I am thrilled to share my experience living at Millennium Place Apartments and to express my gratitude for the exceptional support I received from the staff, especially Assistant Manager Tailor Williams and Leasing Consultant Leeandrea.I first moved into Millennium Place in 2021, and after renewing my lease, I moved out in August 2023. However, my return in March 2024 felt like coming back home, largely due to the incredible service and kindness shown by Tailor and Leeandrea. Tailor consistently goes above and beyond for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring that we feel valued and supported. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about the residents.Ive witnessed numerous managers come and go, but Tailor stands out as someone who truly connects with the community. My neighbors often voice their wish that Tailor would be the manager, as she embodies all the qualities we look for in leadership. Her friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge, and eagerness to help make her the ideal candidate for a managerial position. I am confident that under her leadership, the apartment complex would thrive like never before.Additionally, I want to give a special shout-out to the cleaning staff who maintains the cleanliness of our community. The hallways and common areas always smell fresh and inviting, and the building one elevator is particularly delightful with air freshener smell in the mornings.Lastly, I must commend the maintenance team, who are incredibly responsive to work orders. I’ve never experienced issues that weren’t addressed promptly, often within hours, and certainly no longer than 48 hours for non-emergencies.Thanks to Tailor, Leeandrea, and the entire team at Millennium Place, my experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. -

I love living here. Since day one I have had so much positive interaction with the staff at the main office. They made things go smoothly and without any bumps or hiccups! The apartment was in great condition at move in, and I absolutely love my neighbors. I cannot say enough nice things about the office staff! -

Love this place so much, that I am not sure I ever want to own a home again. They have met all of my needs thus far. From the resort pool, to a beautiful courtyard. The roof top lounge is amazing. The other residents have been respectful, and friendly. I cannot say enough about the staff who go above and beyond, along with the maintenance. I hope they continue to maintain, and earn the 5 star quality of living I rated them. Time will tell. I almost do not want to share and keep it a community best kept secret! -

I absolutely love this place! It’s beautifully maintained and has amazing amenities. From the pool, gym, courtyard to the super cool rooftop there is so much this place has to offer. However what really makes it a great place to call home is the great staff! Everyone is always super friendly and want to make sure you love it here. They work really hard not only on maintenance but the events they put together are so much fun and really bring people together. My 9 yr old looks forward to getting his fresh baked cookie after school everyday and the girls are super nice to him and chat with him about his day. They even had a special treat for him one day! I love it here! -

VERY overdue review. Moved in Mid September with my roommate and Keisha went above and beyond with helping us during the whole process! She made us feel welcomed since the day we toured the complex to the day we got our keys. The whole staff has been incredibly great - even got a little gift sent to our work; so incredibly sweet! Any questions or concerns we have, we always go to Keisha and she has been the absolute sweetest in helping us and guiding us to resolve an issue. Stephanie has been incredible, too! Thank you, ladies, for all you do for us residents. The amenities here are fantastic, as well! :) -

I came in to tour last week with Lily, and she was wonderful, she gave me all the necessary information I needed, and I dont plan to move until summer 2023. But lovely property and so many amenities I was sold on the rooftop lounge, the other two ladies as in the front office came out as well and greeted me.Thank you, ladies, for the wonderful experience -

LOVE calling Millennium Place home!!Moved in May 2019Beautiful amenities and feel super safe.I enjoy the Roof top lounge many times each week.Awesome watching the storms coming in from the North here.The sidewalk trail around the water feature, makes walking convenient workout with pleasant surroundings.The fitness center is well equipped and convenient as well, being same building as the mail center.I’m generally not very disciplined at working out, but finding fewer excuses here.Have enjoyed the pool and the courtyard all summer.The best part about living here is the staff.Can’t say enough about their excellence and attentiveness to detail.Lawrence is an amazing problem solver, knowledgeable, detail oriented, always cheerful and keeps things operating properly.Jennifer is the hardest working, sweet little dynamo; keeping all the common areas sparkling clean and make ready for move in.Andy is diligent and dependable, with a ready smile as he goes about his duties all over the complex.I don’t know how they do ALL they do.What a great team!!The office staff are stellar!Over the top!Heather manages the property with efficiency and professional excellence; yet always friendly and welcoming. She makes it look effortless to care for us so well.Tarissa, leasing agent, always with her quick smile and warm, cheerful personality; listens intently to future and current residents wants and needs.She is a resourceful powerhouse delivering excellence in customer service.Jenae, leasing consultant, is knowledgeable, attentive to specifics of future residents and a beautiful spirited delight; whether behind the desk or out showing a unit.Ashley brings her A game to every detail, in herquiet unassuming way.Great place to live!!I love it here!!We are fortunate to have best of the best!!! -

We just moved in July 2020 & we couldn’t be happier. Heather (manager) & Stacy (asst. manager) went out of their way to make things work for us & for that I am grateful & want to say thank you! I was in a bind to find a new place quickly and the process was easy, they work professionally & deligently, plus the first month RENT FREE was/is a game changer. With all the costs of relocating this was/is such a relief. Great location, the property is gorgeous, all the amenities are first class just wish they had a sauna (then I would be able to cancel my gym membership all together), otherwise I AM HOME & happy to have brought my family here! ♥️♥️♥️ -

We had looked and several places and stopped looking after we met Janae smiling when we entered. She was helpful on our tour, and made the transition here so special.This place is AWESOME. Why? One... because ALL of the staff are helpful, caring, informative, and kind.Two... there is something about the residents here... very nice. (Maybe because the staff screens so well?) Everyone is so friendly.Three... there are great amenities. More than just a pool. Theres a couple of lounges, a business office, as well as work out room. Halls are air conditioned and its not accessible to non-residents.Four... there are nice get togethers and things to do. The place is pet friendly.And five.. the manager called yesterday to set up a time to deliver me LUNCH today! I was able to share with many of my coworkers! Who does that? Heather the manager at Millennium Place, thats who.We love calling this place our home. I could probably add 6, 7, and 8, stars, but Ive been wordy enough. Come check them out! -

I loved this property I’ve visited many before and this was the most welcoming staff ever!! I am leasing here, they are brand new and gorgeous apartments! The staff was just the icing on the cake! Home sweet home with an amazing management that solved all my issues the manager came out to meet me and make me feel like she wanted me to live there! I can’t wait to move in! -

What an amazing apartment complex. So much thought went into the floor plans, amenities and details of this entire facility. Staff are super friendly and and extremely helpful and work quick to get things done. The location is super convenient and has plenty to access near by. The rent is worth every penny and then some. Highly recommended apartments for the Denton/Corinth area. -
