I recommend the Miramar apartments for a good comfortable living. When you apply they have good treats for the kids for Valentine’s Day ,and get you some morning coffee

    Francisco is very kind and helpful. He got maintenance to fix my issue very quickly. Previous management never took the time to listen. I hope they keep him for a long long time!! 10/10 super happy with the new management

    I would highly recommend living here. Ms. Ruth, front office personnel is a very pleasant, friendly, professional, compassionate person with such a beautiful spirit and so patient and understanding. I am very pleased with my treatment and my experience since moving here and you will be happy that you chose this for your home as I have. Very blessed and very pleased tenant.

    I would most definitely recommend Miramar apartments. The ladies in the front are so nice, friendly, and welcoming. I wanted to lease at this complex because every time I drove past the property it was always so well kept and clean and also there are not people hanging out especially at night. I have absolutely no issues with maintenance either. When there is something I need done in my apartment the office manger ALWAYS make sure her guys get it done the same day. Dont get me wrong Karen gets things done fast too. I also LOVE the upgraded unit. The tile floors are really nice, the carpet was new and I have all black appliances. Overall Im glad I stuck with these apartments.

    I like how nice the staff in the office is , I used to live in other apartments before and the leasing agents and staff were so rude, they had no customer service at all. But here they are really nice , they always tell me Good morning and Have a nice day!!! I like how the apartments look well kept for the monthly rate because there are so many other apartments who want top dollar and so expensive.

    I will say office staff is amazing! Cristy always has a pleasant smile and very accommodating. The application process was smooth and they communicated well throughout the process which was nice. We got a renovated unit but some parts of the apartment seemed like it was done rushed.. like the paint, bathtub faucets looked like it was going to come off the wall when being pulled and the way some of the cabinets held up were weird. They opened up and down instead of out like normal cabinets. Not a huge problem, I understand it’s not a luxury apartment. Lastly.. If you decide to move here please make sure you get your parking sticker upon move in or else your car will get towed.

    Maintance staff has done an amazing job in my unit they go out and beyond to make sure that the problem is fixed. Office staff are lovely very helpful always making sure any issues or inconvenience is fixed.

    My name is Artis, I live in Miramar Apartments. I will say this, Ive never experienced the quality of service from any management team from the apartment complexes here in Texas, both manage and assistant manager are very helpful and attentive. I was living out of US and my transition back to US was difficult and adjusting back to my lifestyle here in Houston. Thank you both for all that you have done for me and will never forget you guys.

    I have lived here for almost 5 to 6yrs the community is nice and the residents and kids are awesome. The management office staff are great and beautiful people. I love living here. Keep up the great work.

    Very quiet place, we just moved there to a one bedroom which is very spacious! have nothing to complain about, parking for visitors is AWESOME, a lot of parking, unlike other apartments that you always struggle to find a parking spot to visit. The location is perfect for me, I literally drive 10 min to everywhere, and best of all affordable!

    I would def reccomend these Apts. The staff and maintenance are very kind and prompt when needed. It’s a very quiet property.. nice ppl.. no violence..vandalism ..drugs or police everywhere. The property has great security and is very safe. It’s close to everything as well.

    Place is ok, not the best but ok for the area. Parking is not that bad first come first serve but you always find one. Family memeber lives there and it seems very quiet place, and clam. Never heard of any stealing or robberies. They have a Security on duty 24/7. When visiting always park on the (Visitors Parking) or you will get your vehicle towed.

    Been here going on 4 yrs, management is very responsive to yout needs, maintenance issues are always attended to in an orderly fashion. I love the fact that security lives on the premises, and patrols the property quite frequently. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MIRAMAR APTS......

    Manager is very nice very helpful and informative, Maintenance is very nice and quick . The assistant has not been very helpful when Ive spoken to her, but overall I am very happy here and would recommend family and friends to live here .

    I moved 1 month ago to Miramar Apartments and from the day I came to apply they helped me a lot, Cristy is an excellent person, I highly recommend this place, it is very quiet, if you want to apply ask for Cristy she will help you a lot. I recommend this place, their apartments are spacious, I give them 10/10
