Ive lived in a few apartments during my time at Texas State in San Marcos and by far the best place I have stayed is at Millennium on Post. Unfortunately I moved out in order to move into a house after graduating but I would have stayed another year if I was able to. The rooms are affordable, staff is friendly, maintenance team gets things done. Residents are quiet, rooms are spacious with private bathrooms and HUGE closets. All these things are great but I think what really made my stay here amazing was the staff. The management team are some of a nicest and down to earth people I have ever met. They are willing to go the extra mile with you to make sure you are satisfied. Specifically the man in charge has been the nicest most helpful manager I have ever experienced. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in San Marcos check this place out. I cant praise it enough. Wish I could give more than five stars.

I moved in last week and so far everything has been great! Zach has been extremely helpful throughout the process of signing and definitely went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met with the complex. I personally havent lived at a complex where management is attentive, so thats a huge comfort for me. The apartment was very clean, especially in comparison to other units I have moved into. So far, Im really happy I decided to live here!

This is the best apartment complex in San Marcos. The complex is clean, everything is new, if anything breaks it is fixed the next day. I have been here for 2 years and have had no issues. In fact the opposite. I love this place!Zach the property manager is awesome. He remembers everyone by name and is willing to do everything he can to make your life easier.Truly the best renting experience in town.

Ive had the pleasure of living here for 2 years, and Im definitely renewing for a 3rd. Management has been nothing short of amazing to me & my roommates, any maintenance is taken care of whenever we ask, and the apartment itself is awesome. My favorite place Ive ever lived in and I couldnt ask for better!

I definitely recommend living in this complex. They are super accommodating to your needs and understand the life of a college student. My move in was flexible and they matched me with a great roommate! Maintenance is also extremely responsive and the apartment is very clean and spacious. I wish I would have chosen the Millennium when I first moved to San Marcos. This will be my home until I graduate! I appreciate Zach and the staff for making sure everything went smoothly since I have moved in. Again, I highly recommend signing here!

I have lived here for almost a Year and I re-signed my lease to live here again. I think the management has greatly improved since I first moved in and they have been really helpful. The maintenance is also great and my requests get done pretty quickly. My room is a good size and I LOVE my walk in closet. So overall I would say I have had a good experience here.

Excellent living experience here. Rent was very affordable, the rooms are very spacious and roomy, full bathroom, and also a large walk in closet. The new management has been very attentive to make sure every resident is happy, even when it comes down to your last couple of weeks there. If you have a problem let them know and they’re very quick with fixing the issue. The complex is very close to a bus stop so you don’t need a parking pass for Texas state. The other residents are friendly, overall it’s a great environment/atmosphere. Highly recommended this place if you’re looking for a place to live in San Marcos.

I went back to school in my 30s for a 2nd degree. It was also my 2nd time going to Texas State, so Ive lived at quite a few apartments around San Marcos, and Millennium is easily the best. I loved my time there and spent the entire duration of my 2nd degree living at Millennium.Its kind of a small property, nice and quiet, cozy feeling. The office staff & maintenance are supremely helpful and friendly, often resolving maintenance requests within the same day they are submitted. Its on the bus route to campus and a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. I felt that the rent prices here were very fair. Its also in a great location; close to campus, close to HEB, close to I-35, its got everything you need.

I lived here from 2016-2020 and went through 2 separate managements. This most recent one is incredible, Mr. Zach and his team listen to your concerns and do their best to fix any issue that comes up. I lived in a 4 bedroom and the space available was amazing. Great place to live, especially for the price.

So lucky I found this apartment complex! I love the staff and overall the people who live there are super chill. I had to renew my lease because it’s location is so convenient to all things I need close by me like chick fil a! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment while in school!

Ive lived here for about a year now, and after going through having a bunch of different people in charge, we finally have consistent management that does such a great job. Jonathan and his staff do such a wonderful job of making themselves available to the residents for their needs. He even helped me resolve a situation and move into apartment within the same complex.All of the apartments are spacious with granite countertops and a lovely brown wood laminate flooring. The closets are huge, which was a huge selling point for me, and the rooms are a great size with large windows and true, high ceilings. The 2 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms are essentially the same size, the only difference being that the 4 bedroom has 2 awesome balconies, and 2 living rooms instead of one. To make up for storage space, the 2 bedroom has a HUGE storage closet that can store a futon and an 600 sqft rug and then some. In unit washers and dryers are in both floorpans and they are HUGE. A lot of apartments cluster bedrooms next to each other so hearing all of your roommates becomes an issue. Not here. Only 2 bedrooms per floor on opposite sides of the floor. Also, all of the rooms are the same size, so theres no bitterness between roommates who get better rooms (I had this situation at an old complex I lived at). Having lived in both floorpans, I can tell you that I love both, and am definitely staying here until I graduate.The apartments are a short walk to the Post Road bus stop at the outpost. Still the 1st stop on the route.Lonnie, our maintenance man, is so friendly and wonderful at taking care of all of our maintenance concerns. Hes taken care of everything weve needed soon after receiving our requests. With the old management, movement was awkward and a hassle, but under Jonathans management, we got all new carpet in the bedrooms, and the person he hired to clean our apartment did an incredible job. I feel so comfortable and happy in our space here at Millennium on Post. The wonderful management takes care of all our other needs. Much love!

I believe this complex went under new management, and so far everything has been great. The owner, Zach, is very nice and really cares about being a good landlord. If you are looking for a cheap apartment that is nice live here. TXST busses pick up at the Outpost next door.

The new management is wonderful. They’re prompt at fulfilling maintenance requests and any other concerns that the residents have. We had a bug problem due to the light outside of our apartment, after bringing it up to Zack, our lightbulb was changed the next day.

Huge townhomes with tons of space for such a good price! Was so shocked I hadnt heard of this place prior to moving in honestly. The people at the front desk are always super friendly and helpful and the maintenance is insanely fast! Highly recommend to anyone :)

Ive lived in San Marcos for 4 years and have moved complex to complex and dealt with numerous bad management. Millennium has by far been the best complex Ive lived in. The office staff and manager, Zach, is awesome and always so much help. Highly recommend this complex.

I like the apartments. The jacuzzi needs to be clean. The walk ways need lights. The fence needs repairs. The price is right and the apartment/s are nice and well maintained.
